Tons of Game of Thrones fans were unhappy about how the hit HBO series ended last Sunday, but most can at least contend to there being some great MOMENTS throughout the episode. One of those moments being… Daenerys Targaryen’s tyrannical speech after conquering the now-six kingdoms. If you were watching, the Mother of Dragons probably sent chills through your body as she spoke in fictional languages to the Dothraki and Unsullied, insisting that her war was not over. Now, in an interview with Variety , actress Emilia Clarke reveals she studied Hitler and other dictators to get that terrifying speech just right. “In giving all these speeches in fake languages, I watched a lot of videos of — now it seems funny — dictators and powerful leaders speaking a different language to see if I could understand what they were saying without knowing the language,” she told the publication. “And you can! You absolutely can understand what Hitler’s f*cking saying, these single-focus orators speaking a foreign language,” she continued. Emilia was super nervous that she wouldn’t do a good job… “This speech meant so much to me. I was so worried that I was going to f*ck it up. I stayed up so late every night for like two months. I said it to my cooker, I said it to my fridge,” she went on. “I said it to all of Belfast out my window! Well, the window was closed because I didn’t want people to think I was actually barking mad.” Ultimately, she got it right on her first take. So, all that rehearsal definitely paid off. “Then the weirdest thing happened — I walked onset, didn’t need a rehearsal, and I got through the whole thing perfect on the first go. The rest of the day it was like Daenerys was just with me. That’s the only time I got through that speech without getting anything wrong, when it was on camera. Six months ago Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth called off their 3-year long engagement . Bachelor Nation did not see it coming, but apparently, Kaitlyn totally did? So when fans got word of Jason and Kaitlyn’s prompt pairing , some took it as a slap in the face to Shawn. But the 33-year-old rejects any speculation at spite or enmity towards her former lover. “It can seem fast, but to me, it was perfect timing because I just knew what I wanted and I just didn’t see it happening,” Kaitlyn shared. “I was like, there’s no way I’m going to meet somebody that quick that could make me that happy.” She also said that it was definitely weird timing, but “it wasn’t too fast for” her. However, Bristowe insists that she never expected to date someone else from the ABC franchise. “Shawn and I had a very difficult time on the show, and I think that was really hard on our relationship,” she said. “I think I was a little bit jaded by Bachelor relationships because of that.” “So, I just figured, you know, I’m just going to move past that, and I won’t date anyone from The Bachelor franchise.” “I thought I’d be single for, like, five years… because I knew I was OK with that.” But it seems that fate had a different plan. Even though Kait admitted that she was still “heartbroken” when she met Tartick while recording a podcast, the two became quick friends. Kaitlyn was even rooting for him to be the next Bachelor … “It was like my heart knew that there was something there and there was some reason I was rooting for his happiness and I cared about him,” Kaitlyn said. “But I didn’t ever see it as anything [that] it turned into.” Which apparently (fr this time!!) is true love. Allison Williams took audiences by storm with her performance as Rose in Jordan Peele ‘s hit movie Get Out, a movie about white people transplanting their brains into the body of talented Black people. Now in her latest movie The Perfection , which hits Netflix on May 24th 2019, she’s back at it again, this time as Charlotte a former music prodigy who gave up her dreams at becoming the best to take care of her sick mother. She hatches a sinister plan when she discovers Lizzie has taken her place as the top star in the music world. The trailer for this movie prompted one Twitter user to ask Allison Williams how many Black people is she going to kill in her movies? So being that I had the chance to sit down with Allison, and Logan Browning who plays Lizzie I decided to let her know what people were saying about her. Allison replied, “Yes, we knew when the trailer came out that that would be the reaction. I knew that was going to happen but that’s ok. It’s ok if you go into the movie thinking that.” Allison also opened up about Black men’s reaction to her after seeing Get Out and she said she ends up coming across a lot of people who ask for a picture with her while she is holding a set of keys. She does mention that she’s lucky that people can separate her from the character but it just takes a minute for them to loosen up. The ladies also opened up about how the script was a page-turner with Logan saying she couldn’t put it down, while addressing how the movie is multiple genres in one film. Sources close to Kylie told TMZ that Jordyn picked up her things, which had been left in Kylie’s guest house, about a week and a half ago and that the main reason it’d taken her so long was that Kylie was being super chill about the situation — HOWEVER “somebody” else in the family took issue after recently noticing Jordyn’s belongings were still there. That “somebody” reportedly remarked about it being ridiculous and disrespectful as if she was using Kylie’s home for storage. To keep the peace with her family, Kylie quickly contacted Jordyn to have her come get her things. A housekeeper let Woods in the home, since Kylie wasn’t there and reportedly Jordyn and Kylie are still amicable — even texting on occasion — just not as close as they once were. Kinda sad but it’s probably for the best riiiight?! In the meantime, Jordyn has plenty of room for her stuff because she’s got her own spot now.
