Schwarzenegger, introduced as a “renowned foodie,” was overly fascinated with a Slap Chop. Why? Because the fascination allowed him to quote a line from the 1987 movie Predator . “Get to the chopper!” he exclaimed! This is some inception shit…Kanye is taking a picture of Kim Kardashian taking a picture of herself “selfie” as the Vogue cameraman takes a picture of them…in some “we love ourselves a bit too fucking much”..kind of obvious behavior, that is still some ridiculous self involved behavior, but maybe I am just the crazy one, seeing as I haven’t looked in a Mirror in over a year….just sweatpants and no selfies…all the time…but this isn’t about me…this is about he devil being sent from hell in the form of these people to destroy the fabric of society or at least the credibility of vogue…it’s happening…

Kim stopped by Ciara’s baby shower and posed for an Instagram photo with the singer and LaLa Anthony, captioning the following image as follows: “Celebrating @Ciara’s baby shower today with @lala #mommymemories.” Kim, of course, can relate to the joy about to come Ciara’s way, having give birth to North West in July. A federal judge Friday struck down Michigan’s ban on gay marriage. As such, the state becomes the 18th in the nation to allow gays and lesbians to join in legal matrimony just like their heterosexual counterparts. Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette immediately filed for an emergency request for a stay of the ruling in the late afternoon Friday. Schuette said that “Michigan voters enshrined that decision in our state constitution, and their will should stand and be respected.” “In 2004 the citizens of Michigan recognized that diversity in parenting is best for kids and families because moms and dads are not interchangeable.” It’s unclear if that stay will be granted. In his 31-page ruling, U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman heavily criticized the state’s position that the will of the voters should have been upheld. “In attempting to define this case as a challenge to ‘the will of the people,’ state defendants lost sight of what this case is truly about: people,” Friedman wrote . “No court record of this proceeding could ever fully convey the personal sacrifice of these two plaintiffs,” the judge went on. “[They] seek to ensure that the state may no longer impair the rights of their children and the thousands of others now being raised by same-sex couples.” Two Hazel Park, Mich., nurses, April DeBoer and Jayne Rowse, filed their lawsuit in January 2012, saying Michigan has no rational basis for denying them the right. The women have been partners for eight years. “It’s just amazing,” said DeBoer, who wiped away tears and hugged Rowse after learning of Friedman’s ruling. “This is what we’ve wanted for our family and families like ours.” “We got our day in court, and we won.” Friedman did not follow the trend of other federal judges handling similar cases across the country because he did not stay his ruling pending appeal. Unlike most federal judges who have taken up the gay-marriage issue, Friedman opted last fall to hold a trial and give both sides a chance to present their arguments. Friedman’s ruling came two weeks after the trial.

At least two people were killed and nearly two dozen injured Wednesday by a Harlem explosion reportedly triggered by a gas leak, Mayor Bill de Blasio said. Harlem Explosion The mayor, speaking to New York reporters at the scene, said finding those still missing is a top priority, but cautioned that many may have simply fled to safety. The N.Y. City Fire Department said at least 22 people were hurt, including two with life-threatening injuries and four with serious, but non-life threatening injuries. Both fatalities were women. More than a dozen people are unaccounted for after the explosion leveled two buildings in Harlem and ignited a massive fire. “This is a tragedy of the worst kind because there was no indication in time to save people,” de Blasio told the media . “We have lost two people already.” He promised a thorough search of the rubble after the 200 firefighters, who began arriving on the scene in two minutes, bring the fire under control. The buildings housed a Spanish Christian Church and a piano repair store at the East Harlem address on Park Avenue between 114th and 116th Streets. “It felt like an earthquake rattled my whole building,” said a witness. “There were glass shards everywhere on the ground; all the stores had their windows blown out.” The mayor said the explosion occurred at 9:31 a.m. ET, only minutes before a Con Ed utilities team arrived on the scene to check on reports of a natural gas leak. As Harlem residents gathered near the scene of the explosion, white smoke still billowed up from the debris in waves and left a chalky taste in the air. Traffic is blocked off and Metro-North service into and out of Grand Central Terminal was suspended due to the debris on the elevated train tracks. Story developing …
