A video showing a black man who was pulled over for a broken tail light being shot by a white South Carolina police officer while trying to flee has gone viral. Detailed footage shows the officer dropping the taser next to victim while he’s handcuffed and bleeding to death. The officer claimed the victim was reaching for his taser in a scuffle when he shot him. A bystander caught it all on tape leading to the lying officer being charged with murder for fabricating the reason behind the killing.
