No one watches Bristol Palin: Life’s a Tripp on Lifetime . So the attention-starved daughter of a failed Vice Presidential Candidate and less-than-one-term Governor was probably hoping the following clip would not create any kind of stir. But on last night’s episode, three-year old Tripp was being disciplined by his mother and his aunt and responded to their attempts by lashing out… with a gay slur. This is really an amazing story. Dying Man’s Family Grants Wish Of Leaving Large Tip For Waitress A Kentucky man’s family fulfilled his dying wish when they left a $500 tip to their waitress at a Lexington restaurant a few days after he died, the NBC station WLEX in Lexington. And that wish has turned into something bigger. Before he died July 7, 30-year-old Aaron Collins told his family he wanted to eat pizza and leave the server a large tip, but didn’t have the money, the Lexington Herald-Leader reported. His family raised the money through a website that Collins’ brother Seth started. Days later, they went to have lunch at a pizza parlor and handed the waitress the $500 when they were done, the paper reported. The event was captured on video and is posted on the family’s website. The waitress can be heard saying, “Are you kidding me?” According to the website, more than $10,000 has been donated since Thursday. Collins’ family said they plan on raising more money and giving out big tips weekly to other servers as long as they can. THAT is how you go out in a meaningful way that will always be remembered. Students on Greece, N.Y., school bus No. 784 tormented Karen Klein to the point of tears this week, calling her awful names and spewing hateful comments. Amazingly, the 10-minute verbal attack was caught on video and has since gone viral, with support pouring in for the 69-year-old bullied school bus monitor . Support to the tune of $140,000. That’s not a typo. Making the School Bus Monitor Cry It took “a lot of will power” to not fight back, the Greece Central School District employee told NBC’s Today this morning. “I’m not usually that calm.” The unidentified middle school students under investigation; any disciplinary action will have to wait until September when school is in session. Their torment of a widow and grandmother of eight whose son committed suicide is upsetting to say the least, but there is a silver lining to be found. An online fundraising effort to send Klein on “a vacation of a lifetime” has long surpassed its $5,000 goal, with more than $140,000 (and counting) raised. “I’m so amazed,” she said. “I’ve gotten the nicest letters, emails, Facebook messages. It’s like, wow – there’s a whole world out there I didn’t know.” Klein, who is semi-retired and worked as a bus driver for 20 years and as a bus monitor for the past three, said she doesn’t want the kids to be punished. Instead, she hopes the parents simply watch the video you see above. “I’m sorry that your sons acted the way they did,” she responded when asked what she would say to their parents. “I’m sure they don’t act that way at home, but you never know what they’re going to do when they’re out of the house.” Most of the 1.5 million people who watched this online wouldn’t be so even-handed. You can find the bullying kids’ names quite easily if you look around – we have not posted them here – and local police say they fear serious retaliation.

British police are investigating David Nalbandian for injuring a linesman while kicking an advertising board during Sunday’s tennis final at Queen’s Club. Officials ruled that the Argentine had to default the match to Marin Cilic after smashing the sign – and the lineman’s legs behind it – with his right foot. Judge Andrew McDougal could be seen cringing in pain as the player sent part of the sign flying into his leg. Watch the video of his Nalbandian’s outburst here: David Nalbandian Kicks Official McDougal was bloodied in the encounter but suffered no other injury. Nalbandian was leading 7-6, 3-4 at the time but was forced to default the match. By doing so, he forfeited significant prize money and rankings points in the process … all while injuring a linesman for no reason. Definitely worth it. What’s more, criminal charges may be in the offing. “We are aware of an incident at the Aegon Championships on June 17,” a Scotland Yard spokesman said. “A complaint has been made and the Metropolitan police service is investigating the incident. The allegation is of assault.”
