Back in February, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft was arrested for his alleged involvement in a prostitution ring. Prosecutors claimed the billionaire was a regular client at Orchids of Asia, a Jupiter, Florida massage parlor that specialized in “happy endings.” Yes, that’s a euphemistic way of saying Mr. Kraft was frequently getting cranked off in a Sunshine State strip mall. Folks, this is what a 10-figure net worth looks like in Donald Trump’s America. Anyway, the whole situation has been a nightmare for Kraft and the Patriots organization, both of which have been mired in controversy for years. In all likelihood, Kraft will beat the charges against him and avoid jail time. (For an explanation of why we’re making this prediction, see that earlier bit about the 10-figure net worth.) But that doesn’t mean Kraft will be able to put this scandal behind anytime soon. Florida prosecutors are in possession of a tape that reportedly shows Kraft “receiving sexual services” at Orchids of Asia. Thus far, Kraft has been able to block the public release of the video, but apparently, it’s already been shopped to several media outlets by an unknown seller. According to The Blast , which was one of the outlets to receive the tape, the footage shows Kraft “undressed and laying on the massage table with his hands placed behind his head.” We’re guessing that’s also how he greets Roger Goodell after every Patriots Super Bowl victory. Interestingly, Kraft’s arrest came just days after the Pats yet again outraged America by triumphing over the LA Rams in a battle of coastal elite cities that was about as thrilling as watching a painting of growing grass dry. We’re not saying the two events are related, but the timing might be evidence that there is a God, and he hates the Patriots just as much as the rest of us. Despite earlier reports that Kraft was part of a human sex trafficking ring, it now looks as though Orchids of Asia was nothing more than an old-fashioned handy hut. Even so, Kraft’s involvement in this ordeal is beyond creepy. We understand why an elderly widower might turn to prostitutes for “companionship,” but this is a guy who could’ve been enjoying intimate evenings at home with top-dollar escorts. Instead, he was getting his knob polished in a strip mall by underpaid and seemingly mistreated immigrants who proceeded to hose off his juices with something called a “table shower.” Supposedly, owners are held to the same standard of conduct as players, but you know if this were a 22-year-old WRoC (wide receiver of color), there would be no talk of him returning to the league. Just sayin’.
A Florida man has been arrested for giving Olive Garden patrons far more than they paid for this past Sunday in Naples. The diners simply wanted to chow down on some never-ending breadsticks, not be subjugated the never-ending annoyance of some inebriated fool. Allow us to explain… According to a police report from the Naples Police Department, officers were dispatched to one of these restaurants around 3:30 p.m. on April 14 due to an alleged disturbance in the vicinity. The 911 caller claimed that there was a man outside the establishment, asking customers for money and screaming out a series of expletives. When the authorites arrived, they came across a shirtless man sitting outside on a bench, shoveling spaghetti into his mouth with his bare hands. It’s unclear at this time whether it was covered in marinara sauce or some other topping. Identified as Ben Padgett, this individual smelled like alcohol and was acting in an inappropriate manner, the official report states. A restaurant employee named Ronald Worst also told police that Padgett threatened him and asked him “whether he had male or female sex organs.” Worst went on to say that Padgett was coming in and out of the restaurant, badgering those around him. “I could beat your ass,” he supposedly yelled at Worst for some reason. Once they arrived on the scene, police officers asked Padgett what he was doing outside on the bench. According to the arrest report, he would not stop “muttering obscenities” and was eventually placed under arrest for disorderly intoxication. Prior to being placed in handcuffs, Padgett was given paper towels by the cops, so that he could clean the pasta off of his face. Despite this kind gesture, Padgett wasn’t done acting like a total and complete maniac. While in the back of the patrol cruiser, the suspect started to twist his body violently, kicking his legs and smashing his head against the metal cage partition, causing his forehead to bleed. As a result, the drunk 32-year-old was treated at a nearby hospital before being transferred to the Naples Jail Center. Padgett was also charged with resisting an officer without violence and released on $2,000 bond. While story does sound kooky, we guess Padgett should just be grateful that he didn’t cut off his own penis . As of now, the specifics about his arrest are unclear, but Herbo was taken reportedly taken into police custody yesterday in Atlanta, Georgia. Fulton County sheriff’s records show G Herbo was arrested on Wednesday but the circumstances surrounding his arrest were not immediately available. The report on the situation doesn’t give many details, but it does include a mugshot and the location of his arrest. The rapper is said to still be in custody as of Thursday morning and there is no timetable as to when he’ll be on his way out.
