The Haughtons are not feelin Drake’s super-stan steez! Aaliyah’s Brother Says Her Family Is Not In Support Of A New Album Yesterday rapper turned full-time Aaliyah-stan Drizzy Drake released a new track featuring himself and the late singer after he hinted at producing a new Aaliyah album earlier this week. Shortly after, super producer and close friend of the fallen starlet Timbaland expressed his dislike for any new Aaliyah album production process that didn’t include himself or fellow rapper/producer Missy Elliot, who was also a close friend of Aaliyah. Well, Aaliyah’s family says regardless of who is rumored to be producing or releasing new Aaliyah album material, it’s not happening. Aaliyah’s brother, Rashad Haughton has announced that he and his family will not be supporting any posthumous album in works of the late singer. Rashad took to Aaliyah’s official Facebook page to confirm that their family will not be endorsing the reported album by Drake or any other producer working on a record featuring vocals from the deceased singer. “There is no official album being released and supported by the Haughton family,” Rashad wrote. Earlier in the year, Rashad denied any plans for a posthumous album being released after Drake hinted in an interview that he is working on something special in the name of the ‘More Than A Woman’ singer. Timbaland revealed this week that he will be working on a couple of tracks that will appear on the album. Sounds like there are some missing pieces to this puzzle. If Aaliyah’s family is not in support of an album, then why are the people in the music industry who were closest to her continuing to claim otherwise? Something isn’t adding up… Source

This week on Bachelor Pad … a lot of foreheads were slapped at home. Our recap could end there and be more than sufficient, but ABC’s guilty pleasure, which premiered after Emily Maynard picked Jef Holm on The Bachelorette finale in late July, always seems to suck you back in. Who got the boot and who got some tail? Find out in THG’s recap! A relay race, full of obstacles involving ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream and nuts was the week’s challenge … Plus 5 for watching Ed Swiderski not even finish it, and Plus 25 more for Chris Harrison saying “nut sack.” Superfan David and Rachel come away with the win! Plus 10 . Dave chose to spend his date with Blakeley Shea, Erica Rose and Jamie at the prom, making this officially the least stable prom in history. Plus 20 . Blakeley and Jamie trying to be civil? Minus 15 for not even being remotely convincing. Minus 5 more for Erica Rose’s mere presence this season. Rachel went out with Michael (of course), Tony and Nick to Madame Tussaud’s wax museum in Hollywood. Plus 10 for an actually creative date idea. The Bachelor Experience date would’ve worked better with people from the show that are actually noteworthy, so Minus 5 , but Chris made up for it. Plus 20 , because we really need a Chris Harrison wax figure. Rachel pretty much made it clear to Nick and Tony during the date that she was interested in – and all her attention was on – Michael. Plus 20 . Tony still seemed a bit shocked as Mike got the rose. Minus 5 . At the mansion, Reid tried to play nice with Ed in an act we don’t even buy … Reid, of all people, bitter about losing Jillian to him? Fake. Minus 40 . Chris continued to play with Jamie and Blakeley, yet rebuffed the former’s advances as she attempted to go mount him on a bunk bed. Plus 15 . She acted like she didn’t care about being spurned … yet cried about it while saying so, and wept during the date with David as well. Minus 10 . Meanwhile, Sarah’s guilt for voting against Ed led her to TELL ED that Reid is the mastermind of trying to send him home . What a rat. Minus 20 . Ed calls Reid out, Reid tries to deny everything, and it’s just very awkward all around. But not as much so as when he boned Jaclyn. Plus 60 . If this were Cinemax, Ed’s junk would have more screen time than 75 percent of the cast members. Minus 50 for being the ultimate man whore. Reid’s plan backfires and he gets sent home. Minus 25 , because he seems like a good guy, but Plus 25 , as he didn’t belong there anyway. Annoying fan Donna left too. Shrug. EPISODE TOTAL: +35. SEASON TOTAL: -42 .

Nicki Minaj Tweets With Gabrielle Douglas, Has Secret Recording Session In Dallas Nicki Minaj has something up her sleeve but we’re still not sure what it is. The singer took to Twitter this week to let fans know she’s pushing up her tour for “secret reasons.” Any ideas what she could be working on? A film maybe? And in the meantime Nick had another “secret” — this one in the form of a recording session, but somehow the details have all gotten out. Via Page Six : Nicki Minaj had a top-secret recording session while on tour this week that was so undercover, she dispatched a security team hours before her arrival to check out the studio’s entire staff, sources told Page Six. Minaj has been all about secrets this week: She said Wednesday via Twitter that she’s postponing her fall tour dates, and “When [fans] find out ‘why’ I’m starting the fall tour a bit later, they will be VERY happy. #secretgang.” We also hear that once the platinum-selling rapper arrived — with platinum hair to match — at her hush-hush studio session Monday, her requirements were anything but ordinary. The day after Minaj was reportedly accused by a club of backing out of an appearance, she booked a 12-hour session at Otis Conner’s state-of-the-art Dallas studio the Axcess Group, which previously has hosted Kelly Clarkson and the Jonas Brothers. “No one at the studio was allowed to know the name of the song Nicki was recording,” said an industry source. “They were told Nicki did not want anyone to know.” Adding to the intrigue, her security squad arrived far in advance. “Her team came three hours before her to meet everyone in their office,” our source said. “They also looked around for any groupies hiding out.” Two black Cadillac Escalades then delivered the “Super Bass” rapper, wearing jeans and a little fur vest, followed by two bodyguards, her own engineer and a personal assistant. “She sent someone out to buy her own water, and she also had to have them buy straws she could sip from” before she holed up in the studio, our source said. On Sunday night, Minaj played nearby Verizon Theatre at Grand Prairie, but tweeted later, “No after party tonite” and “[shout out] to the promoters who sold tkts under false pretenses tho.” Zouk, a downtown Dallas venue, countered that it paid Minaj more than $30,000 for an after-party appearance. This week on Bachelor Pad … a lot of inane things happened. Our recap could end there and be sufficient, but ABC’s guilty pleasure, which premiered in all its glory last week after Emily Maynard picked Jef Holm on The Bachelorette, did offer some memorable moments Monday night. Who got the boot and who got some tail? Find out below! Twins Brittany and Erica T., some of the “fans” cast this season, were at each other’s throats from the onset, and not in a creepy/hot way. Minus 12 . “You’re not a slut, OK? I would never have said that if I was sober,” one of the twins offered as an olive branch in the night’s best quote. Plus 12 . This week’s challenge was to learn and perform a gymnastics routine in front of a panel of judges, in honor of the London Olympics. Ugh. Minus 9 . Judges Ashley Herbert , J.P. Rosenbaum and Olympic gymnast Tasha Schwikert were assigned to score this nonsense. Plus 3 for the Ash sighting. The ladies group gets a collective Minus 40 . Aren’t women supposed to be the gender that can dance? Apparently not this collection of them. The guys earn a Plus 10 . Erica Rose and Ed Swiderski were voted the worst performance from each group, with a point docked against them. Michael Stagliano and Blakeley Shea, both dancers by trade, earn the roses in what was a totally unfair contest, but still, Plus 5 for effort. Mike took Rachel, Lindzi and Donna out for a night of rocking to a band and rocking worlds for the latter. Donna? A little obsessed. Minus 13 . He gave the date rose to Rachel, CRUSHING poor Donna, whose heart was LITERALLY shattered into like a million pieces. Groan. Minus 27 . At the Pad, peeps celebrated Jamie’s birthday. Virgin Ryan wants her, but she has eyes only for Chris, who totally wants to tap that booty but feels he must simultaneously lead Blakeley on as his “game plan.” Ah, Bachelor Pad . Plus 20 . How is Chris such a player? He’s not particularly charming, friendly or attractive. Yet at least two girls are ALL about it. Minus 6 . Chris tells Jamie he had no feelings for Blakeley and then tells Blakeley he had no feelings for Jamie. Ah, Bachelor Pad . Plus 11 . Jamie walks in on Chris and Blakeley in bed. If you want to play two girls, doing one of them in the room they share isn’t typically the stealthiest way of going about your “strategy,” but Plus 7 for entertainment value. Blakeley chose Chris, Ed and super fan Dave for her date, a Bachelor Pad soapbox derby event won by Ed. Plus 8 for his Pickle Car. Chris got the rose. Shocker. Minus 4 . The twins, for no reason at all, begin a high-pitched, long-running, confusing, pointlessly irritating fight that ultimately leads to them both leaving. Thus, no elimination for the girls tonight. Minus 30 . Lindzi Cox and Kalon McMahon? Really? Eh, Plus 5 . Anyone and Ed? Eh, Minus 5 . Ryan gets the boot after getting voted off by his own partner, Jamie, who probably still lusts after Chris for reasons unknown. Minus 20 . EPISODE TOTAL: -77 .
