Halle Berry Says She Lost Wedding Ring, Not Divorcing Olivier Martinez Hol’ up, swole up…. Halle Berry divorce rumors have been in high gear, and the evidence fueling the fire is that she’s been ringless … but now we know why, and it has nothing to do with divorce. Our sources say, Halle lost her engagement ring in Mexico a year-and-a-half ago. She was at the Acapulco International Film Festival in January 2014 where she received the Silver Jaguar Award. Halle says the ring either fell off her hand or she left it on a table and someone took it. As for why she or hubby Olivier Martinez haven’t replaced it … we’re told it just wasn’t a priority. According to RadarOnline reports : It’s over! After 17 years, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are ending their rocky marriage – with a blockbuster secret divorce deal. “For Will and Jada, holding it together these past few years has been tough because their marriage has been on life support for a long time,” an insider told Radar. “They’re exhausted from trying to maintain the façade of a happy union,” the source continued. “They’ve decided to pull the plug in a carefully choreographed manner, [and] agree announcing their split at the end of the summer is the right move.” The A-listers have already “worked out a confidential settlement to protect their $240 million fortune, and prepare their kids [son Jaden, 17, and daughter Willow, 14] for the fallout,” said the insider. Last month, Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle’s home was raided by federal authorities in connection with a child porn investigation. It was initially thought that the FBI was merely following up on an earlier investigation involving a former employee of Fogle’s charitable organization, and that Fogle himself was not under suspicion. As the weeks went by, however, sources came forward with stories of highly inappropriate conversations they’d had with the 37-year-old pitchman, including a reporter who claims Fogle told her “middle school girls are hot.” Now, the FBI has subpoenaed an affidavit containing text messages between Fogle and a female former Subway franchisee in which Fogle allegedly admitted to paying a 16-year-old girl to have sex with him. Sources familiar with the content of the messages say Fogle also encouraged the woman to offer sexual services on Craigslist in exchange for money. The recipient of the texts – who has asked to remain anonymous – says that she contacted Subway’s corporate office with a complaint about Fogle’s comments shortly after their conversation in 2008, but the fast food giant dismissed her concerns. Insiders say that the woman admitted she was in a sexual relationship with Fogle at the time that the messages were sent. Subway suspended its relationship with Fogle on July 7, after allegations of his sexual misconduct came to light. It is unclear at this time if Fogle will face any criminal charges. It’s been almost a month since Kourtney Kardashian dumped Scott Disick , and the Lord is still being uncharacteristically quiet about his life as a single man. Disick sort of broke his silence on Instagram last night by posting the pic below, along with an intriguing caption: The photo shows Scott’s place card from the wedding of his friend J.J. Corsini. The caption reads, “When u realize the grass isn’t always greener.” Some of his followers believe Scott was expressing his regret over his failed relationship – admitting that he’d envied his single friends in the past, but now realizes that the life of a lonely bachelor isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. However, others believe that Scott is expressing his relief at having dodged the marriage bullet. They think the post suggests that as he watched his friend take the plunge, Scott realized how much he loves life as a free man. Who knew that a guy whose biggest concerns in life seem to be booze, blow and blondes could be so cryptic and arcane? Disick’s previous comments about the breakup have been limited to press agent-approved BS about “staying positive,” so we really have no way of knowing how he feels about getting kicked to the curb. As for Kourtney, she’s reportedly having regrets about dumping Scott , so perhaps his latest Instagram pic was a way of reaching out to his ex.
