Source: Ben Rose / Getty Phaedra Parks ‘ ex-husband Apollo Nida is officially a free man. The ex- Real Housewives of Atlanta star was released from prison and sent to a Philadelphia halfway house. Nida, who was sentenced to eight years in prison for fraud charges, will be released from the halfway house in October. Back in January 2014, Nida was arrested and pleaded guilty in charges to a fraud scheme that according to prosecutors stole millions of dollars from over 50 people during a four year period. Nida had previously served five years in federal prison for auto title fraud before wedding Parks in 2009. Source: Hirurg / Getty Over 300 Philadelphia Cops Post Racist Facebook Comments We already know police ain’t s#!t , but stories like this still never fail to make us shake our head. According to ABCNews , the Plain View Project has been conducting an investigation into 3,100 Facebook posts made by Philadelphia police and found over 300 racist or offensive comments made by 328 active-duty officers. Many of these offensive posts included language that promoted violence against Blacks, Muslims, and immigrants. Some of the posts have comment threads between multiple officers who have no fear of telling the internet how they REALLY feel about non-white people. Says organization founder Emily Baker-White: “We found a very high and concerning number of posts that appear to endorse, celebrate or glorify violence and vigilantism,” Baker-White told ABC News in an interview on Tuesday. “We included posts that we thought could affect public trust and policing.” “We also included posts,” she added, “that seemed to emit some sort of bias against a group of people — whether if that’s a minority faith, a minority race, ethnicity, immigration status, whatever it is. We saw a number of posts that appeared to denigrate those groups of people.” Police Commissioner Richard Ross commented about the internal investigation over these posts: “We have reviewed the social media transcriptions you provided, and find many of them to be not only incongruent with our standards and policies, but also troubling on a human level,” Ross said. Jenelle Evans is out. And Jade Cline is in. MTV has formally announced Cline as a new cast member on Teen Mom 2, doing so by having her sit and chat with a number of veteran network stars. How did she find out about this role? What sort of drama will she be stirring up? The new addition sat with veterans Catelynn, Tyler and Kailyn to discuss these questions and many more on the Teen Mom 2 reunion special that aired on June 3. During a unique segment, she actually chatted with these stars as part of Kailyn's Coffee Convos podcast, a portion of which was recorded by MTV and we've featured here. During the interview, Cline said she was kept in the dark for awhile in regard to her status on Teen Mom 2… … until her old producer from Young and Pregnant dropped the awesome bombshell right in her lap. “They said, ‘We love you, we love your story so much, we want you to be on ‘Teen Mom 2’ and I was like, I didn’t know what to say. I was like, ‘I feel so wanted and popular!’” Jade explained, adding: “The show has been on so long that I can’t believe they would want me on a show that’s been on for like 10 years with the same people.” One of those people, of course, is now a goner. Evans is off fighting for custody of her kids, not talking about storylines for next season. Cline, meanwhile, ought to bring a whole lot to the table: Her father committed suicide when she was very young. Her mom has been arrested for drug use and possession. Cline was removed by Child Protection Services as a teenager and has been living on her own since the age of 16. “I’ve been out of my parents’ house since I was 16 years old,” she says in this footage. “I’ve been on my own for six or seven years, so I feel like I didn’t vibe with anyone or talk with [the Young and Pregnant cast members] as much just because I was just somewhere else mentally.” As we said, Jade's biological father is dead — and her stepfather is basically dead to her . “Both of my parents were just incarcerated this last week,” she shared with Kailyn and her co-host Lindsie Chrisley. “They've been strung out for so long. Source: Carmen Martínez Torrón / Getty A man in Tennessee was sentenced to 10 months in prison after he urinated on a Kellogg’s assembly line and uploaded the video to the internet back in 2016, according to USA Today . Information was presented in court of the video that was recorded in 2014 by 46-year-old Gregory Stanton after he tampered with the production line at the plant. He was indicted in September on charges of tampering with consumer products with the intent to cause serious injury. An indictment says that Stanton was a contract worker at that same Kellogg’s plant in April of 2014, when he recorded a video of himself urinating into a bucket and then dumping the contents into the Raisin Bran production line. He also recorded himself urinating into a production line once again a month later. Stanton ended up being officially sentenced to prison on May 24 by a U.S. District Court judge and was also ordered to pay $10,000 in restitution, according to a media release. BOSSIP recently chatted with the cast of “To Have & To Hold: Charlotte” about their sizzling season that highlights affluent and attractive black couples in the Queen City who deal with real issues. During a roundtable in Atlanta, three of the show’s five couples told BOSSIP about their sweet black love stories. On hand were the Socialites, Alane Paraison and Yandrick Paraison , who host extravagant affairs and despite some previous financial challenges, they’re clearly the Joneses that everyone wants to keep up with. According to Clinton, if he HAD to do a wife swap with any of the other husbands he’d pick Alaine because he KNOWS they’d have tons of fun together—despite being still strongly attracted to his wife. He admitted to BOSSIP that the first thing he noticed when he met Ursula was “her shape” and that her “a** was crazy in this leopard print dress”, their bond is still strong years later. The other couples weren’t too keen on a wife swap idea, however, and that could be because they’re all strongly against open marriages and hall passes. “She reminds me constantly about how she’s gonna kill me in my sleep,” said Darhyl about his wife Christine who would NEVER go for a hall pass. “Seriously, it’s not a joke. I’m scared to death of this woman. “And really with Alane, she’s got all the girls in Charlotte scared,” added Yandrick who also declined the idea of sharing his spouse. “They won’t even come talk to me.” “Try it!” added Alane.
