Clearly, she did not bring them with her to the US. Fans then heard that Larissa's children were in two different homes back in Brazil. Larissa offered a minimal explanation at the time. But now, on her Instagram Stories, Larissa is once again addressing this deeply sensitive topic. 1. Larissa Lima is a mom She has two children back in Brazil. At this point, she’s been in the US for over a year. Fans have a lot of questions about how Larissa could go without her kids for this long. 2. Last year, she offered some explanation Larissa said that she had found herself both “financially and emotionally unable” to care for her kids. 3. She didn’t abandon them, strictly speaking Larissa said that her daughter had been adopted by the girl’s aunt, and that her son was living — on a temporary basis — with his father. 4. It was a hard pill for fans to swallow Whether they were seeing Larissa argue with Coltee or party and enjoy her life, they found it hard to put themselves in her shoes. 5. What was her real priority? On the show, Larissa didn’t discuss her absent children, focusing more upon marriage drama and expressing her desire for money. 6. It's been almost two weeks since Jenelle Evans' kids were removed from her home by CPS. At the time, it didn't seem possible that her situation could deteriorate any further. But as she's done so many times before, Jenelle proved to us that she doesn't know the meaning of the phrase “rock bottom.” Whether she's bringing guns to court or refusing to part ways with the man who terrorized her children, Jenelle has been exacerbating her already-dire circumstances at every turn. Jenelle's behavior has led some to speculate that she doesn't want her kids back. But others believe the former Teen Mom 2 star is tormented by the idea that her children are happier without her. Here's what we know about situation thus far: 1. Kai Times Jenelle lost custody of her son Kaiser and her daughter Ensley on May 10. CPS removed the children from her home, along with 11-year-old Maryssa Eason, David’s daughter from a previous relationship. 2. Lonely on the Land Jenelle had already lost custody of her eldest son, Jace, who has been raised by his grandmother for most of his life. Eason also has a son whom he’s not permitted to see. 3. Parents of the Year Needless to say, Jenelle and David aren’t exactly killing it in the parenting department these days. 4. Jenelle’s Hell Insiders say Jenelle has been inconsolable since her kids were moved to safer environments. But her efforts to regain custody have been abysmal. 5. The First of Many Hearings Jenelle and David attended a CPS meeting last week, and they screwed it up even worse than their critics expected. As the video above shows, David arrived with a gun sitting on his dashboard for reasons that no one understands. 6. Divided Loyalties Jenelle is not under investigation by CPS, but David is. But as fans looked through the photos from this major life milestone, they couldn’t help but notice that someone was missing. “Where is Robyn?” one fan asked in a comment. Another could resist commenting: “I see Robyn isn’t there.” Considering the recent reports of family tensions with Robyn at their center, of course they picked up on the conspicuous absence. Aspyn herself took to the comments in the hope of quashing these rumors. “She was really sad to miss it,” Aspyn said of Robyn. “But,’ she explained, Robyn “woke up feeling terrible.” “She celebrated with all of us later,” Aspyn assured her concerned fans and followers. On the one hand, illness can strike at any moment and deprive people of seeing joyful milestones. On the other, it would also make an easy excuse for Robyn’s absence if there is a lot more going on. Recent reports have described tensions in the Brown family. Yes, even more than usual. One sister wife in particular, Robyn, is at the center of it all. Why? Because, according to reports, Kody has been spending extra time with her, singling her out as his favorite. He even allegedly spent an entire week with her house as his “home base” ina blatant display of favoritism. The Browns set out to do Sister Wives with the intention of showing the world that plural marriage isn’t scary. After all, most of the people arrested for “polygamy” have done actual bad things, like marrying children and not allowing anyone to leave. But “polygamy” is a more sensational label, so people harp on the number of wives and not that they tend to be aged 12-14 or whatever. So we understand where Kody and the sister wives were coming from, but that doesn’t make them the best family to reassure viewers. Kody rubs people the wrong way, for a host of reasons. And all of the family drama (like the appearance of playing “favorites”) that makes them entertaining reality fodder makes them terrible representatives of plural marriage. Ernie Hines filed a $2 million lawsuit against Timbaland, who used the original recording to create songs for Jay-Z and Ginuwine separately. The Blast reports : 81-year-old Ernie Hines filed a lawsuit, obtained by The Blast, against Jay-Z, Timbaland, Roc-A-Fella Records, Def Jam Recordings, Universal Music Group and Sony Music. Hines, a soul musician from Jackson, Mississippi, says he’s the co-author and composer of the 1969 song, “Help Me,” which was sampled on both Jay-Z’s “Paper Chase” from the Hard Knock Life album, and Ginuwine’s 1999 song, “Toe 2 Toe.” Timbaland produced both tracks, and the document notes that “Toe 2 Toe” has sold over “2 million copies.” Hines’ attorney, Christopher Brown, writes that his client is a “senior citizen, does not listen to rap music and was unaware” that the songs contained his music and composition.
