Celebrity chef Bobby Flay filed for divorce from wife Stephanie March earlier this month, and safe to say it didn’t go over well. The drama is just beginning. Flay not only canceled March’s credit cards, he currently stands accused of having an affair with his former assistant Elyse Tirrell … for three years! According to reports, Tirrell was a budding young singer/actress who became Flay’s assistant after working as a hostess in his Bar Americain in 2008. March’s friend Maia Madison first claimed the affair took place and said the actress “sobbed” to her: “I can’t believe the last ten years of my life have been a lie.” “Elyse had always seemed so nervous when Stephanie came to one of the restaurants.” “Stephanie, not knowing what was happening, went out of her way to compliment her and try to make her more comfortable,” Madison went on, lamenting: “Elyse had even been to Stephanie’s home when she was there … and when she wasn’t. Now this girl is about to become the Monica Lewinsky of the food world.” Flay’s business partner, Laurence Kretchmer, begs to differ to say the very least. “As ugly as Stephanie is going to look [when this news comes out], she will look uglier when other things come out,” he told the N.Y. Post’s Page Six . Sounds like this is going to get worse before it gets better. Probably a lot worse. Flay’s rep responded as such: “We will continue to refrain from responding to the continued efforts by certain parties to spread rumors and innuendo.” This specific allegation, his camp says, “was written [by her lawyer] then leaked specifically to try to insert this story into the press, and that’s unfortunate.” Even sadder is March’s alleged angle to amend their “prenuptial agreement that was agreed to over a decade ago and never amended during the marriage.” Consider that salvo received and responded to. Rumors about what drove Richards to drink have ranged from her distress over her ex-husband’s medical problems to her anger with Lisa Vanderpump over comments made on the recent Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion show. In reality, there probably wasn’t any one thing that led Kim to seek solace at the bottom of a bottle, but new facts about her financial situation may point to yet another trigger that contributed to Richards’ inability to stay sober. Kim’s daughter Brooke Brinson is about to get married for the second time, and it seems that Kim is humiliated by the fact that she and her ex-husband are both unable to contribute to the cost of the wedding. “For Brooke’s weddings, both of them, the groom’s family paid and is paying,” a source tells Radar Online. The insider adds that Kim has always been embarrassed by the fact that she’s not nearly as well-off as the other women on the show, and her inability to help pay for her daughter’s wedding underlined her humiliation at a time when she was already feeling overwhelmed and insecure. Fortunately, there’s some good news on the horizon for Kim: He new son-in-law’s family owns the Fatburger fast food chain, so at least her daughter will be financially secure. It’s love-love for Andy Murray and Kim Sears, who tied the knot Saturday in Scotland. The tennis champ and his girlfriend made it official after 10 years together! The longtime couple married in Dunblane Cathedral in his hometown of Dunblane, Scotland. The duo began dating in 2005 and got engaged in November. Andy Murray, 27, was seen arriving to the church dressed in a formal kilt. He was accompanied by his brother and fellow tennis pro Jamie Murray, also kilted. Murray waved as he entered the 12th Century cathedral. Later, he emerged with his bride, they were showered with well-wishes from guests and fans. The athlete was clearly excited about his much-anticipated big day even before he exchanged his vows, sending out an emoji-filled tweet this morning. This pretty much sums up the wedding experience for a lot of people: Murray and Kim Sears , also 27, did not invite any fellow tennis stars, despite the fact that he’s friends with Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer: “[It will be] everyone who we’re close to, people we’ve spent a lot of time with in the past, but also people we see ourselves spending time with in the future.” “There won’t be any celebrities as such,” Murray said of the event. Murray won the Olympic tennis gold medal, and the U.S. Open, in 2012. He then became the first British man to win Wimbledon in 77 years in 2013. He can handle a racket … but couldn’t handle wedding planning. “Kim’s been pretty much doing it. I’ve tried to help out when she has asked, but I haven’t been over-involved,” he told the Telegraph earlier this month. “I did all the food and cake tasting which I really enjoyed, although I didn’t think I was going to.
