Prisoner Whose Hot Mugshot Went Viral Freed From Jail We’re pretty sure you remember “Felon Bae” aka Jeremy Meeks , the blue-eyed convict who captured hearts across the world when his Stockton Police Department mugshot went viral after he was arrested in June 2014 for gun possession. Meeks was sentenced to 27 months behind bars in July 2015 and is now a free man with even more fame on the horizon. Even before entering the Mendota Federal Correctional Institution where he served his time, Meeks already enlisted the services of a talent agency. His agent Jim Jordan, of White Cross Management, confirmed his freedom to BuzzFeed. After spending the last year in the medium-security Mendota Federal Correctional Institution, the husband and father of three is now considering his options, Jordan said. “We’re putting everything in place,” Jordan told BuzzFeed. “We’re in talks with a lot of different agencies. There’s movies on the table. We have a lot of different things happening.” As for Meeks’ time in prison, Jordan said it went relatively well. “The other prisoners were real nice to him,” he said. Erin Andrews Awarded $55 MILLION in Nude Peephole Case!

Fox Sports anchor and Dancing With the Stars co-host Erin Andrews just scored a major legal victory in her highly-publicized lawsuit against the Marriott International hotel chain. Back in October, Andrews sued Marriott for $75 million, alleging that the company allowed peeping tom Michael barrett to request the room next to hers without informing her of the potential danger. The result was a nude video of Andrews that went viral online in 2009. The veteran sports journalist and TV personality says she was severely traumatized by the incident, and was nearly forced to abandon her career due to feelings of shame and humiliation. Andrews stated in court testimony that she believes the Marriott corporation and Barrett are both directly responsible for her years of suffering, and today, the jury agreed with her. It was reported moments ago that Andrews has been awarded $55 million in her lawsuit. The damages were divided equally between the two defendants, with Barrett ordered to pay $28 million, and the Marriott the remaining $27 million. Barrett already pled guilty  in a criminal case and spent two years behind bars. Andrews – who had previously given highly emotional testimony – reportedly broke down in tears as the ruling was announced.

I don’t watch Jimmy Fallon because I hate that guy…and his Comedy. It just makes me angry. I think that America as a people are better than low hanging fruit cutesy bullshit designed as viral videos – that get passed around aggressively and make the whole machine continue to find other viral stunts to make noise and thus make money…. I like to think that America as a people are smarter than the things 6 years olds find hilarious, even if it brings them back to a simpler time when they were 6 years old and found this shit funny. I like to think that compelling interviews, rather than pin the tail on the Donkey, is where we need to be. I like to think controversy, conversation, honesty and some self deprecation would be good for the people.
