CEO Kevin Tsujihara Resigns Over Sexual Misconduct Married-a$$ Kevin Tsujihara is the latest Hollyweird powerbroker to be outed for sexual misconduct with women. According to DailyMail , Tsjihara is accused of offering actress Charlotte Kirk roles in movies in exchange for sex. Kirk admits that she and Tsujihara had a romantic affair that began in 2014 after a night of drinks. Source: Bennett Raglin / Getty As of today, Tsjihara is no longer the chairman/CEO of Warner Bros. Studios. ‘It is in the best interest of WarnerMedia, Warner Bros., our employees and our partners for Kevin to step down as Chairman and CEO of Warner Bros.,’ said WarnerMedia CEO John Stankey on Monday. ‘Kevin has contributed greatly to the studio’s success over the past 25 years and for that we thank him. Kevin acknowledges that his mistakes are inconsistent with the company’s leadership expectations and could impact the company’s ability to execute going forward.’ The Hollywood Reporter broke the story early this year that revealed that the two exchanged texts where Tsjihara agreed to help Kirk with her career if she broke him off some sex every now and then. You can talk to someone differently after you have been intimate with them. There is a connection,’ said Kirk. ‘You don’t say, “Get me a role,” but you expect openness and honesty when you have been lovers and you expect them to be there for you as a friend. In my case, that meant him potentially directing me towards auditions, helping me get into the room.’ She goes on to say… ‘Whatever work I got from an audition would be on my own professional acting ability and merit,’ declared the actress. Back in July of 2018, Demi Lovato suffered an overdose that nearly claimed her life. Lovato recently reached a milestone in her recovery and is soon to be eight months sober. But this week, there’s a different anniversary on the pop icon’s mind. “Today I Would’ve had 7 years sober,” Demi wrote on her Instagram page over the weekend. “I don’t regret going out because I needed to make those mistakes, but I must never forget that’s what they were: mistakes,” she added. When Demi says “going out” here, she’s not referring to hitting the club (her overdose took place in a private residence). Instead, she’s using popular AA terminology: “going out” is a common euphemism for relapsing. From there, Lovato went on to express her gratitude to the organization (along with Narcotics Anonymous) and its compassionate response to roadblocks on the path to recovery. “Grateful that AA/NA never shuts the door on you no matter how many times you have to start your time over,” she wrote. “I didn’t lose 6 years; I’ll always have that experience but now I just get to add to that time with a new journey and time count.” Demi is clearly optimistic about her continued recovery, and sources say she’s fully committed to the hard work of staying sober. There were concerns among fans when Demi began dating Henry Levy shortly after leaving treatment. The couple had met in rehab, and though Levy was newly sober himself, those who are new to recovery are commonly discouraged from entering new relationships, particularly with other people who might be vulnerable to relapses. These days, Demi and Henry are broken up, though it’s unclear if the decision had anything to do with one or both parties opting to focus on their sobriety. Lovato concluded her most recent post with a message of hope for others who may have suffered setbacks in their recovery: “If you’ve relapsed and are afraid to get help again, just know it’s possible to take that step towards recovery,” she wrote. “If you’re alive today, you can make it back. You’re worth it.” During the six years that Demi was substance-free, she often served as an inspiration to others who were in recovery. Now, it seems she’s eager to embrace that role once more. As previously reported the prominent black councilwoman was killed in Brazil in 2018. She was shot 7 times, 3 in the head, just hours after a rally she organized where she urged for better treatment of black women. Now BuzzFeed News reports that two retired police officers were arrested in connection with her murder. Retired Sgt. Ronnie Lessa, 48, and former police officer Élcio Vieira de Queiroz, 46, were arrested for their alleged involvement. Authorities believe Lessa was the shooter in the attack, while Queiroz acted as the driver. They point out that a German submachine gun was used during the attack on Franco and that weapon is exclusively used by Brazilian police. Buzzfeed adds that the two men reportedly tracked Franco’s movements for days prior to the ambush. The men were believed to be against Franco’s political actions hence why they plotted to execute her. Franco was a member of the left-wing Socialism and Liberty Party and defended the rights of minorities. She also spoke out against police brutality and was an out lesbian. There could be more arrests to come as police’s investigation into Franco’s murder is still ongoing. R.I.P. Marielle Franco

Fortunately, she has already been released and is under the care of her team. Reports TMZ : Law enforcement sources tell us police and EMS responded to Paris’ LA home at 7:30 AM. We’re told Michael Jackson’s only daughter slit her wrists. Our sources say she was transported to a hospital and placed on 5150 hold. She’s currently in stable condition. Sources with knowledge tell us Paris did this in direct response to the allegations made against her father in “Leaving Neverland” — a documentary in which Wade Robson and James Safechuck accuse MJ of molesting them as children. As we reported … Paris was standing firm behind her dad and maintaining his innocence, even though she hadn’t seen the doc yet. We’re told the Jackson kids have been in turmoil over the renewed allegations … and that they feel the doc was one-sided and unfair. Van Allen claims that the troubled R&B singer slept with the mother of late entertainer Aaliyah, although Kelly is denying doing so via sources. TMZ reports : Lisa Van Allen — who accused Kelly of abuse in “Surviving R. Kelly” — said Kelly told her he and Aaliyah’s mom, Diane Haughton, had several sexual encounters. Van Allen claims Kelly stayed at Aaliyah’s home in Detroit in the ’90s and after she’d fall asleep, he’d wander into the living room and perform various sexual acts on the couch with her mom. Sources close to R. Kelly say he absolutely denies he and Diane had anything but a friendly relationship. We’re told Kelly believes the only reason Van Allen made those claims in the Vlad TV interview is to further smear his name and grab headlines for herself. Ms. Haughton has also denied having any sexual relationship with Kelly in an Instagram post near the top of the year. That clip was followed by another video showing Jess leaving her flight and subsequent clips cursing out anyone doubting the validity of her fears. Poor Khloe Kardashian, right? And yeah, we seem to say that a lot, but … it’s true. Remember when she was with Lamar, back when things were good, and everyone watched them try to have a baby and it never worked out? “Poor Khloe.” And then when Lamar started going off the rails and he publicly stated that he cheated on her in that humiliating video? “Poor Khloe.” When she filed for divorce, then when he had his overdose and nearly died, and then when she stopped the divorce proceedings so that she could help him? You get the picture. It looked like things were going well for her for a while after that — the divorce was finally finalized, she had a few relationships that didn’t end horribly, and then she got with Tristan Thompson, who she thought she was going to marry . And we all know how that turned out. Khloe got pregnant, and just days before she gave birth, everyone found out that Tristan had been cheating on her . She stayed for nearly a year after that, trying to make things work, but then he cheated with Jordyn Woods , Kylie Jenner’s best friend and a friend of Khloe’s as well. That was the last straw, and now she’s a single mom. So how are things going now? Apparently they’re not too much different than before in many ways, because Khloe and True are still living in L.A. while Tristan does his basketball thing. So it’s not like he was a super present father and now she’s going it alone. And that’s good, but recent reports have been claiming that Tristan’s taking it a step farther, and that he’s just not involved with True whatsoever . We heard one of those reports a few days ago — a source said that Khloe was “extremely upset” because “he isn’t really making an effort to be involved in their daughter True’s life.” He lives in Cleveland for work, and he is busy what with being in the NBA and all, and Khloe understands that. But unfortunately, “she just feels that Tristan has moved on.” “Tristan’s attitude seems to be, ‘I will see True when I see her,'” the insider explained, which obviously isn’t a great outlook. All of this was very easy to believe, because as sad as it is, we just can’t see Tristan going out of his way to be a good dad. With all we’ve seen from him, it seems like hooking up with a wide variety of ladies is definitely number one on his list of priorities. But Khloe got on Twitter this weekend, and she was quick to come to Tristan’s defense. No, seriously. Someone tweeted her about the rumors about Tristan that we just discussed, telling her “Hunny keep raising your daughter the best way you know how.” “All she needs is her mom. You’re doing great. Keep ya head up.” “Thank you love!” Khloe responded. “You’re so very sweet.” “But he is a good dad to her. My sweet and special baby True will NEVER be put in the middle of him and I. I can promise that.” That’s sweet, and we do believe that she’s always going to do her best to save True from any drama going on between her and Tristan. The only thing is that Khloe has a bit of a history of trying to see the absolute best in Tristan , no matter what his actions are, so there’s a chance that “he is a good dad” part may be wishful thinking.
