What year is it again??? Jury Declines To Indict Paul Wall And Baby Bash On Drug Charges Two Houston artists are celebrating today after the drug charges were pending against them. As previously reported Paul Wall and Baby Bash were arrested in December after a police raid today for the distribution and manufacturing of a controlled substance. That controlled substance turned out to be THC, the compound that gives marijuana its high, after authorities alleged that they were selling weed out of the Paradise Smoke Shop. According to ABC 13 , five people were indicted on drug charges for their alleged roles in the shop and declined to indict five others including Baby Bash and Paul Wall. Texas also has a Misdemeanor Marijuana Diversion Program that offers persons who meet certain criteria the option to avoid being charged and prosecuted for misdemeanor amounts of marijuana if they successfully complete a rehabilitative program on decision making. Baby Bash is also celebrating their dismissal on Instagram. Congrats to Paul Wall and Baby Bash. WENN

RHOA rumor control… Porsha Williams Responds To Apollo Nida Allegations If you’ve been keeping up on the latest drama surrounding the “Real Housewives of Atlanta “ then you should be well aware that there’s an explosive rumor swirling about Porsha Williams. As previously reported the RHOA stars sat down for a 12-hour reunion shoot on Thursday and allegedly Todd Tucker dropped a huge BOMB. According to All About The Tea , Kandi’s husband Todd dropped the info that before there was “frick and frack,” Porsha had sex with Phaedra’s felon bae Apollo Nida. The shocking news has since traveled across social media and Porsha herself is shutting the rumor down as “BS.” In addition to that, there’s a pesky screenshot surfacing where Porsha a.k.a. “True Tea P” allegedly admits to having a “moment” with Apollo. Uhhhh—that’s GOTTA BE fake, right??? RIGHT—we hope. Triggers In Paris: Man Killed At Orly Airport After Shooting Cop, Carjacking And Trying To Steal Soldier’s Gun [Video]

Man Gunned Down At Orly Airport In Paris After Attempting To Take Solider’s Gun More terror in France . This time CNN is reporting that security soldiers had to gun down a man who was attempting to steal a female soldiers weapon in what is being described as a “very violent attack”. About 90 minutes prior to being killed at Orly Airport, the man had shot a police officer with a steel pellet gun and carjacked a woman in a small French suburb. The man was a known by local authorities as well as French intelligence as an armed robber and drug trafficker. Once he arrived at the airport, the man tackled a female soldier and tried to take her weapon from her, he was subsequently killed by fellow security officers. The soldier was threatened by the man but “struggled and managed to keep her weapon, fighting against her attacker on the ground,” a statement posted to Facebook by the French military read. When she managed to release herself momentarily from the attacker’s hold, her two colleagues, one of them a reservist, opened fire and killed the man, the statement said. This was the fourth attack against security forces deployed as part of France’s Operation Sentinel, Le Drian said. The national security operation was launched following the Paris terror attacks in January 2015; France has been under a state of emergency since November that year. Tennessee Police Shoot Black Man Dead On Facebook Live A Crockett County sheriffs killed an unarmed Black man yesterday after they say he attempted to hit officers with his SUV “at least twice” according to NBCNews . 36-year-old Rodney James Hess had parked his vehicle on the side of the road and was said to be “acting erratically” while streaming the encounter on Facebook Live. When officers arrived to the scene, Hess did not exit his vehicle, but instead asked that the “higher commands come out” to speak to him. At that point, without any apparent provocation, shots were fired through Hess’ windshield and the following video depicts those final tense moments of his life. We should warn all of you that while this video is not graphic, it IS very disturbing. After being shot and crashing his truck, Rodney was airlifted to a hospital where he died. His fiancee, Johnisha Provost, told CommercialAppeal this about Rodney’s mental health: Provost said Hess suffered from bipolar disorder and she could tell from looking at the videos that he was disoriented and lost. “He couldn’t get his mind together. That’s why he asked for a higher command,” she said. “I always told him, ‘Babe, if you are ever in a situation where you need help, ask the person in charge for the higher command to help you,’ and that’s what he kept saying.” The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says this about the disconcerting clip: “Though we are aware such a video exists, we cannot confirm its authenticity. As with anything that might potentially be evidence, we will examine it to determine if it has probative benefit,” Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Public Information Officer Josh DeVine said. SMH. Hi hater… Meek Mill Blasts Karen Civil And BallerAlert Meek Mill’s steaming mad at a few bloggers and he’s blaming it all on his ex. Earlier today Meek went HAM on BallerAlert and Karen Civil and accused them of being on Nicki Minaj’s payroll. The IG fingers came after BallerAlert posted a video promoting Meek’s upcoming club appearance at Miami’s Club Story that apparently Meek didn’t appreciate. “Y’all be hating with y’all corny a** captions…this a club and I’m not performing I’m just letting the 2300 people that came to club hear me.” He then alleged that BallerAlert AND Karen Civil were being paid by Nicki to post negative stories about him and his sister wants to fade them for it. He also questioned why they haven’t been covering Jelani Maraj’s child sex case.  “My sister tryna catch up wit y’all cornball a** b***s…this my last time speaking on y’all miserable a** clowns,” wrote Meek.[…] “Karen I got the tape of ya corny a** saying Nicki paying y’all for this geek s***.” That’s not messy at all, Meek. Blac Chyna Covers Cosmopolitan Magazine From the pole to the cover of magazines! Blac Chyna is opening up on her tumultuous relationship with Rob Kardashian on the pages of Cosmopolitan Magazine next month. In the issue, Chyna details the circumstances of how she and Rob went from friends to smashing — despite the family history between them. “It was a shock. I guess when you get to know somebody and you’re around them, you see things in them – and you want to be more than just friends. I think that’s what ended up happening.” Hmmm, okay girl . Either way, this couple hasn’t had an easy go of it becoming more than friends, then fiances, then parents together. But what about their CONSTANT back and forths, vicious fights, Rob’s intense insecurity, paranoia, and depressive spells? Chyna says relationships are always plagued with ups and downs and the occasional bad times. But in their situation, it’s important to lean on therapy and family. “I feel like every person who’s in a long-term relationship, or who is committed to their person, goes through ups and downs. Everything isn’t always going to be peaches and cream. If it is, then it’s fake. I’m in it for the long haul, so I feel like my advice [for anyone in a similar situation] is therapy, know each other’s family, calling each other’s moms.” Chyna says it’s difficult, but she and Rob are in it to win it, and are fighting for each other every day. “I feel like everything isn’t going to be perfect, but I know we love each other and we’re fighting for each other, and the people we surround ourselves with are rooting for us. It makes everything much easier. And we also have Dream. So we’re looking at the bigger picture. We have a whole other human being that looks up to us, so we have to make sure she’s taken care of.” These two are definitely on a roller coaster ride, and baby Dream is strapped in right between them. Prince’s Sister Tyka Nelson Says The Singer Predicted His Death With the one-year anniversary of the untimely death of Rock/R&B/Pop icon Prince quickly approaching…one of his eight siblings says that the star himself saw his demise on the way. As you know, Prince Rogers Nelson died at age 57 as a result of an overdose of opioid painkiller fentanyl in an elevator inside his his Paisley Park studios in Minnesota last April. Now his sister Tyka Nelson is saying that Prince very ominouly hinted that he knew something like this would befall him in the near future. On an upcoming ABC special about the many icons who passed in 2016 entitled “Icons: Gone Too Soon,” Tyka detailed something her brother told her two years before his passing. “About three years ago he called. He said, ‘I think I’ve done everything I’ve come to do.’ “My dad and Prince always spoke in these types of riddles. He knew [he was going to die soon]. And he was preparing me. Boozin’ Ben Affleck Reveals He’s Completed An Alcohol Rehab Program

Ben Affleck Completes Alcohol Rehab Program Right on the heels of estranged wife Jennifer Garner announcing that she’s ready to make the divorce final , Ben Affleck announced to his fans that he’s been addressing his issues with alcohol abuse. Ben took to his Facebook late yesterday evening to reveal that he’s been in a recovery program, in the interest of living his best life, setting an example for his children, and thanking his family, including Jen, for their support. This isn’t the first time that Ben Affleck has had to address his issue with alcohol. According to TMZ , Ben also spent some time in Promises Malibu back int 2001 for the same issue. There have been some reports that say he is looking to reconcile with Jen and she may be considering calling off the divorce, but that isn’t confirmed. Best of luck to Ben in the future! Hopefully he can keep a handle on his addicition… Splash
