Iggy Azalea vs. Erykah Badu: Unexpected Feud Alert!

Iggy Azalea. She’s still around; she still sucks; and she’s still picking fights with people who have the audacity to point out that she sucks. Last we checked on Iggy, she was feuding with Rita Ora for reasons that we still don’t understand. Before that there was an  Iggy vs. Britney Spears beef following the failure of the single on which they collaborated. Now Iggy is taking things to the next level by challenging a true music legend: It all started last week, when Erykah Badu slammed Iggy in her opening monologue while hosting the 2015 Soul Train Music Awards. The diss was pretty mild. Badu merely pointed out that Iggy’s music is “definitely not rap,” which is pretty much an objective fact at this point. Still, it was enough to prompt Iggy to return from her self-imposed social media exile to post a series of angry tweets: “Hi guys i know it’s been awhile,” Iggy wrote, as acknowledgement that she’s been radio silent for over a month. “We are days from 2016, but i came online today and saw its still cool to try and discredit my 2014 accomplishments. LOL, f–king hell.” While she doesn’t mention Badu by name, Iggy began tweeting the morning that the Soul Train Awards clip went viral, and it seems like she’s pretty pissed. Not surprisingly, Erykah has yet to respond. R&B queens generally don’t concern themselves with the opinions of pseudo-rap peasants.

Katy Perry for H*M Holiday of the Day

I wonder how much H&M paid Katy Perry to create a song for their Holiday campaign, and to create a music video for their Holiday campaign, but I am going to assume it was a fucking lot.. I am not sure if you realize what I am saying here….H&M hired Katy Perry to create a jingle for them, to star in a commercial for them, which is some serious fucking selling out… Here I though that Katy Perry was an artist, with artistic integrity, so committed to her art..that she’d never cash in as aggressively as possible, making her make even more money that Taylor Swift did, like some kind of commodity.. I never thought that the daughter of an evangelist, scamming religious people, you know real believers into making him money, would be anything but someone doing her hustle for the love of performing.. There was no way she was cashing in on a viral song “I Kissed a Girl”…that resulted in strategic moves that allow her to still exist…Because as you know, Katy Perry is a fucking scam, she’s got big tits, but she can’t sing, she can’t dance, but people buy into her cartoon like movement, product…because people are mprons…and believe she’s more than just a puppet used to sell product. At least she looks like she’s having fun, while winning as a badly dancing monkey…because why would she be be anything but having fun…making millions in one afternoon… It’s so fucking Crazy….no, H&M didn’t pay me to post this, but I wish they did, because like Katy Perry, I want to sellout too… The post Katy Perry for H*M Holiday of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepfather .

Phuc Dat Bich to Facebook: Stop Shutting Down My Page! That’s My Real Name!

Phuc Dat Bich, an Australian man with a name so awesome that no one believes it’s real, has had it with Facebook shutting down his account. The social media giant may boast one billion users, but the awkward veracity of PDB’s name still stands out enough to get flagged routinely. His account has been suspended several times now, a fact he recently lamented in a post that went viral with over 200,000 Likes and Shares. “I find it highly irritating the fact that nobody seems to believe me when I say that my full legal name is how you see it ,” the 23-year-old said. Bich goes on, “I’ve been accused of using a false and misleading name of which I find very offensive. Is it because I’m Asian? Is it?” He included a photo of his passport, shown above. “Having my fb shut down multiple times and forced to change my name to my ‘real’ name, so just to put it out there. My name.” “Yours sincerely, Phuc Dat Bich.” A few points worth noting here: It’s pronounced Fook Daet Bik in Vietnamese, at least according to the world wide Internets, not what anyone reading this is thinking. Phuc traditionally means “blessing.” Despite becoming an international story, this is still not as bad as some of the most absurd celebrity baby names of all time. Nevertheless, Facebook, which requires users to “provide the name they use in real life” for security reasons, really needs to step it up here. Why not have a universal way to verify one’s account? It’s not like an authentication process doesn’t exist, or who gets to use it is even that selective. If third-rate online journalists or Z-list celebrities like Taylor Lianne Chandler can somehow get the certified blue checkmark, why not us? Why not now? These great citizens of the world below surely concur. Short of everyone posting passport photos, Phuc Dat, there’s got to be a better way. Just saying.

Plane Company Files Suit Against Steve Harvey For Refusing To Pay Up For Customized Private Jet

Steve Harvey Sued Over Private Jet Steve Harvey is in hot water with a jet company who claims that he promised to pay for a totally tricked out jet…then reneged on the offer. Via MailOnline : Business Aircraft Leasing Inc. of Nashville filed suit on Wednesday claiming that Harvey agreed to pay it $400,000 for customization of a Gulfstream jet that he ‘orally promised’ to lease for $97,000 a month. The company says it then hired another company, Florida-based Private Sky Aviation, to renovated the jet to make it seat 14 instead of 16, and customized the seat and interior design. The company then says that Harvey, 58, paid about half the money before skipping out on the tab. It wants the court to decide the exact cost at trial. The company is also suing One World Aviation, a company that Harvey owns or operates. Business Aircraft Leasing now has the Harvey-inspired jet up for lease on its website. Ehhh…we’re wondering how admissible an “oral promise” is in court. But he’s more than likely going to have to come up off that additional $205k. Being that it’s a private jet…how much fancier did he think he needed it to be?
