The cruise provided the couple an opportunity to celebrate her 56th birthday as well as their anniversary. According to People reports , Star wore a halter Dennis Basso gown which featured a bow neck tie detail and flared skirt, which she bought off the rack after speaking to Basso and asking the designer to choose a dress for her. According to her rep, Jones loved the dress so much she said she felt like “a beautiful beautiful Basso black Barbie bride.” Jones stopped by Kleinfeld Bridal for her headpiece and dress tailoring and stayed in her mermaid-style gown from the wedding to the reception, bustling the skirt for maximum movement on the dance floor. It was a pretty star studded event, with guests including Tina Knowles-Lawson, Phaedra Parks and Vanessa Bell Calloway. Frederick’s first interview after releasing a statement regarding the school’s massive embezzlement and corruption scandal came via HBCU Digest Radio: “I was very concerned about this getting out. Not simply because of a public reputation issue, I really wanted to make sure that we could get to the bottom of this and get this fully exposed. In terms of having all the evidence we needed if we wanted to bring criminal charges.” Twitter has tied a rope around Frederick’s ankle and are currently in the process of getting him ALL the way out the paint. Oops, folks… … they're bad! Earlier this week, members of the Virginia Tech women's lacrosse team didn't just record themselves singing along to Lil Dicky's “Freaky Friday.” They recorded themselves singing along to this explicit track AND released the footage on social media. And because the women are all white, and because the lyrics include a certain N-Word, backlash against the athletes was swift and ferocious. (For whatever it's worth, yes: “Freaky Friday” is the song in whose video Kendall Jenner stars and during which she's very excited about her vagina .) After the video below made its way around YouTube and Head Coach John Sung made note of the comments, he said the following to The Roanoke Times: “This is a teachable moment. It’s not something that we’re proud of. The team is very apologetic and sorry. There’s nobody of any color that should say it. Period. “There’s nobody that should say it.” Sung insisted there “was no malice involved” and we tend to believe him. “They just thought that they were singing along to a song,” he added. “They had just won. They’re singing songs. The first couple songs were Disney songs…They were celebrating and they were dancing and they were excited.” Some folks out there were satisfied with this apology. Others, however, don't think any apology was even necessary. Take radio host Clay Travis, for example, and his response to this so-called scandal on Twitter: “Hey @Deadspin,” he wrote, mentioning the name of a website that ran this story and asking: “Was the Virginia Tech women’s team chanting racial slurs or were they singing along to one of the most popular rap songs in America? This is pathetic, and fake news.” It's actually an interesting debate: Should any mea culpa have been required when these young women were just singing along to the words of a track? Should white people avoid saying this epithet at ALL times, including this one? Ponder your answer as you watch the footage in question:
It looks like more hard times are ahead for troubled Teen Mom OG star Ryan Edwards. Radar Online is reporting today that Edwards has been arrested after allegedly violating his probation. The news comes just one day after the world learned that Edwards' wife, Mackenzie Standifer, is expecing the couple's first child together. Ryan's probation stems from a recent arrest on possession of heroin charges, leading many fans to fear that the former addict has suffered a relapse. Here's what we know so far: 1. Ryan’s Difficult Road Ryan has given fans plenty of reason to be optimistic in recent months. Sadly, it seems all the progress that he’s made may have just come crashing down. 2. Another Mug Shot According to Radar Online, Ryan was arrested on March 27 for an undisclosed probation violation. Details about his infraction are unknown at this time. 3. Awaiting Trial Prison official confirms that Ryan has been released on bail. “He was held on $5,000 bond,” a spokesperson for Hamilton County Jail in Tennessee exclusively told Radar. “He was bonded out at 10:15pm.” 4. Keeping Mum Ryan has not spoken publicly on the arrest since his release last night. His silence has fans fearing the worst. 5. Awful Timing Ryan’s legal trouble comes just one day after fans learned that his wife, Mackenzie Standifer, is expecting his child. 6. Remember that report of how Kourtney Kardashian warned Sofia Richie to stay away from her kids ? It doesn’t appear that Sofia is listening. In fact, it sounds like Sofia is doubling down on trying to form a bond with Scott Disick’s children. And it sounds like Kourtney is about to blow a gasket. RadarOnline reports that Kourtney has lost all patience with Sofia , because the latter keeps cozying up to her children. “Kourtney flipped out and she told Scott that Sofia needs to back the f–k off right now before she makes her back off.” Ooooh. That sounds serious. Mothers can be very protective of their children. And, as we’ve mentioned, Kourtney is reportedly concerned that her children will have their hearts broken by Sofia when she and Scott inevitably break up. “But Sofia honestly doesn’t care what Kourtney thinks.” That’s more or less to be expected from a 19-year-old who’s apparently madly in love with Scott Disick . “[Sofia] told Scott that she’s not going to change the way that she acts towards Mason, Penelope, or Reign because of their mom’s b–ching.” Well, so long as she’s being nice to them, that doesn’t sound too bad … right? But Kourtney is concerned, and we don’t think that it’s out of jealousy directed at Scott Disick. She worries that not only might Sofia not be a good role model for her kids, but that her relationship with Scott won’t last, leaving her three very young children feeling personally rejected. And she may have reason to fear that Sofia’s getting too close, too quickly with the Disick children. RadarOnline ‘s source says that Sofia has suggested that, if they like, the Disick kids can call her by a nickname: “Step mom Sofia” We hope that their source is mistaken about that. You might think that Sofia is being foolish by ignoring Kourtney’s wishes, right? There’s no need to antagonize your boyfriend’s ex just for fun, no matter what you’ve seen on romantic dramas. But it sounds like Sofia has an ace in the hole … and isn’t worried about Kourtney’s opinion. Because Sofia knows where the Kardashian family power lies. And … it’s not with Kourtney. “Sofia knows that she has Kris on her side and she also knows that she is getting paid more to be on the show than Kourtney’s boyfriend, Younes.” Yeah, since Sofia is reportedly raking in cash to be Scott’s storyline on Keeping Up With The Kardashians , she knows that she could be valuable to the family’s brand. Apparently, Kris’ attitude in general is making things difficult for Kourtney as she tries to lay down the law with her ex and his teenage girlfriend. “Kris has been up Scott’s butt lately and this is just making things so much worse.” And Kourtney reportedly fears that Kris’ priorities aren’t the same as hers on this subject. “Because Kourtney knows that her mother will put ratings before her own children and she also knows that there is nothing she can do or say to stop it.” We’re sure that Kris will always look out for the best interests of her grandchildren. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that she’ll always take Kourtney’s complaints seriously. We don’t think that Kourtney and Sofia are fighting over Scott. Kourtney’s days of caring about what Scott does with his penis are probably in the past. But it is possible that Sofia feels threatened by Kourtney’s history with Scott, and might interpret an effort to shelter her children from a future breakup as jealousy towards her ex or even as a move to hasten such a breakup. We wonder how much of these alleged disagreements will one day play out on Keeping Up With The Kardashians . Still, it seems a shame for these two amazing, beautiful women to be reportedly fighting about one man, even indirectly. WENN Singer Apparently Evading Warrant For Allegedly Sexually Violating Woman He is wanted on charges that he raped a woman in Georgia earlier this month. But it appears that singer Bobby V. is taking his sweet time when it comes to turning himself in for the shocking alleged crime, BOSSIP has learned. Bobby V. – who was born Bobby Wilson – is wanted in Cobb County, Ga. for rape after an unnamed woman filed a police report March 19, alleging that the artist raped her the day before. However, nearly two weeks later, the “Slow Down” singer has yet to clear things up with local law enforcement, who told BOSSIP that as of Wednesday, Bobby still hadn’t turned himself in, and was not in custody. Bobby’s rep has denied the rape complaint and said the alleged victim is motivated by money. Meanwhile, the former “Mista” member seems to be hiding in plain sight and living a normal life in his native Georgia. One witness told BOSSIP they spotted the singer working out at an Atlanta-area gym.

Today, he was sentenced to death for those murders. Upon receiving the news, Luis reportedly clapped, cheered, laughed and smiled according to NYDailyNews . Bracamontes was particularly jovial while being found guilty of attempted murder, carjacking, weapons violations and other crimes. It’s said that many of the jurors left in tears upon seeing his elation at the crimes he had committed. Bracamontes and his wife lead police on a 6-hour chase before the violent end to their escape. For those of you who are unaware, Bracamontes case became big national news when Donald Trump used him as a political prop to promote his bigoted immigration reform during the presidential election.
