Source: FOX / Getty Man…poor Taraji . Apparently, the “Empire” star has been the victim of identity theft! According to the Chicago Tribune , Chicago police charged 29-year-old Alicia Newby with a felony count of continuing a financial crime enterprise as a result of breaking into the Oscar nominee’s email and stealing her identification. It was Taraji’s manager who noticed the fraud of $4,000 and canceled the transactions that were in Taraji’s name but were being shipped to an address on the city’s south side. It’s unknown how the two knew each other and if any other Empire stars have fallen victim to her game, the Tribune noted. Newby, who is also 6-months pregnant with her seventh child, has been accused of having multiple victims racking fraudulent charges of more than $12,000. Authorities also began to look at her after she got into a fight with a mail carrier who refused to deliver the packages to her home due to suspicion of fraud. In court with Newby crying in front of the judge, her lawyer claimed that his client suffered from bipolar disorder. The judge must have felt generous that day, releasing Newby on $10,000 bail. Mike Sorrentino Faces New Hardships Following Release From Prison [Report]

If you’ve been watching the new season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation , then you know that Mike Sorrentino’s prison sentence is looming like a dark cloud over the fist-pumping shenanigans of our favorite guidos. (Of course, Ronnie’s relationship with Jen Harley, Jenni’s divorce from Roger Mathews and a whole lot of other bad juju is also spoiling the party. We’re beginning to think this “adulthood” business isn’t all it’s cracked up to be!) And if you’ve been watching the new season of Orange Is the New Black, you know that life after prison presents its own unique challenges. So what does a long-running MTV reality series have to do with a long-running Netflix dramedy? Well, if you’re The Situation, it may be a good idea to figure out some way to stream the latter — and take copious notes. Sorrentino has been in prison since January, and he’s reportedly scheduled for release sometime in the next few weeks. Unfortunately, he won’t be returning home to his new wife Lauren Pesce — at least not yet. Sorrentino will be finishing out his sentence in a halfway house — and we think it’s safe to say his Shore buddies won’t be showing up to party with him dude ranch-style. “Mike is getting released to a federal halfway house and there is no partying or drinking allowed,” inmate-turned-author Dan Wise tells Radar Online. “After serving a month or so in a halfway house, he will transition to home confinement, possibly for the last two weeks of his sentence.” Wise says Sorrentino will be free to visit Lauren at the couple’s home, but while he’s staying at the halfway house, the rules will be almost as strict as they were in prison. “At that point, there will still be no drinking, or substances allowed, and there will be strict drug testing,” Wise claims. “This will last until his actual release date in September. Then he will start his supervised release, which is similar to probation.” A formerly hard-partying reality star who just did eight months behind bars will now be forced to pee in a cup on a weekly basis? Sounds like a recipe for disaster. Or at least it would — if this weren’t the new and improved Big Daddy Sitch we’re talking about. Sorrentino has been sober  for over three years, and at this point, it seems his only remaining vice is carbs. And he credits Lauren and his Shore family for helping stay on the straight and narrow. “Any substance I was going to do to excess, what you have to do is change your behaviors from negative ones to positive ones, slowly one day at a time,” Mike said in a recent interview. It’s a shame that his reformation came too late to save him from doing time. But we’re sure Mike is well aware of how much he has to lose if he messes up again. There was a time when it would’ve only said this as a joke — but it’ll be good to have The Situation back. Calee Lutes: Who is the Model Peter Weber Dumped to Date Hannah?

You don’t have to follow The Bachelorette Spoilers to know the truth about Peter Weber . Fans were charmed by him. And he “charmed” Hannah not once, but four times … in a windmill. He also ditched his girlfriend to be on reality TV. But just who is Calee Lutes, exactly? First, a quick recap. For half a year, Calee Lutes and Peter Weber were dating — getting together in June of 2018 and splitting in December. Calee says that Peter did not offer her an explanation for why they were breaking up, but that she later figured it out. She says that Peter must have ended the romance because he had found out that he would be a suitor on The Bachelorette . Though he broke up with her months before he met Hannah and started filming, Calee feels betrayed. Calee is a model from Atlanta. Peter is from California. However, last June, he was participating in one-month training for Delta Airlines. While he was in the area, they met on a dating app. Things went so well that they decided to keep in touch afterwards, even if it meant a long-distance relationship. According to Calee, they met each other’s families, took vacations as a couple, and even touched on the idea of moving in together. This sounds like a pretty serious romance, even if it only lasted about six months. According to Calee, they spent a week together as a couple in Atlanta in the middle of December in 2018. At the time, everything seemed to be going very well. Things seemed great after Peter headed back home — so great that she had already bought a ticket to come see him at New Year’s. Then, two days before Christmas, Calee says that Peter dumped her over FaceTime without explanation. Strangely, he then proceeded to purge any and all traces of her from his Instagram — untagging photos and deleting her comments. Wow . Calee herself is a model — and she clearly has the looks for the role. She is signed to Wilhelmina LA, NEXT Miami, and UWM Atlanta. Calee isn’t the only photogenic beauty, however — she has and loves Brian, her American Eskimo mix dog. Brian even has his own Instagram account, as all dogs should.  Did you know that he was apparently rescued from a California prison? What a story! Calee is actually a fan of The Bachelorette , having watched the show long before Peter signed up. In the past, she has even used social media to get hyped about cast lists for Bachelor in Paradise . These days, it would be very reasonable if she has mixed feelings about the franchise. She feels betrayed because Peter must have known that he was in the running for the role while the two of them were still dating. He didn’t cheat on her with Hannah or anything like that, but she does feel that he signed up behind her back. That had to hurt. Peter Weber: I’m Misunderstood! I Never Ghosted My Ex!

Peter Weber is garnering a lot of attention at the moment for having f–ked Hannah Brown four times inside of a windmill a few months ago. Yes, FOUR TIMES , Hannah admitted on the latest episode of The Bachelorette. But Weber has also garnered a lot of attention of late for allegedly f–king over his ex-girlfriend in a very cruel manner, just so he could go on this reality show and try to make a name for himself. For those unfamiliar with this story, a quick refresher: Model Calee Lutes told Entertainment Tonight two weeks ago that she was in a serious relationship with Weber for six months, from the midpoint of late year toward the end. She claims the two had been talking about moving in together … when Weber abruptly broke things off around Christmas. “I thought there was another girl, so I looked at his recent followers on Instagram, and noticed that a Bachelorette producer had recently followed him,” she explained to ET. Lutes added at the time that she had no idea Weber had even applied to be on The Bachelorette until she saw his name and photo released in March by ABC. “He absolutely betrayed me,” Lutes continued, saying simply: “He interviewed for a reality dating show while simultaneously planning a future with me. I trusted him entirely and he pulled the rug out from under me.” Weber didn’t address this accusation while speaking to Hannah and Chris Harrison after his elimination on Monday. But he’s finally broken his silence in a talk with People Magazine . “There was a lot of truth to what she said in her story, but there is also a lot of truth that wasn’t mentioned,” Weber now says, shooting down the main charge that’s been leveled at him as follows: “The show had absolutely nothing to do with me ending that relationship.” So… why did it come to an end? Peter actually says he was the one who wanted to be serious with Lutes, y et his efforts were rebuffed. “I was very serious in trying to progress that relationship and move it forward,” he tells People, adding: “And she wasn’t on the same page as me. That being said, I wasn’t going to waste her time or my time. But the casting process and my first interview was months after we broke up.” This is clearly a case of He Said/She Said. We have no idea when the couple split and/or what their status was at the time Weber applied to be on The Bachelorette. With Hannah set to husband tonight, however, and Weber likely not wanting to sully his sort of well-known name, it’s clear Peter doesn’t want to stir up any more controversy. He wants to come across as fair and understanding, concluding to People: “It’s obvious that I hurt someone that I really did care about. That was never my intention. And for that I’m sorry. Jed Wyatt: Is He Really Working as a STRIPPER to Pay the Bills?!

It’s possible that no contestant in Bachelorette history has fallen from grace as swiftly as Jed Wyatt. Like, we all hated Luke P. from the get-go, but there was a time — not all that long ago — when Jed was a bonafide fan favorite. The soulful crooner with the penchant for grand romantic gestures won over not only Hannah, but millions of viewers, many of whom were likely eager to spend real US dollars to download his music, which could best be described as easy listening for people who find John Mayer a bit hardcore for their taste. But Jed’s time as one of Hannah’s most beloved suitors was very short-lived. The first blow to his reputation came when the world learned that Wyatt had a girlfriend waiting at home during filming. Not a good look when you’re on a show whose only casting requirements are being 1. a dude, and 2. single. And on the first installment of this week’s two-part Bachelorette season finale (Side note: Can someone please start a petition to producers to stop drawing these damn finales out for four hours?) Jed’s family joined the crowd of nay-sayers when he got trounced by Tyler Cameron during the “meet the parents” round. A big part of the problem was that Hannah’s folks don’t believe that a struggling musician has what it takes to give their daughter the lifestyle she’s accustomed to. (Thankfully, Hannah pointed out that it’s 2019, and she’s planning to launch a career of her own.) Jed offered a rather unimpressive resume to Hannah’s dad, citing as his career highlight the jingle he wrote for a dog food commercial. But it’s possible that Jed was selling himself short. In addition to crooning about kibble, Wyatt also pays the bills by gettin’ his Magic Mike on as a member of Nashville’s Music City Male Revue. Yes, because there are like 8 people actually making money in the music industry these days, Jed — like millions of “nursing students” before him — was forced to turn to exotic dancing. Here he is with some colleagues and a fan following a performance from earlier this year: To be fair, the Music City Male Revue doesn’t involve full nudity and is billed as a “PG-13” experience. Still, it’s not hard to see why Jed downplayed this aspect of his career while conversing with Hannah’s father. Of course, we can’t help but wonder if Hannah is aware of Jed’s ab-flaunting past. If you’ve been following our Bachelorette spoilers all season, then you already know who Hannah picks tonight — but Ms. Brown promised a surprise during the live portion of the episode, so it’s really anyone’s guess what will happen. The only thing we know for sure is that it’s gonna be long, and tease-master Chris Harrison is gonna do his best to keep you guessing (and tuned-in) until the very end.
