Snitching? Man Who Shot-Up Lil Wayne’s Tour Bus Says Birdman Is To Blame

Man Who Tried To Shoot Lil Wayne Blames Birdman Even though Birdman swears he had nothing to do with the attempt to kill his “son” Lil Wayne , the man who actually wielded the gun that could have ended Wayne’s life is singing a slightly different tune… Via TMZ : The man charged with shooting up Lil Wayne’s tour bus has blown the whistle on Birdman … saying he should be behind bars too. Jimmy Winfrey claims in new court docs he shouldn’t be singled out for the crime, when “[Birdman’s] financial dispute with [Lil Wayne] is what ultimately led to the shooting.” So, Winfrey argues, “[Birdman] should be held liable as a party to the crime.” He’s not specifically saying Birdman ordered the hit, but essentially that’s what he’s saying. As TMZ first reported, Wayne’s tour bus was shot up back in April as he was leaving a club gig in Atlanta. Birdman denies any involvement. Uh-oh. Doesn’t this guy know what happens to snitches?

David Banner Says Lil Wayne Is Just As Bad As Birdman When It Comes To Business

David Banner Says Lil Wayne Still Owes Him Money For Production David Banner says Lil Wayne is no better than his “daddy.” While Wayne is severing ties with Cash Money over unpaid royalties and stifling creative conditions, David Banner says he’s facing the same issue over his work on The Carter III years ago. Via TMZ : If Lil Wayne doesn’t know what the word “ironic” means, he does now … he’s being sued by a rapper for not forking over royalties … which is exactly his gripe with Birdman. Rapper David Banner claims he signed a contract in 2008 with Wayne’s Young Money Records to produce two songs for Wayne — “La La” and “P*ssy Monster” — featured on “Tha Carter III.” Banner claims Young Money told him in 2012 he was owed $138,787.19 in royalties … but he never saw a cent. Banner also claims Young Money has gone radio silent, so he has no idea how much more he’s owed. Banner also says the same thing happened in 2009 with “Streets Is Watchin.” He claims he was told he’s owed more than $15,392.57. As TMZ first reported, Wayne is locked in a lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money Records for $51 million … claiming he’s owed money for his never-released album, “Tha Carter V.” Damn…is Wayne really complaining about Birdman doing to him exactly what he does to other people? Well, according to Wayne’s reps, David Banner really needs to be mad at Birdman as well. A rep for Wayne tells TMZ … Lil Wayne was a Cash Money artist and it was their responsibility to pay David Banner, not Wayne. Well…like father like son?
