Source: Paras Griffin / Getty Blocboy JB Arrested On Felony Gun Possession Blocboy JB was arrested on Friday in Shelby County, Tennessee and charged with felony possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. He also faces the misdemeanor charges of speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia, and marijuana possession. The Memphis rapper was arrested in a Tennessee home along with 20 other individuals in a raid that was the result of a “multi-agency investigation,” according to reports from FOX 13 Memphis . Blocboy’s attorney told the station that another individual was the target of the raid. “They weren’t looking for [JB], and there was no warrant for him personally,” attorney Murray Wells said to FOX 13. “They may have been looking for other suspects on the premises.” The rapper was also arrested in Shelby County on drug and weapons charges back in February.

The couple stepped out together for the Pokémon: Detective Pikachu premiere in New York City on Thursday, and Lively was sporting a yellow dress that proudly presented what looked like a baby bump. Neither Reynolds nor Lively have commented publicly on their family’s future yet, but surely we’ll hear from the couple soon. The two wedded in 2012, and they’re already parenting their 4-year-old daughter James and their 2-year-old daughter Inez. According to People , they’ve built a home outside of Hollywood in Bedford, New York. Reynolds recently told People that they never take work at the same time so they can keep their family together. “Blake and I don’t do movies at the same time. If she is doing a movie in Thailand and I am doing a movie in Vancouver, we would just never see each other. We operate as a unit, and that works really well for us,” Reynolds said. “The kids stay with us, and the family stays together, and that is where home is. So if we are in Spain or Utah or New York, as long as we are together, we’re home.” Reynolds had been gushing about fatherhood ever since he became a parent. He told eTalk last year , “It’s the best thing. It’s the best thing that could ever happen to you.” Congrats to the star couple!

TMZ is reporting that the New England Patriots owner has is still shaking and moving out with some big names. Earlier this week the billionaire was seen chatting with both JAY-Z, Meek Mill and Philadelphia 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin. The four moguls met for REFORM Alliance; an organization whose goal is to bring more common sense to the United States criminal justice system. Led by CNN’s Van Jones, the group discussed reform, policy, advancing employment opportunities and more. Rob’s attendance is especially interesting as he is currently fighting to keep video footage of him allegedly getting sexually serviced by a masseuse at the now infamous Orchids of Asia Spa in Florida. His legal team addressed the court in Palm Beach County stating “the requirements to curtail what can be captured must be scrutinized and high levels of responsibility must be met to avoid the intrusion on the activities of the innocent. These strict standards were simply not met in this case. There was no effort made to avoid capturing innocent activity behind the closed-door of a massage room. There is no other remedy but to suppress the evidence gathered.” Kraft has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges of soliciting prostitution. He is due at court in late May. Luann de Lesseps may have a problem with alcohol. But she definitely has a problem following the law. About a year and a half after the Real Housewife of New York was arrested for getting wasted and kicking a police officer , evidence has surfaced that prove two things: Luann is still drinking. And she’s violating her probation while doing so. Before we delve into Luann’s latest misdeed, let’s take a look back, shall we? On December 23, 2017, the long-time Bravo star was arrested in Florida for acting very drunk and very disorderly in a Palm Beach Hotel room. According to multiple reports at the time, she screamed at officers that she would kill them prior to being taken into custody and charged with four felonies: Battery on a law enforcement officer; resisting arrest with violence; two counts of corruption by threat. Luann was in the aforementioned city for the first time since getting married there to Tom D’Agostino Jr., from whom she got divorced just seven months later. And she blamed that entire situation for the way she acted, saying in a subsequent statement: I want to offer my most sincere apologies to anyone that I might have offended with my behavior. This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding and being here brought up buried emotions. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018. Somehow (read: because she’s rich), Luann struck a plea deal last August, pleaded guilty to a lesser [misdemeanor] count of battery, as well as the original trespassing and disorderly intoxication charge. As part of this plea deal, she agreed not to drink alcohol for a year. And she has failed to live up to this end of her bargain. According to newly-released court documents, Luann reported a relapse to a Florida supervising officer on April 23, 2019. After failing a court-mandated test, the reality star “dmitted to drinking 2 glasses of mimosas after a performance she had in Chicago,” the legal paper reads. Once these results were in, de Lesseps was told she could “immediately enroll in outpatient treatment” to essentially make up for her drinking-related probation violation… but she “declined due to her touring schedule.” Luann was also “given the option to be fitted with alcohol ankle monitoring device,” but she said the device would be too “intrusive” while performing. Elsewhere, The Florida Department of Corrections issued a statement that made it clear Luann has not been fulfilling her Alcoholics Anonymous requirements, either. Reads this statement: This is the second notification of other state violation that has been submitted. The subject has failed to provide sufficient documentation of completed AA meetings which she was ordered to complete 2 AA meetings per week. At the time of this writing [April 24], only 5 have been received. It appears to affiant that the subject is not serious about her sobriety or the orders of this Court. As stated on previous notification, the subject has used her unlimited travel as a reason to be noncompliant with her conditions of supervision. Back in February, we also confirmed that Luann has not been performing her obligatory community service . It’s almost like she’s a wealthy person who thinks she is entitled to act in any way she wants, consequence free. The court has not made a decision on how to proceed with her case, but as of now, her probation is scheduled to be over on August 28. And Luann swears she is taking this whole thing seriously, lying completely to Page Six in a statement that reads as follows: I take my sobriety very seriously and like many in my situation, it is a daily struggle. I remain committed to doing whatever it takes to continue living a healthy sober lifestyle.
At the Billboard Music Awards, Taylor Swift put on a dazzling performance of “Me!” alongside Brendan Urie. It was gorgeous. It was coordinated. It was … a total plagiarism of Beyonce’s performance? That’s what the Beyhive is saying — that Taylor Swift gentrified Bey’s famous Coachella routine. Taylor’s live performance of “Me!” featured Taylor walking onto the stage with a bright light behind her. She had her legs parted with a hand on her hip and most of her legs bare. To either side of her were drummers wearing pastel pink. It was a dazzling performance (especially the part with the umbrellas), but a number of people took to Twitter to complain. Why? Because they believe that Taylor ripped of Beyonce’s act from Coachella 2018. Beyonce stunned the Coachella crowd last year with her carefully coordinated performance. She was surrounded by an entire marching band, clad all in yellow, whose dance routine was as flawless as Bey herself. Ever since Bring It On (and, frankly, before that), people have been on the lookout for white performers ripping off black talent. So the Beyhive took to social media and began to share their suspicions that Taylor had stolen Bey’s act. No, not suspicion — accusation . “I don’t know if y’all are seeing this,” wrote one Twitter user. “But Taylor Swift is gentrifying Beyonce’s Coachella performance right now,” the person accused. Obviously, the tweet is having a little fun with the meaning of the word gentrify , but the meaning rings clear. Is this yet another case of a white performer robbing a black artist blind to recycle the act under a white veneer? Not if Taylor’s fans have anything to say about it. After the “Mayochella” allegations were hurled, Swifties took to Twitter to hit back. One of Taylor’s defenders mocked the accusations with a deeply sarcastic tweet. “Beyonce invented standing on stage with two legs how could taylor do that ???” the tweet begins. The joke continues: “SHE’S A COPY CAT BEYONCE DID THAT FIRST.” That’s an exaggeration, of course, but not too far of a stretch from the claim leveled by Taylor’s critics. Thankfully, there were plenty of voices of reason in the mix. “Girl, it’s drums…” one tweet begins. That’s right up there with Kim there’s people that are dying . “Beyonce wasn’t the first to use drums in a performance and Taylor definitely isn’t either,” the tweet points out. Elaborating, the tweeter explains: “Beyonce had a whole as band and Taylor had just drums.” “Y’all need to stop comparing the most general things,” the tweet advises. “Just because you don’t like Taylor.” As to why some people don’t like Taylor, it’s complicated but probably just stems from overexposure from late 2014 through 2016. Some people just get tired of hearing about someone a lot. After so many mentions, you either stan someone or loathe them. But the end of that reasonable tweet really hits the nail on the head. It is 100% okay to not like or even dislike a singer, a song, a performance, or any other piece of media. But you don’t have to pretend that it’s problematic or somehow immoral in order to justify your dislike. Some things just aren’t for everyone, and that’s okay.
