Officers said a stolen firearm was also found on the scene, along with $60K worth of marijuana. Well, if you were looking forward to Single Ronnie re-joining the Spiral Squad on the current season of Jersey Shore, we’re afraid you may be disappointed. According to his latest interview, Ronnie is still in a relationship with Jen Harley — and it seems he has every intention of sticking by his baby mama’s side. “Right now things are going good [with Jen], and I think it’s because I made a change and I stopped doing the same thing over and over again,” Magro told Us Weekly exclusively. “I started just focusing on myself and stopped worrying about what other people wanted from me, and what I want for myself. So right now things are good.” “I’ve decided to start focusing more on me” sounds like your a New Year’s resolution announced by your most narcissistic friend, but we think we know what Ronnie is trying to say here. Focusing his attention on what others thought or expected of him led to his signature “Ron-pages” … and incidents like last year’s Vegas pool party fight that briefly shut down production on Shore. When Ronnie focuses on what’s best for Ronnie he surges, rather than spirals. Many would argue that what’s best for Ronnie would be breaking up with Harley again and actually making it stick this time, but hey — do you, bruh. Unfortunately, Ronnie’s announcement that he and Jen are still an item comes at an awkward time. Thursday’s episode of Jersey Shore saw Ronnie spinning an unlikely story of being attacked in a restaurant parking lot the night before Mike Sorrentino’s sentencing. Holes in the story and injuries that seemed inconsistent with Ronnie’s account led many to the conclusion that he had been attacked by Harley and was attempting to shield his baby mama from blame. But Ronnie promises that he will not be at the center of the drama during the new season of Shore. For one thing, we imagine much of the focus will be on Mike Sorrentino, who was sentenced to two years in prison on last week’s episode. (Sorrentino’s sentence was later reduced. He’s currently behind bars, but will likely be released to a halfway house before the end of summer.) On top of that, Ronnie is newly sober and intends to stay that way. That means no Ron-Ron Juice, no smush rooms … and hopefully, no drama. “I feel like now that everyone’s growing up! Even the new season, it’s not us in the club,” he added. “A lot of the stuff that goes on with us is real life stuff, real life things, and real life s–t doesn’t go on in the clubs anymore!” That’s all well and good … but bad stuff can happen outside of the club, too. Just keep this man away from rooms with “self-closing” doors, and everything will be fine!
Source: Shun Atkins / Radio One The unfortunate custody battle over NIpsye Hussle’s daughter Emani is still going and now his daughter’s mother is saying she’s not unfit but her lifestyle has drastically changed since Nipsey’s death. via: TMZ Tanisha Foster says in legal docs, obtained by TMZ, she and Nipsey shared responsibility for parenting 10-year-old Emani . She seems to be rebutting the family’s contention she’s not capable of caring for the child, saying they are ignoring the fact Nipsey provided for her … setting her up in an apartment and providing for her livelihood. She’s insinuating she’s been cut off and that’s not what Nipsey would want. She also says, she’s not the only person involved in the case with a “problem past,” but she says she’s choosing not to “sling mud.” She says she can’t pay rent, she’s been cut off financially and is in desperate shape. Foster notes the lifestyle she and Emani were used to before Nipsey’s death won’t be the same … but she is willing to make it work to the best of her ability. She’s asking the judge to at least give her visitation rights. Foster says, “If everyone was truly interested in doing what is best for Emani, they would treat me as her mother and not in the manner that they have. Nipsey’s family was awarded temporary custody of Emani, claiming Tanisha is an unfit mother .

Last week, Diddy had the Internets on fire when he asked his followers if they were into the idea of the reality competition series’ return. Along with nostalgia for seeing aspiring artists walk all the way to Brooklyn for some cheesecake (the original premiered back in 2002), the overwhelming response was basically, Hell yes. Diddy made the announcement via Instagram, obviously, and even began by bigging up Seth Rogen and Wale for sparking the idea. “I know that I’m going to build the biggest bands in the world,” said Diddy while reminiscing about the fun times he had with the show that launched acts including Danity Kane, Day26, Da Band and Donnie Klang. But this time he’s doing a global talent search. The Internets makes that easier. “I’ve made my decision… #MakingTheBand is coming back!!! This will be a global talent search, upload your auditions now using #MTBcasting!!,” reads the caption of Diddy’s video announcement. “We couldn’t be happier to welcome back the incomparable Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs to his rightful home at MTV,” said Nina L. Diaz, MTV’s President of Entertainment, via a press statement.. “‘Making the Band’ was ahead of its time and the ultimate disruptor – fans everywhere have been clamoring for a return and they are in for the biggest, most iconic season yet.” As for some details, submissions will be accepted across all social platforms including Instagram, YouTube and Twitter, by uploading a video submission using #MTBCasting . There will be more casting opportunities announced in the weeks ahead. The music performance app Smule will also be used to help launch the “Making the Band” campaign.
