Andre 3000 May Be Releasing New Music Soon?

Outkast fans, rejoice! It appears that legendary lyricist and original ATLien Andre 3000 may be finally releasing a new album. In an interview on Friday (Sept. 13) with  Home Grown Radio  on Real 92.3, rhyme-spitter Thurz discussed his upcoming project and how he began working with Dr. Dre in the studio. During the conversation, when asked if there’s been an artist that made him star-struck while making music in the studio, Thurz mentioned Andre 3000—before revealing that Three Stacks has not only been recording music but has enough material to release a full album. “Is he doing music?” asked the show’s co-host DJ HED. “He’s got an album,” Thurz replied. After realizing he may have leaked confidential information, Thurz quickly tries to back peddle stating that he doesn’t know if what he heard was a full album, before admitting the music sounded too great not to be. “He played a lot of ideas that sound like an album to me so I’m just jumping to conclusions,” Thurz continued. “He played a lot of cool ideas…yeah, he’s making music. Despite Thurz’s slip, Andre 3000 along with his rumored collaborator Dr. Dre have yet to confirm or deny rumors. Three Stacks is currently in Philadelphia working on the AMC series, Dispatches From Elsewhere , a 10-episode series is about a “group of people who stumble onto a peculiar puzzle that hides behind everyday life and discover an ever-deepening mystery.” Currently in production, there has been no concrete date for the premiere of the series as of press time. In other Outkast news, the duo was recently trending after on air personality Yes Julz compared Dreamville’s EarthGang to the legends , by seemingly singling out Andre 3000 over Big Boi when she tweeted, “Earthgang is like the OutKast of this generation only with two Andre’s. Issa Rae Is Reportedly Producing a ‘Set It Off’ Remake

Source: Aaron J. Thornton / Getty I ssa Rae has started the early stages of a remake for the 1996 classic film Set It Off. According to Variety , Issa will be producing the movie. She may even have a role in the film. Set It Off tells the story of four friends who end up robbing a series of different banks amid frustration over their low paying jobs. This was the film that would serve as the launching pad for director F. Gary Gray’s now illustrious career. Set It Off followed the hit movie Friday , which also was very well received at the time of its’ release. The four women who played in Set It Off — Jada Pinkett Smith, Queen Latifah, Vivica A. Fox, and Kimberly Elise — were essentially the first women in film to play a character that exhibited as much depth as male stars in similar films. Issa Rae, who served as co-creator and executive producer for Insecure , has familiarity acting in a role where a group of friends are required to navigate through the hardships of life. Positioned to make her presence felt on the big screen, HBO programming chief Casey Bloys tried to make it happen for Issa. “Issa became a big movie star,” Bloys explained. “We’re not the first place to deal with this, but when you’re in business with very creative and talented people, there’s a lot more opportunities for people to do things.”

The lawyer claimed Hernandez posted a “diamond-encrusted pendant” to his Instagram account, along with the phrase “somebody come snatch my chain.” For fans who’ve been keeping up with rainbow haired rapper since he broke through with his smash single “Gummo,” part of Tekashi’s troll game was taking to social media and claiming that no one would be able to ever touch him or rob him because his crew was so thorough. In the end it turned out the wolves he boasted about having turned on him and got him themselves, but was it all an act? In today’s age of social media fame and peoples endless pursuit of “likes” we wouldn’t put anything past anybody. Tekashi for his part is set to take the stand as early as today (September 17) and being that he’s facing all kinds of charges of his own you can expect prosecutors to be standing by with a gang of coin roll wrappers for all the dimes he’s expected to drop. From Daily Mail : “A Miami swingers club has been ordered to pay nearly $900,000 after it used photos of models clad in bikinis and lingerie without permission to advertise sex parties and partner-swapping. A jury in Florida federal court agreed Monday that Miami Velvet must pay a total of $892,500 to the 32 professional models whose images were used in the exclusive club’s fliers, social media accounts and on its website, according to the  Miami Herald. Miami Velvet is one of the city’s most famous swingers clubs, and allows group sex to occur on its premises. Several of the models who featured in their ads are well known, including Joanna Krupa, who appeared on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and ‘The Real Housewives of Miami’.” According to the site, Krupa was awarded $65,000 in the case. “…while jurors sided with the models, the money awarded to them was far lower than the collective sum of $5.3million which the models were seeking,” Daily Mail continues. “The lawyer for Miami Velvet acknowledged that his clients were responsible for stealing the photographs but argued that the models were demanding too much money.” While it isn’t the sum they were all looking for, Krupa has a baby on the way and an extra $65K can’t hurt!

Emily Simpson Beware: Shane Accused of Abuse, Drug Addiction by Ex-Wife

Some marriages don’t need the alleged “reality TV curse” to fall apart, but it sure seems to help. Tensions between Emily Simpson and her husband grew worse when he failed the bar exam back in January. Things clearly need to change. But now disturbing, violent details are leaking about Shane’s previous marriage that have fans fearing for Emily’s safety. RadarOnline got their hands on Orange County Superior Court documents dating back to 2008. That was the year of Shane Simpson’s bitter divorce from his ex-wife, Miriam. Unfortunately, their dispute was much more serious than a botched bar exam. Shane was accused of physically, sexually, and emotionally abusing his now ex-wife during their marriage. The allegations are right there in the court documents. In a declaration after filing or divorce, Miriam wrote: “He was physically abusive to me.” “He was sexually abusive to me,” her accusations continued. Those are already just about the most serious accusations that you can level at another human being. She also alleged that Shane was “addicted to prescription medications” during their marriage. Miriam reported that the “stress” had such a detrimental effect upon her health that she felt  “near death.” Miriam’s full statement explains that much more clearly. “He used and took prescription medications of others to quell his habit,” Miriam wrote. We think that she means that his hope was to hide his alleged habit from discovery. More personally, Miriam accused: “He made me feel trapped and hopeless.” She said that these feelings came “as a result of excessive control and lack of liberties placed upon me…” “Because of all the aforementioned abuse, stress, and circumstances,” Miriam continued. “I became physically ill.” The allegations that she leveled against Shane in 2008 could certainly cause someone to have numerous physical symptoms. She shared: “after months of diagnostic tests, blood transfusions, and other medical procedures …” “… Not only was I diagnosed with blood disorders caused by stress …” Miriam accused. She revealed: “My body was what seems to be near death and I had no choice but to leave.” Court records do not specify whether Miriam called the police for help or to file a criminal complaint against Shane. But we know, of course, that most abuse victims do not report their abusers. There is a record of Shane’s own declaration filed in the divorce. “In November 2007, Mother [Miriam] went to Utah with our children for the Thanksgiving weekend and never returned to California,” he wrote. “She filed for a dissolution of our marriage,” he noted. “At that time, Mother refused to allow me visitation with our children.” “For approximately one month after she moved to Utah,” he accused. “I did not know where our children were and was not allowed to visit with them.” What may be astonishing is that, these days, Miriam and Shane seem to get along well. They share a 50/50 split of custody of their children. (Shane also has children with Emily, of course) Insiders describe them as amicable. Kim Kardashian has admitted that Kanye West is off his meds , and his “uninhibited” personality is shining through. Unfortunately, that means making unilateral decisions for his family — even ones that Kim does not agree with. The latest is banning North from doing something normal and harmless. What's next? “You know, she loves makeup,” Kim acknowledges in the interview clip that we have included. “But,” she admits. “Her dad won't let her wear it.” “So,” Kim continues, trying to turn Kanye's weird control issues into a positive. “He loves that it's, like, a sheer-ish gloss that she can wear.” “And she likes to play with it,” she adds. “And she likes to now give makeovers,” Kim reveals. “So she loves the colors.” “There's, like, these beautiful purple shimmers,” Kim details. “They're very, like, glitzy, shimmery, warm, rich palette.” “And she has these beautiful jewel tones,” she adds. “And she's loving it.” E! News ' interviewer then asks if Kim agrees or if she's just letting her husband make weird unilateral rules and blindly supporting him. “I think he had it,” Kim answers. She adds: “He changed all the rules.” “I'd let her wear, you know, she has a little red for Christmas, I'd let her wear a red lip,” Kim recalls. She is referring to her huge Kardashian Christmas Eve party last year, which was the talk of the town after she snatched the event from Kris. “Or I'd let her do one pop of something. I'd let her, if she's wearing a black dress, a black lip,” Kim says. “Or,” Kim adds. “Kylie would give her all of these lip kits.” That makes sense. North is a 6-year-old girl in a family built on fashion, looks, and makeup. But apparently Kanye didn't care for that. “So, I kind of got in trouble for that,” Kim expresses. “So,” she says. “It's now no more makeup.” That said, Kim says, North is “absolutely” still allowed to “weigh in” when it comes to fashion. In other words, North is like a girl whose whole family are legendary bakers, but she's not allowed to eat dessert. Obviously, most families regulate what makeup their young children are allowed to wear, and when. For one thing, makeup is jarringly expensive, and young children tend to be wasteful. Part of that is inexperience, and part of that is a lack of impulse-control. Their brains are still very young. Wearing some red lip or something similar on a holiday or to a special event is normal, even for non-celebrity families. But Kanye's makeup ban isn't drawing is drawing criticism for more than just being an overreaction and a bit of a buzzkill. It seems like Kanye made a unilateral rule for his daughter that Kim is just following. Kim has been observed to be almost blindly supportive of her husband, at least when it comes to public statements. It has been clear for some time that Kanye's judgment and wisdom are both sorely lacking. Between his outlandish statements and his inability to healthily process criticism, something just isn't right. He's a Trump-supporter, folks. He cites that the orange man and he share the same “dragon energy,” whatever that is. It doesn't necessarily mean mental illness. 'Ye may just be, you know, a bad person. But it cuts Kim's longtime fans to the core to see Kim just smile and nod while her husband rambles on and off stages. Kim has a strong contrarian instinct where she gets defensive and becomes determined to resist critics — with some very notable exceptions. It seems that she is even more protective of Kanye. Many fans feel that this is to her detriment. And now, perhaps, to North's.

After all, Kylie’s five siblings enjoyed similar entitlements, but, well — none of them has amassed a 10-figure net worth, have they? Obviously, Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Rob, and Kendall all enjoy rather comfortable lifestyles, but did any of them feel a twinge of jealousy when their little sister became a billionaire before she could legally drink? It would be a lot to take on at any age, and Kylie is just 22 years old. But those who know her best say Stormi’s mom has a knack for going with the flow, a tendency that seems to be reflected in her recent comments about going from rich to ridiculously wealthy. “I didn’t expect anything. I did not forsee the future,” Kylie told Forbes. “But [the recognition] feels really good. That’s a nice pat on the back.” Kylie owns 100 percent of her cosmetics line, and while she prides herself on putting out a quality product, she’s under no delusions about why the brand took off so quickly: “It’s the power of social media,” Kylie told the finance mag. “I had such a strong reach before I was able to start anything.” Asked how her sisters feel about her success, Kylizzle admitted that she’d occasionally the butt of good-natured jokes: “When we’re in a group chat talking about where we should go for a trip, they’re like, ‘Kylie?
