Violent Fight Caught on Video Between Family Members at Disneyland

  The place that is usually called the most wonderful place on earth took a scary turn for many over the 4th of July holiday weekend when a violent fight between a family at Disneyland in California. Email Submit The video was taken at Mickey’s Toontown on Saturday, July 6th where a family can be seen physically fighting in front of their own children and other families visiting the park.  The reason for the fight is unknown but the video starts with an exchange of words between a woman and man, followed by a lengthy fight that went on for at least 3 minutes before park security intervened. When Anaheim police the family refused to cooperate.  According to the police department, “A report was taken, There was no video at the time. HBO Unveils Robin Thede ‘A Black Lady Sketch Show’ Trailer, Exec. Produced By Issa Rae

The former BET late-night talk show host is the executive producer and star of the upcoming A Black Lady Sketch Show and will be joined by Issa Rae in the venture. Deadline reports : Executive produced by Robin Thede and Issa Rae, A Black Lady Sketch Show is a narrative series set in a limitless magical reality full of dynamic, hilarious characters in sketches courtesy of a core cast of black women, including Thede, Ashley Nicole Black, Gabrielle Dennis and Quinta Brunson. First, they dropped a teaser for the remake of the 1998 animated movie Mulan. It was full of action-packed sequences and it’s clear actress Liu Yifei will do her best to reinterpret Mulan for a new generation. However, don’t expect any song numbers from this version. According to Good Morning America, this flick won’t be a musical. But you can still expect the main ingredients of a girl taking the role of a man to save her elderly father from joining the Chinese military.  Peep the teaser above and you can mark your calendar for the movie for March 27, 2020.   Next in the Disney canon is the sequel to 2014’s Maleficent  entitled Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.  According to Variety , the sequel picks up several years after the original storyline. Princess Aurora is about to get married, which doesn’t make Maleficent too happy. In the midst of all this, the formerly cursed princess faces new threats as she becomes next in line to become Queen of the Moors. New alliances develop in the struggle to protect the magical realm and the creatures that live there. Check out the drama-filled trailer for the flick hitting theaters October 18 above.   Finally, if you’re looking for less fantasy and more real-life transformations, have no fear, the Fab Five is near. Season 4 of Queer Eye has already arrived and the new clients range from orchestra teachers to typical family guys. There will be looks, there will be laughter and, of course, there will be tears. Source: Charles Norfleet/Getty Images) / Getty ‘The Wire’ Actor Anwan Glover Arrested For Gun Possession One of the fan favorites ‘ The Wire ‘ has always been the understated “Slim Charles”, sadly, Anwan Glover’s real life is mirroring his fiction one a bit too much. According to TMZ , Glover was arrested in Washington, D.C. on firearms charges back on June 26. Police pulled the actor/singer over and discovered a pistol upon searching his vehicle and hit him with a misdemeanor. Let the cops tell it, they were told be on the lookout for a white jeep driven by a man who was allegedly waving a gun out of the window. Glover’s car just happened to match that description after he was said to have changed lanes without a signal. Although Anwan told the pigs that he didn’t have a gun and denying their request to search the car, they did it anyway. The Anwan’s lawyer says his jeep doesn’t even match the description of the car the bacon boys were told to look for. Sounds like BS to us.

On Saturday, July 6, the iconic label opened the doors to Motown Manor, located at New Orleans’ historic Race + Religious property along the riverfront of the Lower Garden District. The day-long experience kicked off with a VIP women’s brunch, which included a special fireside chat shining a light on the Motown legacy and its future. “Motown & Lyft Presents Leading Ladies: A conversation about finding your voice” was moderated by Nilka Thomas, Vice President of Talent and Inclusion for Lyft. Speakers included Motown’s Ethiopia Habtemariam; Valerie Jarrett, a member of the Lyft Board of Directors and former senior advisor to Barack Obama; and Amber Grimes, Senior Vice President of Capitol Music Group. Source: UMG / UMG Motown Manor opened its doors to festivalgoers and a group of HBCU students/alumni for The Motown Social in the afternoon. The History Room was filled with Motown memorabilia, images and vinyl listening stations featuring hits from throughout the label’s 60-year history. With makeup by Black Radiance and hair by Swivel, they could choose from three looks celebrating the women of Motown – The Diana, The Erykah and The City Girl. Monica Poindexter, Lyft Head of Inclusion & Diversity, moderated a playback of music from BJ the Chicago Kidand King of Brass performed live, putting a New Orleans spin on beloved Motown hits. The event also featured a DJ set by Millie, tarot card readings, henna tattoos and more. Motown Noir followed, with captivating performances by JAMESDAVIS, Ms. Nix and BJ the Chicago Kid. Guests sipped special Motown cocktails throughout the evening and enjoyed hors d’oeuvres created by New Orleans Chef Nigel Henderson’s Feast L.A.
