Nicole Curran Says She’s Gotten Death Threats Over Beyoncé The lady who mindlessly mumbled across Beyoncé’s blessed face is responding to the backlash. Nicole Curran is apparently flummoxed by the backlash of the Bey Hive who’ve been badgering for her over that 13-second incident during the NBA finals. According to Curran who’s married to Warriors owner Joe Lacob, the video of her leaning across Bey to talk to Jay Z isn’t what it seems. Instead, she insists that she was taking the couple’s drink orders and only got close to Beyoncé because it was so loud in the arena. She also clapped back at fans who told her to “kill herself” over the incident. “Listen Beehive. I respect Queen B. I love her!” wrote Curran in her IG comments section. “I talked to her husband twice tonight. First, to take a drink order for them both when they arrived as they were our guests. Second, to explain why I gave his wife a rose from a fan. All of this has been taken out of context. I am a happily married woman. Telling me to kill myself??? Somehow I don’t think she would support this.” She’s since deleted her account—but not before the Hive got some NASTY comments in. It’s been just over a year since Meghan Markle married Prince Harry , and the Duchess of Sussex hasn’t wasted any of that time. At this point, the list of things that Meghan hasn’t accomplished during her time as a member of the royal family might be shorter than the list of all that she’s achieved. So you can imagine our surprise when we learned that Meg’s not even the most popular member of the British family. Yes, according to a new poll conducted by a British organization called Opinium, Meg has an approval rating of just 37 percent. By contrast, 62 percent of Brits approve of Kate Middleton, while 70 percent are a-okay with the Queen. But the most popular royal of all is Prince William, who enjoys a 73 percent approval rating despite recent reports that he cheated on Kate with one of her best friends . We don’t want to go so far as to say this is definitive evidence that the UK populace is overwhelmingly racist, but it’s a pretty good indication that despite several hundred years of concerted effort, America has not yet cornered the market on bigotry. The Brits tend to look down their nose at Americans, but every once in a while, something like Brexit or this poll comes along and reminds us that they’re just as dumb as we are. For further evidence, look no further than the fact that the same poll revealed 63 percent of UK citizens still approve of the royal family as an institution. “As British politics remains turbulent and its place in Europe uncertain, it’s good to see support for a longstanding British institution,” said one pollster. Welp. We appear to have an answer to the question we posed just a few days ago. In the wake of Kody Brown appearing to hurl some shade in the direction of Meri Brown last week, we wrote about said shade and wondered: How would Meri respond ? Based on Meri’s latest Instagram updates, it seems like she read the criticism, took a deep breath — and then went to the Happiest Place on Earth. Yup: Meri Brown spent this past weekend in Disneyland. “Just a chill day here at Disneyland! If you’re here and see me, don’t be shy, just say hi! I’m doing some shopping, because of course it’s a super fun thing to do, and I love to share the Disney love!” wrote Meri as a caption to the image above. She added along with the one below: “Vintage Mickey at Disney? Yes please!” Perhaps most telling, as it relates to Brown’s posts and her ongoing relationship status, is one of the hashtags she wrote alongside her second caption: #IndependentWoman . Meri has been very open over the years with her dissatisfaction over her marriage to Kody. In this 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? sneak peek, Elizabeth gets assertive about Andrei needing to figure out a means of gainful employment. “I'm fixing up an ad,” Andrei tells a pregnant Elizabeth. “Posting it.” “I'm just fixing it up,” he adds. “I have to add some stuff.” Andrei then tells the camera: “The difference between America and Moldova is life here is more expensive.” “And I think Elizabeth is a little frustrated because we're not having enough income at this point,” he correctly speculates. Andrei seems confident that his alleged handyman skills, the ones that he did not display at their last home, will solve that problem. Meanwhile, Elizabeth talks about how busy she was at work that day. She has real concerns that she will soon reach the point at which, because of her pregnancy, she will have to take time off. Source: Jason LaVeris / Getty Lamar Odom Recalls Moment He Threatened To Kill Khloe Kardashian Maybe it felt like we all had a front row seat to KhloMar’s drama back when they were married, but rest assured there was a lot more going on behind the scenes than anyone could have guessed. In his new memoir Darkness to Light , Lamar Odom admits that he once threatened to kill ex-wife Khloe Kardashian . He was reportedly high on cocaine and ecstasy and upset that Khloe had called his friends for help when he began to hallucinate. From Us Weekly : “Khloé came down and knocked on the door. I opened it suddenly and grabbed her forcefully by the shoulders, which frightened her,” he writes. “‘What the f–k are you doing?’ I screamed, out of my mind. ‘You trying to embarrass me in front of my friends? I’ll f–king kill you! You don’t know what I’m capable of!’” Frustrated, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star ran upstairs and slammed the door. Later on, the basketball player asked his wife for forgiveness. “I was embarrassed and ashamed,” he recalls. “It was a new low for our relationship and my life … the most regrettable moment in a series of regrettable moments.” Elsewhere, Lamar reportedly spoke about the time Khloe put their divorce on hold to stand by his side after he overdosed at a Nevada brothel . According to Lam Lam, Khloe wasn’t so nice to his family when they attempted to visit him in the hospital. From HotNewHipHop : “I had cousins and childhood friends waiting for hours who got bumped out of line by my famous sisters-in-law,” he wrote. “Obviously, I had no idea what was going on. This was Khloe’s call, and she had never even met most of my family.” Odom also noted one incident that occurred with Kris when his Aunt JaNean was finally given access to visit him with his children, Lamar Jr. and Destiny. “When JaNean left my room, she went to the waiting area on the other side of the glass partition and took an open seat: the very seat Kris Jenner had been sitting in for hours,” he wrote. “When Kris got back from the restroom, she approached JaNean. ‘That’s my seat,’ said Kris.” Then Khloe stepped in to kick JaNean out of the waiting room. “Y’all not his family!” Lamar said his aunt shouted at the women. Ashley and Jay's drama continues, and Andrei and Elizabeth were frankly almost forgettable this week. As usual, everyone is worried that Nicole is pouring her heart out to a guy who isn't acting as interested in her. But Russ finally fessed up to Paola about the secret that he'd been keeping from her. The biggest news of all was from Pedro, who took an indefinite leave from his marriage, left the country, and visited people who hate his wife. Look below to see the outrageous things that he did the second that he was away from Chantel. 1. Chantel and Pedro We HAVE to start with these two. Because while Chantel was breaking the news to The Family Chantel about her husband’s month-long, possibly indefinite trip tot he Dominican Republic, Pedro was there … and going wild. 2. He bought a one-way ticket, folks Some people do that just for better prices (it’s counterintuitive, we know, but the airlines will do anything to jack up prices, so sometimes it helps to check ticket costs from multiple angles). But for Pedro, it may signify deeper problems within his marriage. 3. That’s not how Nicole sees it You may remember how Pedro’s sister, Nicole, played a major role in the feuding that started a physical brawl at Chantel’s family’s home last year. Well, she’s still causing trouble. 4. She claims that Pedro is “single” tonight Couples can give each other “time off” if they want to, but that has to be a mutual decision. Pedro’s sister does not get to decide that in front of friends who are happy to see Pedro. And, in particular, in front of a beautiful girl, Coraima, who’s had a crush on Pedro for ages. 5. This … was a mistake Pedro allows one of his buddies to pull off his wedding ring. Harmless in and of itself? Sure. But the symbolism isn’t exactly subtle, and it’s not like they don’t know that Chantel’s going to see all of this. Lamar Odom’s new book Darkness To Light is set to release next week. But it’s not like we actually need to take the time to read it … we already know all the good, juicy parts. And yep, so does Khloe Kardashian, and she’s obviously not impressed by her ex-husband’s big mouth. Radar Online recently revealed that Khloe is “disgusted” by the dramatic claims made by Lamar in the memoir, which includes multiple accusations and stabs at the Kardashian/Jenner clan. After Lamar felt the need to share to the world his alarming sex count (around 2,000 women) and how he continuously choose drugs and partying over his then-wife , he also shared that he will always love Khloe and that he regretted his behavior. duh. We thought and really hoped it would end there — you know, that the book would mainly be a big apology letter to Khloe and the way he hurt her, but nope it took a quick and dirty turn. Now, the ex NBA star is making major fouls and calling this dynasty of a family out. This week, in a newly-released excerpt from the book, Odom claimed that he once saw Khloe beat up a stripper after she barged in on a party he was hosting in a hotel room in LA. And even if that story is true — which it may be — we are still on Khloe’s side here. When your husband throws a party with plenty of cocaine and strippers, that is a super likely and understandable outcome. On Thursday, Lammy really shook us when he moved on from Khloe and began targetting momager Kris Jenner! (That is where we draw the line.) Odom was quick to put down Kris after claiming she orchestrated a photo scheme which made him appear stalkerish. You may recall the event that took place back in 2015, Lamar and Khloe were photographed in a dramatic run-in outside of her SoulCycle studio. Khloe appeared afraid as Lamar approached her and begged for her attention. He then claimed that it “had to be” Kris who “arranged” photographers to be there. To this day, he blames Jenner for ruining his chances of getting back with the Keeping Up with the Kardashian’s star. And now, Khloe is weighing in on the book and her opinions toward Lamar who is betraying her family left and right. “Of course Khloe has read the book,” a close source to the KUWTK clan said. “She is extremely worried about its release and what it will do to her image.” Khloe, understandably, is extremely hurt after all she has been through with Lamar — who let’s face it, was always the love of her life — and now he is allowing these stories to surface. “She really cannot believe that Lamar would stoop this low and that he would go and bash her after everything she did for him,” shared the source. As fans know, Lamar, 39, was rushed to the hospital on October 13, 2015, after overdosing on drugs. Although the two were separated at the time, the reality star and her family were by his side through it all, even “rushing” to the hospital during the frightening incident. “She practically saved his life and her entire family dropped everything to be there for him,” the source added. But apparently, the former L.A. Lakers star — who was in a coma for several days following his O.D. — doesn’t see it that way. “Khloe told Lamar that she would never use his personal struggles for the show, and she did,” the insider claimed. “He also always thought that he would get back together with her and right now he just feels very hurt by her,” the source added. There was a time when Jill Duggar was Jim Bob and Michelle’s golden child. Jana Duggar is still single ; John David took his sweet time getting hitched, and we all know what happened with Josh. So there’s a good chance that Jim Bob and Michelle looked at Jill and the life she had built for herself and felt it had taken them four tries to get it right. But then something unexpected happened. After doing everything she was supposed to — getting married; having kids; covering her legs in floor-length denim, even during blistering Arkansas summers — Jill decided to rebel. We don’t mean that she took up smoking or developed a fondness for the music of Marilyn Mason, mind you. No, Jill rebelled by Duggar standards, which means she engaged in behavior that no one outside of the evangelical community would consider rebellious. Earlier this week, Jill attended the pre-k graduation ceremony of Joshua Gonzalez, son of her close friend Danielle Gonzalez. And a pic of Jill during the festivities has fans thinking she just doesn’t care what Jim Bob thinks anymore. “Thank you comadre @jillmdillard for always being there for us and for coming out to celebrate Joshua’s graduation!!” Danielle captioned the pic. Jill’s shorts are a flagrant violation of the Duggar dress code , which compels women to wear long skirts at all times. While the women are only required to wear skirts that go past their knees, for the most part, they play it safe and sport the floor-length look. But once the women marry and leave the house, it’s their husbands, not Jim Bob, who get to decide what they wear. And it seems this new generation of evangelical men is considerably more permissive. When Jinger Duggar began wearing pants back in 2017, she broke the mold — and some of her sisters soon followed suit. This is not the first time we’ve seen Jill wear shorts , but on the previous occasion she was hiking — and they weren’t this short. So is Jill actually trying to send a message to her father here?
