Brian To/WENN.com Mariah Carey Hospitalized Over Intense Delusion Mariah made waves and garnered an outpour of support after revealing that she’s been quietly battling Bipolar Disorder II for many years. MiMi claims she’s able to manage her condition by staying on top of her medications, but it seems she had a bit of a falter about two years back when a severe delusion landed her in the hospital for psych treatment. According to The Blast , just after her split from fiance James Packer , Mariah spent a long summer partying heavily with new boo Bryan Tanaka and apparently got a little lax with her health and proper medication dosage. One night in 2016, the nanny called Nick Cannon in a panic, saying that Mariah had been walking around the home in a ballgown and tiara, along with a Ring-Pop which she claimed was a gift from the royal family. She was asking the nanny to get the twins ready for an important dinner meeting she had lined up for the evening with Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, and Prince. All three had already passed away. Mariah’s team came to the house with a psychiatrist in tow, who determined that she needed immediate hospitalization. She was originally recommended to be placed on an involuntary 5150 hold at The Ronald Regan UCLA Medical Center, but ultimately released to her team and the care of private physicians, while her high-powered friends were enlisted to keep the incident a private matter. Of course, all these claims come from her former manager Stella Bulochnikov, who is currently suing the star. She paints the picture that Mariah is an alcohol and pill-addicted “train wreck.” So while it’s possible…we’ll take it with a grain of salt. Splash/WENN
Audrey Roloff recently ran through a list of seven things she loved about her daughter . But while we’re sure the Little People, Big World star could come up with an even longer list, she’s actually here to talk about the one thing she hates about being a parent: GUILT. You know what she means, don’t you, fellow parents around the Internet? This is a topic Audrey has touched on in the past , writing to her Instagram followers at one point: “I feel guilty sometimes for not being able to just stay in bed and play with [my daughter], or for putting her in the play gym to be entertained by the dangling animals instead of me.” That’s silly, of course. It’s understandable and relatable, but still silly… because of course we cannot be with our kids at all times, tending to their every need 24/7. In her latest Instagram post, Roloff again brings up the subject of guilt, but she does so in different manner. The reality star tries to help other parents feel better about any one of a number of reasons why they may feel at the moment as if they messed something up with their child. “Moms,” Audrey opens simply, adding: “You’re not the only one who cut your baby’s nail too shoot. You’re not the only one who had to watch countless YouTube tutorials to figure out how to properly baby wrap. “You’re not the only one who didn’t know what to do when your baby smacked her head on the hardwood for the first time.” We can see what Audrey is doing here and we admire the effort. We’d just like to point out that she could have written this note to Moms AND Dads — because there are plenty of men out there who take parenting very seriously and who feel all the the feelings Roloff is describing in this caption. Which continues as follows: You’re not the only one who didn’t know it’s not safe to put your baby in a puffy coat in the car seat. You’re not the only one who didn’t know you’re supposed to start brushing your baby’s teeth from the moment you see them emerge. You’re not the only one who is constantly googling what foods to give your baby, and how much they should be eating or how much they should be sleeping. It’s all so very true. Being a parent is like trying to avoid one landmine after another, on a near daily basis. It’s impossible to ever relax, to ever feel as though you have a full grasp on what is best for your son(s) or daughter(s) because a new challenge or obstacle is always just around the corner. Scroll down to see how Roloff concluded her post… You’re not the only one who has been criticized or glared at for doing something wrong. I have too. You’re not the only one. You’re not alone. Even though you might feel like it sometimes, we are all figuring out this motherhood thing as we go. So I’ll be here. Sharing what I’ve learned, where I’ve failed and how the Lord is encouraging, empowering, and equipping me as I embrace all that it means to be a mother. Tag a mom friend that you want to encourage. Audrey and husband Jeremy welcomed Ember Jean into the world last September. Both have been open about how difficult it was at first, especially for Audrey, who suffered a great deal of pain while breastfeeding. But here they are, having overcome those initial fears and tears and confident enough to pass along all they’ve learned to other new parents across the world. Once again, we appreciate Audrey’s intention here. Next time, though, she can just go ahead and address both genders. View Slideshow: Ember Jean Roloff: All Her Precious Pictures!
Former First Lady Barbara Bush passed away on Tuesday. She was 92. A Fresno State professor tweeted out some accusations about the First Lady, and more or less danced on her grave. The backlash was intense. The personal consequences may be more so. A lot of people indulge the impulse to express delight when a famous person dies. Often, they deserve it. But most people agree that Barbara Bush’s death does not need to be celebrated. Professor Randa Jarrar, however, is not most people. She tweeted: “Barbara Bush was a generous and smart and amazing racist who, along with her husband, raised a war criminal. F–k outta here with your nice words.” She received thousands of replies and even spent a few hours debating people. She has since made her Twitter account private. Free speech does not mean freedom from consequences, however. She has since revealed: “Currently on leave from Fresno State. This is my private account and represents my opinions.” Fresno State, in the mean time, has put out a statement reading: “On behalf of Fresno State, I extend my deepest condolences to the Bush family on the loss of our former First Lady, Barbara Bush.” That’s an appropriate way to start. “We share the deep concerns expressed by others over the personal comments made today by Professor Randa Jarrar, a professor in the English Department at Fresno State.” They emphasize something that is very important, however. “Her statements were made as a private citizen, not as a representative of Fresno State.” That won’t prevent certain anti-education opportunists from trying to frame her as a typical “university elite” or whatever. “Professor Jarrar’s expressed personal views and commentary are obviously contrary to the core values of our University, which include respect and empathy for individuals with divergent points of view, and a sincere commitment to mutual understanding and progress.” It’s difficult to prove that Barbara Bush was or was not a racist, so let’s look at the other “accusation” leveled against her — regarding who one of her sons grew up to be. Was the US Invasion of Iraq perpetrated under pretenses that were later revealed to be false, deceiving the international community and the American public? Yes. Did the Bush Administration commit acts that many consider to be war crimes during that extended conflict and during the global “War on Terror,” including torturing enemy soldiers and also some people who were found to be innocent? Also yes. But while he may have had the literacy level of a child, George W. Bush was a grown man. Like, in his fifties. Also, he was the President of the United States. And while it’s unlikely that he’ll ever be held accountable — unless you believe in Hell — for the atrocities committed during his Presidency, that doesn’t mean that we shift the blame to his mom . What is important to remember about Barbara Bush is that she was widely considered to be George H. W. Bush’s better half. For example, she supported the Equal Rights Amendment and was vocally pro-choice, unlike most of the Republican establishment in recent decades. She avoided commenting on her political views during her husband’s candidacy out of fear that she would alienate his voter base. But even if she had not been as good as she was, she was never President herself, nor was she a monster. With that in mind, don’t her grandchildren and great-grandchildren deserve consideration? Say what you will about actual Presidents, but it seems unethical to express this kind of glee simply because you disliked her husband and son. Personally, I’m not an advocate for pretending that someone was better than they actually were just because they died. But I certainly don’t support pretending that they were worse , either. Celebrate the deaths of bad people if you want to, but don’t target their relatives in your zeal. Randa Jarrar exercised her right to free speech. But that right does not exempt her from consequences of her words, personally or professionally. Now … does it make sense for her to be placed on leave for that simple tweet (and the tweetstorm that followed)? It might. This doesn’t seem like something that should get her fired, however. She’s not advocating violence or a violent ideology anywhere that we’ve seen. It seems that she’s just being unkind on her own personal social media. Last month, the world learned that Mackenzie Standifer is pregnant with her first child. Shortly after the news went public, however, Ryan Edwards' wife watched her world fall apart before her eyes. For starters, Edwards was arrested just days after the announcement. Less than 24 hours after that shocking development, several media outlets reported that Ryan had been caught cheating on Mackenzie using the dating app Tinder. Through it all, however, Mackenzie has stood by her man, and sources say she's thrilled to share her latest pregnancy update with fans: 1. Before the Fall In the weeks leading up to Mackenzie’s pregnancy announcement, she and Ryan seemed to be doing quite well. Now, it appears that was all a charade. 2. A Rapid Decline Ryan and Mackenzie overcame a great deal to get to that good place, and sadly, it all came tumbling down within days of her big announcement. And the downfall started with some shocking news… 3. Ryan’s Deception In March, Ryan was arrested for a probation violation that stemmed from an earlier arrest for heroin possession. Somehow, Edwards had managed to keep that first brush with the law a secret. 4. Standifer Stands By Her Man Mackenzie went to bat for Ryan after his arrest, telling at least one media outlet that he had not committed any new crimes and merely needed to be booked for his earlier charges. 5. Tinder Surprise But even the ever-loyal Mackenzie must have found herself experiencing some doubts about her marriage when it was revealed that Ryan had contacted at least three different women using the dating app Tinder. He used his actual photo for his profile, but made up a fake bio. 6. Pressing On… But despite rumors to the contrary, it seems Mackenzie has no intention of divorcing Ryan. And today, the troubled couple revealed to their loved ones not only the baby’s gender, but also the unusual name they’ve picked out. View Slideshow
Source: PeopleImages / Getty Everyone meet Judy Tucker … Judy Tucker has been arrested for battery. The investigation is still ongoing. Other charges may be pending. https://t.co/etSxqkVaNO pic.twitter.com/hCFjyUfvhW — 41NBC / WMGT-DT (@41NBC) April 16, 2018 To some, she might be another elderly woman who occasionally teaches art classes and takes the days as they come. But to others, she’s known as Savage Judy… This viral video all started at a Cheddar’s restaurant in Bibb County Georgia, and according to an incident report , Judy’s rampage all stemmed from a parking space. Reportedly, the two service women in the video, Stephanie Mitchell and Treasure Sharpe , were pulling into a parking space at the restaurant’s lot. When they were done, Judy’s son Robbie reportedly got in his feelings, telling the two women they should learn how to park. Oh, and he allegedly called them “dumb b*tches” too. According to the report, when Stephanie and Treasure made their way into the restaurant, Lil’ Robbie wasn’t done being in his feelings. He reportedly called them “black lesbian b*tches” too, since…I guess “dumb b*tches” wasn’t enough. Stephanie tried to “calm the situation” down according to the report, while Treasure started recording the whole thing. But Savage Judy wasn’t down for being on camera and that’s what got us here… I am proud of the way these two soldiers handled this situation! Even though she was attacking them, you can hear the soldiers repeatedly calling her ma’am! #drdelvena #judytucker #soldiers #lockedup pic.twitter.com/QckpJlSIuz — Delvena Thomas (@DrDelvena) April 17, 2018 That’s right, after Savage Judy attacked the two service women, the po po came and took her straight to jail. She was arrested on battery charges and was later released on $650 bond, according to jail records. Take note that Treasure mentioned she was pregnant when Savage Judy and Lil’ Robbie got in her face. To this, Judy responded “Well, my husband is handicap.” Judy, Judy, Judy. With reckless actions come great consequences. Now her and her racist, sexist, and homophobic son (allegedly) aren’t allowed back in the Cheddar’s. “We were appalled by the behavior of the individuals who confronted the two female service members,” the restaurant said in a statement. “Such behavior flies in the face of our values and those individuals are no longer welcome in our restaurant.” Oh yea, and Judy not working as an art teacher no mo’ either. “She has occasionally taught an art class in the past,” Mercer University said in a statement . “But will not be teaching at Mercer in the future.” Judy, Judy, Judy. Such a savage…wild…UNRULY representation of your race, your family, and elderly Cheddar’s patrons everywhere. Tsk, tsk. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Kim Garner is some hot UK fame whore who was on some UK Reality Show and got an ego, thinking she was relevant, or important, or capable of making it in America, so she made the move to the USA, got her Work Visa because of her ability to be on a reality show in the UK, and maintain being someone no one gives a fuck about, even though she is half naked all the time and has a hot body…. These days, I don’t do as many posts on Nina Agdal as I used to, but every once in a while, I figure it’s good to remind everyone that my former #1 favorite hottie of 2013-2015 is still a total five-alarm pants fire. Especially when she’s modeling lingerie. It’s nice to know at least some things never change. Yow!
Woman Seeks Help For Her High Pet Racoon Indianapolis firefighters were woken up at 2am by a woman frantically ringing the station doorbell for emergency help over the weekend. The doorbell was pushed so many times at such a rapid pace that they were sure someone had to be in grave danger. “As many times as the doorbell on the firehouse was pushed, the firefighters were quite certain that something bad was going on outside,” Wayne Township Fire Capt. Mike Pruitt told WTHR 13 . However, when they opened the door they found a woman in need of help not for herself or any other human being, but for her pet raccoon . The emergency? Her lil fur baby had been exposed to too much marijuana. How, we have no idea. Did he smoke a blunt? Eat a brownie? Your guess is as good as ours. Either way, the firefighters ended up telling her that her raccoon friend would simply have to wait it out like anyone else who blazes up a little too hard . “They could tell that the raccoon was lethargic and met all of those symptoms that we typically run into when someone’s been exposed to marijuana. It really left the guys scratching their heads that someone brought a raccoon to the firehouse at 2 a.m. seeking help, and especially with the condition the animal was in, so we hope that the raccoon made a full recovery.” All we can say is…she has a raccoon for a pet?
