Tommie Lee Assaults Employee At Mall Jewelry Store Looks like Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Tommie Lee isn’t quite sure when to call “cut” on some of her reality-ready shenanigans…and the Atlanta PD may have to set her straight because of it. According to a police report obtained by TMZ , Tommie and a male friend of hers visited the Henri Bendel store at Lenox Mall in Atlanta on February 1. An employee named Daniella says she was helping the two, when Tommie started becoming increasingly rude. Daniella says that when she confronted Tommie about her attitude and manner of speaking, the reality star flew off the handle. Surveillance cameras caught Tommie yelling and screaming at the associate, before coming around the jewelry counter to repeatedly slap and punch the woman. A store manager broke things up, and Tommie and her friend fled. Store managers say that Tommie and the same man have visited the luxury retailer on several occasions, and have attempted to steal items in the past. Daniella was visibly bruised on her face and eye. Naturally, she is pressing charges and plans to sue. SMH. A Lil Positivity: Baltimore Is On Its Longest No-Murder Streak Since 2015

Baltimore On An 11-Day “Murder-Free” Streak The city of Baltimore hasn’t had a murder on record in just over 11 days — a winning streak for the town, unseen since three years ago. According to NYDN , the notoriously violent city went for a record 17 days without a homicide in 2014. But the city hit a low point last year, going on record for the most annual homicide rate last year, with 343 murders. This is actually a far cry from how the city kicked off 2018 , with a steady streak of 11 murders in the first 12 days of the year. However, it isn’t all peace in the streets quite yet. Though no one has been killed since February 2, there have still been five shootings — three of which occurred on the same day. No Sexual Battery Charges Filed Against Seal Seal won’t have to worry about courts and jails as it relates to his alleged #MeToo moment with a busty blonde neighbour. If you’ll recall, an actress by the name of Tracey Birdsall accused Seal of aggressively kissing and groping her when she went to his house to retrieve a borrowed salad spinner. These claims came almost immediately after Seal seemingly called out Oprah for being chummy with Harvey Weinstein then turning around and championing the #MeToo movement and the #TimesUp fund. As it turns out, Tracey’s account of events was way too flimsy for prosecution. According to TMZ , the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office rejected the case due to a lack of supporting evidence. To top it all off, the statute of limitations on pressing formal charges for getting handsy has long passed — she claims the incident occurred in February of 2016. Getty Images Teen Girl Accuses Three Fellow Students Of Rape, Possibly Contracted HIV A horrifying story is coming out of Miami, Florida where a teenager says she was raped multiple times and possibly contracted an incurable virus. Local 10 News reports that a 14-year-old girl at Miami Carol City Senior High School is accusing three boys of raping her on different occasions. The girl told authorities that in two of the incidents she made it clear she was uncomfortable and at one point was “pulled into a restroom” by her sweater. “I was so shocked and I was kind of traumatized, and I was scared in that moment that when I was in the restroom with him, I was never going to leave,” the girl said. The girl’s mother now says investigators told her that one of the boy’s relatives came forward and said he was HIV positive — a claim the boy’s family later took back. Local 10 News reports that the three students were suspended and the girl has since withdrawn from the school.
