Amber Portwood will be living a very lonely existence over the next several days, weeks and maybe even months. This, after a judge handed out a harsh — albeit understandable — ruling to conclude Portwood’s hearing on Wednesday, five days after she was arrested for felony domestic violence . According to court papers obtained from Marion County Superior Court in Indiana, Portwood has been charged with three felonies and a misdemeanor for her alleged attack against boyfriend Andrew Glennon. The first count of domestic battery is for ” knowingly touching Andrew Glennon, a family or household member in a rude, insolent or angry manner .” The second count, meanwhile, relates to the stunning news that Portwood is accused of attacking Glennon with a machete, which is a giant sword. Original reports had stated that Amber only stuck Glennon in the neck with a shoe during a dispute between the couple early last Friday morning — but read down below for the latest on this ugly and violent confrontation. This update includes a description of the machete attack.. and also the way in which Portwood threatened to kill herself. View Slideshow: Amber Portwood Threatened Suicide, Attacked Boyfriend with a Machete: Report For this second felony count, the Teen Mom OG star was charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. “Struck the machete at and into a door, while Andrew Glennon was standing directly on the other side of the door, that created a substantial risk of bodily injury to Andrew Glennon ,” the court papers read. For the third count of domestic battery, which is also a felony, we can now telay the following from the court: Portwood “ knowingly touched Andrew Glennon, a family or household member, in a rude, insolent, or angry manner and Amber L Portwood committed said offense in the presence of a child less than 16 years of age, knowing that the child was present and might be able to see or hear the offense .” Multiple outlets confirm that Glennon was holding the couple’s one-year old son in his arms at the time of this assault. He thought Amber might kill him . This all brings us back the loneliness cited above. The 29-year-old Teen Mom OG star was served with a no contact order in court on Wednesday, July 10. For the foreseeable future, she is not allowed to go near Glennon or baby James. Elsewhere, we can confirm that Portwood was accompanied by her mother, Tonya, her ex-fiancé, Gary Shirley, and his wife, Kristina, as she entered the building. She did not speak to reporters before or after this court appearance. Glennon, for his part, was asked by TMZ how he was holding up and simply replied: “I’ve seen better days.” This would appear to be an understatement. Based on a report by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, which had access to the official legal affidavidt filed by police after they responded to a 911 text from Glennon on July 5, Amber and Andrew got into it because they had tried to take James to see July Fourth fireworks the night before. But there was too much traffic. It was determined they would miss the show and had to turn around — and Portwood blamed Glennon for the snafu. To be exact, Portwood was upset that Glennon “dropped the ball” on their plan to see these fireworks, The Ashley wrote this week. After dropping Amber off and giving her a chance to cool down, Andrew drove around for awhile with James in the car. When he got home, Amber reacted in angry fashion, allegedly hurling a shoe with a one-inch heel at her boyfriend … downing a bunch of pills before later throwing them back up… and slashing the bathroom door with a machete after Andrew locked himself in there with their son. Yikes , right? If this account is accurate, that is. Portwood went to jail in 2013 for also attacking then-boyfriend Gary Shirley, who is the father of her 10-year old daughter, Leah. She has a history of mental illness and even joked on this week’s episode of Teen Mom OG that she’s “f-cking nuts” and is prone to violent outbursts. She wasn’t really joking, of course. Source: Nintendo / Nintendo of America Rumors have been swirling for months about Nintendo dropping a new Switch model , today (July 10) the company finally unveiled a new cheaper, smaller unit the Nintendo Switch Lite and despite being a scaled-down version of the original, it still offers almost the same functionality of its predecessor. The new leaner but still meaner Nintendo Switch Lite arrives September 20 and will only cost you $199, a whole $100 cheaper than the original. It will feature a 5.5-inch screen a slight downgrade from the Switch’s 6.2-inch display but will still run games at a resolution of 720p. The Switch Lite is pure handheld mode ditching the hybrid ability to connect with your TV via the dock, so think it of it as a better 3DS model. Also gone are the removable Joy-Cons, rumble feature, and IR motion sensors. Don’t fret though, you can still connect a Joy-Con to the Lite as well as the pro Switch controller as well as the Switch Pro Controller, and the Poké Ball Plus. There might be issues playing Switch titles like Pokémon Let’s Go or 1-2 Switch that requires motion controls. Another glaring omission is the four directional buttons which have now been switched out with a traditional D-Pad. Nintendo says if you do try to buy a game that is not compatible with the lite from the E-Shop, you will get a warning before you confirm your purchase. Like its predecessor, the Nintendo Switch Lite comes in different colors a yellow, turquoise, gray model. A limited-edition Pokemon-themed design will launch alongside Pokemon Sword but will not feature the game in a bundle strangely. While it has not been confirmed by Nintendo, there have been rumblings of an “enhanced” version of the Switch coming for more passionate gamers. The chatter for that console hasn’t been as loud as it was for the Lite, but we won’t be shocked if it indeed is true. So far, the petition has over 370,000 signatures and counting, all in hopes that it gets the attention of officials in the European nation. From the Change.org petition: Upon being detained, Rocky was denied his request to counsel which is in violation of Article 36 of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, to which Sweden is a signatory. Everyone has the same rights to be treated fairly upon detainment and should be given fair and equal access to such rights. Since, he has been allowed to visit with a U.S. Embassy Consult and attorney, but only in the presence of Swedish officials. It is extremely troubling and worrisome that the laws are not being applied equally in these circumstances. On Monday, July 8th, we filed an appeal with the Swedish Supreme Court to have Rocky released from the inhumane conditions and the clear violation of human rights. They rejected the filing, which means Rocky will remain in prison for two weeks. The conditions of the facility are horrific. Some of the inhumane conditions Rocky and his colleagues are facing at the Stockholm Detention Center include 24/7 solitary confinement, restriction of amenities for the most basic of human functions, access to palatable and life sustaining food as well as unsanitary conditions. According to the petition description, Rocky could face an additional two weeks in the prison according to the prosecutor’s wishes to extend the trial until August. Kristen calls her man to tell him how she’s going to beat up CeCe and OG (as if anyone is actually afraid of her). CeCe tells OG that she didn’t have to weaponize sensitive information that was revealed in private. Then CeCe starts crying and talking about how she didn’t mean for things to go this way. Trying to play innocent when this is probably what her inner thoughts look like: Shaunie, Malaysia, Evelyn, and Feby are just looking at OG like… They really don’t like her anyway, so they’re making it a point to tell her how dead wrong she is, yatta yatta. But they’re also giving CeCe the side eye because she’s the one who put the battery in OG’s back by talking trash about Kristen and their family to her. Obviously, the family drama is deep. Malaysia probably didn’t really know what she was getting into bringing them on the show. You know how you have relatives that you’re cool with but you might not see or talk to that often, so you don’t always know what’s going on with them? That’s what this kind of seems like. So, bringing them on Basketball Wives might not have been such a good idea after all. No one wins when the family feuds. Sorry, couldn’t resist. Tami meets up with OG and Jackie another day and is on OG’s side. So, when Jackie is trying to explain what happened and how OG is wrong, Tami pushes back. This causes them to go back and forth, and Jackie gets really pissed when Tami calls her fake. Tami’s thing is that Jackie has been involved in lots of they petty mean girl stuff so why is she trying to chastise OG now? Later on, Tami kicks it with Jackie, Shaunie, and OG and once again, they talk about the drama. Now it’s Shaunie’s turn to tell OG how wrong she was and that she comes off as too aggressive sometimes. But wait, has Shaunie ever called any of the other wild cassowaries on this show aggressive? Tami used to bully newbies all the time and Shaunie would stand off to the side with that smirk on her face. Or how about Evelyn, running across tables to fight people? Did Shaunie ever chastise any of them? Anyway, OG owns up to being wrong about revealing that information, which she is, but she said she’s backing off and plans to work on herself. The good news is that Jackie and Tami work things out but Tami still doesn’t like how everyone has been treating OG so she’s going to have a brunch where everyone can come and discuss. Because that’s going to go well. Part of why Tami seems to have such a soft spot for OG is that she feels like OG is a target and that she can relate. In Tami’s mind, she has also been ganged up on and have had these women say mean things about her. Kind of true, but also kind of not. There have been mean things said about Tami by women she was beefing with at the moment, but no one ganged up on her (because they’re scared), and it’s not like Tami was ever innocent. Anyway, Tami starts the talk. We get to a point where Kristen and OG are going back and forth, as expected. Kristen says that OG felt the need to say what she said to be hurtful. That is true, but OG denies this. OG says she got the info from CeCe and Byron while at dinner with them and that Byron told her that people know this information (uh, yeah, close family) and that it would be totally fine if she ever had to pass that information on to anyone else. Anyway, Kristen asks OG why she has a problem with her. OG says she doesn’t have a problem with Kristen but that Kristen has a problem with her , and now everyone is either like wtf or just looking at her all kinds of sideways (or both). Neither Kristen nor OG is actually wrong. They respectively have a problem with each other. Anyway, Malaysia tells Cece that she felt that CeCe was talking trash about Kristen to OG so that OG would do what she did. CeCe denies this. Then Kristen asks CeCe how she would feel if Byon’s children didn’t show up to the wedding. CeCe says she doesn’t care. She only cares about Byron and this is the last time Kristen is going to see her. Yeah, this brunch wasn’t productive. So now Malaysia feels like she has to go to Byron himself. Malaysia confronts Byon and tells him everything that happened. He said he did give that information to CeCe and OG, but it’s not like it’s a secret secret , even though only a few select people know. Malaysia asks if he told OG to run back and tell everyone, which is not quite what OG said he said, but mmmkay. Anyway, he denies this. He also says he knows CeCe isn’t innocent in this, but that she was tired of getting attacked, which is valid. Then she asks about his beef with Kristen. He repeats that he’s mad at Kristen for making him look like a bad grandfather and that’s why he said what he said. Lordt. Messy. Boots. Nothing gets resolved this episode so come back next week for more. In this new trailer, Bravo teases fans with the wealth of drama, tears, fights, and allegations to come. “The reunion is going great!” an excited Andy Cohen tells Anderson Cooper at the start of this explosive trailer. “It's major.” Viewers then see Kyle Richards speaking emotionally, saying: “I paid the ultimate price by being honest.” Then her voice breaks and she apologizes: “Sorry, I can't talk right now.” “There's major things happening,” Andy teases to an intrigued Anderson. Andy adds: “There's trouble afoot in Beverly Hills.” Without context, we then see the beautiful Lisa Rinna demand of someone: “You have to shut the f–k up” “We've all said things privately about each other,” Kyle says in a rant. She may be ranting at Lisa, but we cannot confirm that. Editing, folks. “I would never out you!” Kyle promises. “If I did right now, it would be a very bad situation.” Okay, so it's both a promise and a threat. We then hear Erika Jayne instruct: “Denise, stop it. That is not true.” “Lisa Vanderpump is not here,” Andy says. This earns an intrigued “ooooooh” from Anderson, who remains an eternal delight. Anderson asks: “Has she not been there at all for this reunion?” Andy replies with a very cryptic facial expression. “I want to know how she found the lie detector,” Denise expresses. Kyle then explains: “She did a test run, first.” Lisa responds with obvious astonishment. Meanwhile, Erika replies with a look of bewilderment. “The f–k, man?” she asks. “You know who is here?” Andy teases. “Camille.” We then see Camille recall: “She told me to tell my daughter she was a f–king liar!” “What?” an astonished Kylie asks, whipping her head around. “We're breaking a lot of news today in Beverly Hills,” Andy notes.
