Source: Gregg DeGuire / Getty The elderly man who was seriously injured after getting hit by Laila Ali ’s SUV back in 2018 has now lawyered up and filed a lawsuit against the former professional boxer. SEE ALSO:  Laila Ali Accidentally Hits A Pedestrian With Her Car According to reports from TMZ Sports, Ali accidentally hit a man with her Land Rover while she was backing out of a shopping center in Calabasas in December of 2018. The hit caused the elderly man to fall and hit his head on the ground, which is when he claims he went unconscious for a brief amount of time. Paramedics along with Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies quickly responded to the scene at the time of the accident and and Ali cooperated with law enforcement, so she was not arrested. In court documents obtained by TMZ, Robert Ise (the man Ali hit) says he suffered a left orbital blowout fracture, a concussion, and lacerations and contusions across his body. Ise claims he still suffers from pain and emotional distress due to Ali’s negligence while driving, and now, he wants her to pay for all past and future medical expenses. Following the incident last year, Ali released a statement saying she was praying for the man’s recovery. As of this latest development, though, she hasn’t commented. Sign Up For Our Newsletter! According to CNN , a doctor in South Korea is being investigated by police after he accidentally performed an abortion on the wrong woman. On August 7, a pregnant patient with a 6-week-old fetus had gone to a clinic in district of Gangseo, in the country’s capital Seoul, according to the Gangseo police. At the clinic, a mix-up in medical charts and failure to check her identity led to the mistaken abortion. South Korean news platform YonHap reported that the victim came to the clinic to receive a nutrition shot and the nurse injected her with anesthesia without confirming her identity. The doctor then performed the abortion, also without confirming her identity. The patient had no idea what was happening until it was over. Abortion was just made legal in South Korea and all laws must be revised by December 31, 2020 according to CNN, but as of now, the procedure is illegal and is punishable by 1 year in prison. Violence. On God.

As spotted on  Bossip , Rocko and Future  have mended their once sour relationship. On Friday, September 20 the “Wicked” rapper treated his hometown to a very special set of his Legendary Nights Tour. He not only brought out 21 Savage and Lil Baby but he also invited his former mentor and business partner. Naturally the surprise appearance took the crowd by surprise as they not only hugged it out but proceeded to perform “Chosen One” together. This peace treaty was highly unlikely as Rocko, who originally discovered Future , claimed he was not properly compensated when his former mentee signed his recording artist deal at Sony Music. In response to the allegations, Future said Rocko robbed him with an unfair contract. They would be at odds for almost five years. A road manager for the Bronx rapper, Yasin Touray, was caught on video throwing punches and struck at least two women with brutal blows. The Blast reports : The violent attack, from May 25, was all caught on tape by a witness, Sayyora Badalbaeva, who also starred in “Bad Girls Club.” In the video, obtained by The Blast, an argument can be seen between Yasin Touray and several women in a hotel room. The argument escalated to physical violence, and Touray could be seen throwing a haymaker punch that connects with one of the women in the face and sends her crumpling to the ground. Another woman in the room tried to intervene, but Touray grabbed her and leveled multiple menacing punches into her face. The attack is so brutal, one of the victims could even be seen checking her teeth in the mirror to see if any had been knocked out. Touray was detained and arrested on the spot and now the women who were punched, Instagram models Ally Stone and Karina Djalilova, are bringing a lawsuit against Touray and A Boogie, naming the rapper because their side says he was the road manager’s employer and thus responsible for his actions. Touray’s criminal charges are still pending. Video of the incident can be seen below but we must warn viewers that the acts depicted are violent so proceed with caution. While we know that makeup is a huge part of her lifestyle, but we can’t help but notice that her skin is always picture-perfect. So, it’s no surprise that she scored the gig as the global face of Kat Von D Beauty’s latest foundation line. There is no denying that trying to learn our favorite celebs beauty routines can be a bit tricky. From their high-priced beauty treatments and sometimes bizarre routines, finding a way to incorporate their skincare practices into our everyday lives is easier said than done. However, the “Triggered” singer is giving us a glimpse of her go-to products. In a recent interview with ESSENCE , the star couldn’t stop raving about a skincare product that she says saves her skin while wearing makeup. “It’s been hot right now in LA, so with that daytime makeup, you’ve got to make sure you have your blotting papers on you,” she tells ESSENCE . “Because if you just let it sit and it gets oily, then that sits on your face, that’s going to turn into a bump. So I personally always have to have blotting paper.” She continued, “And just for sure, wash your face. Wash that makeup off as soon as you can; it’s a big one. Because if you leave makeup on, like three days later you’ll have a big bump coming up.” We definitely agree! Blotting papers do a fabulous job of lifting away oils without disturbing our makeup.
