Nipsey’s sister, Samantha Smith , and his brother, Blacc Sam , appeared in L.A. County Superior Court Tuesday for a hearing on the guardianship of the rapper’s 10-year-old daughter, Emani Asghedom . Emani’s mother, Tanisha , was at the hearing as well and broke down crying when she saw her daughter for the first time in what she said was months. The courtroom was cleared for 20 minutes while Tanisha and Emani spent some time together. However, the hearing was pushed until Friday when a final decision is to be made on custody and finances. The rapper says she has earned 108 days good conduct time credit, and that as of July 12, 2019, she will have completed “15.6 months (12 months plus 3.6 months earned good time credit), thereby leaving 8.4 months of her sentence to be served.”
Source: Nicky Nelson/WENN.com / WENN Britney Spears’ Manager Weighs In On Superstar’s Mental Health & Return To The Stage Last month, Britney Spears checked herself into a mental health facility , stating she needed “a moment.” Now, her manager Larry Rudolph says her return to the stage could be a lot more far off than indicated. “As the person who guides her career — based on the information I and all of the professionals who work with her are being told on a need-to-know basis — from what I have gathered it’s clear to me she should not be going back to do this Vegas residency, not in the near future and possibly never again,” Rudolph told TMZ . “I don’t want her to work again ’till she’s ready, physically, mentally and passionately. If that time never comes again, it will never come again. I have no desire or ability to make her work again. I am only here for her when she wants to work. And, if she ever does want to work again, I’m here to tell her if it’s a good idea or a bad idea.” Rudolph says Britney’s father getting sick last year was the “perfect storm,” as she grew distraught to the point that they had to pull her Vegas residency. Currently, Britney seems to be M.I.A. “Last summer, when she wanted to tour, she called me every day. She was excited. She hasn’t called me in months. Crickets. She clearly doesn’t want to perform now,” he adds. Britney checked out of the mental health facility after a month of recuperating… but by the sound of things, it’s unclear how much help that did. So it seems that while there might be some feminist beliefs behind Ripa’s distaste for the franchise, ultimately she finds the whole idea of a rabid competition with a human being as the reward to be a bit unseemly. Over the weekend of May 11-May 12, 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? filmed its Season 4 Tell All Special. These specials are always treats, and are broken up into multiple episodes because there's so much drama. Unlike on regular episodes, the stars actually get to interact with each other. It's during these Tell Alls when the stars update fans — sometimes shocking them — on what has changed for them since their season aired. Well, what has changed for the Season 4 stars in the months between when Season 4 was filmed and when they filmed the Tell All? Let's take a look at what viewers can expect: 1. Ashley and Jay On Season 4, we’ve seen them stress and wonder if there’s any hope for their marriage after Jay’s Tinder cheating scandal. 2. Things got so much better Jay was there for Ashley through one health crisis, then another. As a couple, they endured a social media fraud scandal together. 3. And then things got worse On April 15, Ashley took to social media to reveal that Jay had once again cheated on her. 4. This time, it’s serious Jay had at least one mistress, and Ashley says that this went on for MONTHS behind her back. Ashley filed to divorce Jay, accusing him of adultery, and you can BET that this came up over the weekend while the Tell All was filmed. 5. Colt and Larissa Season 4 has followed Colt and Larissa through some of the rougher times of their marriage in 2018. 6. But it gets so much worse Larissa has a total of THREE arrests, two of which were during their 7-month marriage. And yes, their marriage only lasts for 7 months. The pioneering politician will be portrayed by critically acclaimed, award-winning actress Uzo Aduba in a limited series on FX called Mrs. America . The drama will premiere in 2020 and stars Cate Blanchett, who portrays a conservative named Phyllis Schlafly. The 9-episode series will cover the quest to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), which faced conservative backlash. The story will be told from the perspective of dynamic women of that era including Chisholm and feminists like Gloria Steinem, Betty Friedan, Bella Abzug and Jill Ruckelshaus. Other actors on board include Rose Byrne (Steinem), Tracey Ullman (Freidan), Sarah Paulson, James Marsden, and more. Uzo Aduba as Shirley Chisholm, though? Here for it.
