Following the screening and panel featuring WE tv ’s own Dr. Ish and producers of the hit series “Love After Lockup,” The Bachelor ’s Jesse Palmer and his fiance seemed taken aback by the on-screen antics of this season’s new faces. Real Housewives of New York stars Jill Zarin (with pup Miss Bossi in tow) and Kelly Bensimon caught up over cocktails– Jill was heard discussing how RHONY fans always beg her to come back to the show. Ice-T and Coco divulged some sexy marriage secrets, a glowing Amy Duggar and husband Dillon King (WEtv’s “Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars” ) were ecstatic while discussing their upcoming family addition, and “Love After Lockup: Life After Lockup” favorites Brittany and Marcelino Santiago closed out the night by celebrating Brittany’s birthday with a giant cake. “Love After Lockup” returns this Friday, August 16 at 9/8c on WEtv. Source: Marilyn Nieves / Getty New Jersey Attorney Helped Gangbanger Son Go After ‘Snitches’ Moms will do anything to protect their sons — even if that means using government equipment to expose witnesses who were cooperating against their gangbangin’ baby boy. New Jersey paralegal Tawanna Hilliard has been charged with witness tampering, obstruction of justice, and conspiracy after allegedly using her work computer to access and expose information about her son’s Brooklyn gang. The New York Daily News reports: “Prosecutors said in 2016, Hilliard posted on YouTube a videotaped post-arrest statement by her son’s co-defendant, a social media share that all but outed the defendant as a snitch. She found the video in discovery material, and labeled it ‘NYC Brim Gang Member Snitching Pt. 1.’ when she posted it online. After the video was posted, the witness began receiving death threats.In another message, she said the witness was ‘giving up murders, victims, shooters and all … SMH.’ She said online that what she posted was just “the tip of the iceberg.” Hilliard’s son Tyquan is currently serving a 7-10 year prison sentence. Both Tawanna and Tyquan were charged with witness tampering. She pleaded not guilty and was released on $75,000 bond. She was also ordered to wear a monitoring bracelet on her ankle, stay off social media, and turn in her passport. Even worse, Tawanna was told not to have contact with any gang members, including her son. She’s scheduled to appear in court on August 27. Eeek!

Source: Christopher Jue / Getty ASAP Rocky Found Guilty Of Assault In Sweden A$AP Rocky has been found guilty of assaulting 19-year-old Mustafa Jafari in Sweden but fortunately, he won’t have to suffer the consequences some of us feared he would. According to reports in XXL , Rocky has been given a 6-month suspended sentence but won’t have to serve any further jail time after spending more than 30 days locked down. Despite arguing that he was acting in self-defense, Swedish prosecutors said Rocky and his co-defendant attacked the teenage with glass bottles. “The defendants have claimed that they acted in self-defense,” reads one part of the press release. “Based on statements from two witnesses, the court finds that the defendants were not subject to a current or imminent criminal attack. Therefore, they were not in a situation where they were entitled to use violence in self-defense. Nor could they have perceived themselves to be in such a situation.” As with most of these types of cases, Rocky and co. were ordered to pay Mustafa monetary damages for “integrity and pain and suffering”, however, it was noted that the teen got less money than he asked for. We sure it was an ugly few weeks for Rocky but at least he has his freedom and a very valuable lesson learned.
