Source: John Greim / Getty Tulsa Woman Arrested For Popping Arby’s Customer After Altercation An infuriated Arby’s manager has been arrested after shooting and killing one of their unruly customers. According to the report from Tulsa Worldwide, Deionna Young, 25, was arrested in the shooting death of Desean Tallent, 25, in east Tulsa on Saturday evening. Police say that Tallent and Young got into an altercation Saturday evening about an hour before the shooting, according to a news release. Young was the manager at the Arby’s, where Tallent threatened and assaulted her by spitting on her. About an hour after the initial altercation, Tallent, the unruly customer RETUNED to the location. Why?! Police said Young got in her car and followed Tallent out of the parking lot north on Garnett Road from the store. Young reportedly fired one shot with a .45-caliber handgun, which was not licensed, at Tallent’s SUV and returned to work. Tallent drove the SUV north to Walmart where he crashed into one of the entrances after having suffered a gunshot wound to his upper torso. He later died at the hospital. Young is being held without bond at Tulsa County jail. Insane!

It’s rare to see women of a certain age in a leading role like the lead character in Netflix’s Juanita. Alfre Woodard stars as the down home “ghetto” grandmother, who abandons her caretaker role to go on an life-defining adventure. She finds new love, has great sex and rediscovers what it is to put herself first. “Women tend to put themselves last. They put their needs behind their kids, their lovers, the co-workers or whoever it is,” Alfre Woodard explained during a candid conversation on our interview series “In This Room.” “We are made of strong stuff. And we always think ‘I can take it, I don’t know if he can take it’ I don’t know if she can take it, but I can take it.” But Alfre’s father offered her this piece of advice. “Just because you can don’t mean you need to!” If you haven’t watched Juanita yet, the seasoned and hunky Blair Underwood plays an interesting role and appears often in his underwear. According to Alfre, it was her husband’s idea (he wrote the screenplay) to use the handsome actor. “He said, I need a way in and I can’t quite find it. As we all know, Chicago PD accused the Empire actor of staging his own attack back in January , but according to TMZ their case has been dropped. This morning, the site shocked the nation, reporting : “Jussie and his lawyers ran to court Tuesday morning in Chicago, where he was facing 16 felony counts of lying to police in the alleged racial and homophobic attack. Jussie will surrender his $10,000 bond. But, that’s it. The case is over. We’re told the State’s Attorney, Kim Foxx, told Chicago police she was dropping the case because Jussie would have only gotten community service if convicted and she said he has already performed community service so there is no point in prosecuting him. We could not find any record of Smollett doing community service.” Jussie’s lawyers also put out a statement that reaffirmed his innocence… “Today, all criminal charges against Jussie Smollett were dropped and his record has been wiped clean of the filing of this tragic complaint against him. Jussie was attacked by 2 people he was unable to identify on January 29th. He was a victim who was vilified and made to appear as a perpetrator as a result of false and inappropriate remarks made to the public, causing an inappropriate rush to judgment.” “Jussie and many others were hurt by these unfair and unwarranted actions,” they reportedly went on. “This entire situation is a reminder that there should never be an attempt to prove a case in the court of public opinion. That is wrong. It is a reminder that a victim, in this case Jussie, deserves dignity and respect. Jussie Smollett is a lucky man. According to the Chicago Sun Times, prosecutors and Smollett’s legal team agreed to a deferred prosecution deal Tuesday. That means the “Empire” actor would not face prosecution and not be required to plead guilty to any charges. Additional reports state charges against Smollett were dropped all together, his record will be expunged and the reason for the deal is actor’s work in the Chicago community. The lone Kardashian brother has been paying $20,000 in child support, but requested that payment be lowered due to changes in his financial situation–and it looks like it worked. The new agreement between Rob and Chy reportedly has each parent paying only for their daughter’s needs, like medical expenses and splitting the cost of her schooling in half, according to reports from TMZ . The parents will also be splitting custody of dream right down the middle, even though Rob will likely end up spending more time with Dream. Just last month, the former couple provided fans and critics with updates about their co-parenting relationship following rumors that the two were feuding once again. Rob tweeted saying, “Angela and I are bother actively co-parenting and there are no pending or active custody cases.” Chyna added to that sentiment in her own tweet, writing, “Robert and I only concern is what’s in the best interest of our daughter that we both equally love. Additionally, Robert is a wonderful father to our Dreamy!” Back in September of 2017, Kardashian’s former attorney Robert Shapiro confirmed to Page Six that the couple successfully came to a custody agreement. Since then, they’ve battled over their financial situation, but now that too has come to an end.
