Police Say Fiance Of Murdered Pregnant Woman Was Still Married In a disturbing twist to the story of the pregnant Brooklyn woman who was found stabbed to death the day before her wedding over the weekend, police have discovered that her fiance is still married. via The Grio The mystery surrounding the killing of a pregnant woman deepened Monday, as investigators looked into a strange note left at the scene and discovered that her fiance was still married to another woman. The body of Vindalee Smith, 38, was found Saturday morning in a pool of blood, a gaping hole in her neck. She was eight months pregnant and expected to deliver the boy in about two weeks, but the fetus did not survive. The death was ruled a homicide, but no arrests have been made. Smith, a devout Seventh-Day Adventist, had been planning to marry Anthony Jackman on Sunday in a small ceremony at her church. Most of her friends said they had not known her fiance long, if at all, and some didn’t know his name. But she could not have married Jackman legally because he has a wife in New Jersey. Police said the two are estranged, with Jackman living with his mother during the week and the wife living in their former home. SMH. Hopefully this family will have some answers sooner than later.

Radcliffe Haughton, a troubled Wisconsin man, barged into a Wisconsin spa and allegedly shot seven women, killing three, before taking his own life. His estranged wife, Zina Haughton, was among those fatally wounded. Zina Haughton died after husband Radcliffe Haughton opened fire at the Azana Salon & Spa in Brookfield, Wis., Sunday, a source close to the investigation said. Police have yet to confirm the identities of the other women killed. This was not the first sign of trouble. Officials were called to the spa several weeks before the shooting because Haughton allegedly slashed the tires of his wife’s car. He was arrested and charged for the incident and ordered to surrender all guns. Zina Haughton also sought a restraining order on her husband October 8 and a judge issued a four-year restraining order just last Thursday, according to reports. Investigators say they are still unclear why Radcliffe Haughton allegedly snapped, although they say he and his wife had been estranged for some time. Witnesses say Zina’s daughter, Yasmeen Daniel, 20, also witnessed the shooting. Zina and Radcliffe Haughton have a 13-year-old daughter together, who was living with her father until the shooting occurred, a source close to the family said. Radcliffe Haughton’s father, Radcliffe Haughton Sr., apologized to the victims and their families for his son’s apparent actions shortly after the incident. “All I can say is, I want to apologize to the people of Milwaukee who have been hurt. He did not give me any hint of what he would do,” Haughton told ABC News. The shooting erupted 11:09 a.m. local time in Brookfield, and shortly after SWAT teams surrounded the spa with their guns drawn, preparing for a gun battle. Witnesses described screaming women, at least one bleeding, fleeing the spa, with one rolling down a slight hill before police scooped her up and got her out of the area. Customers – some still in robes, others barefoot – ran out of the spa in a panic. Police found Haughton in a locked section of the building where he had apparently shot himself, the chief said. The four injured women ranged in age from 22-40. The hospital was briefly placed on lockdown and only patients with a police escort were being accepted. My name is Amie and I am very excited about my very 1st Bieber Experience! It started when I got the tickets I begged my parents to buy me some. I was supposed to go to the San Antonio, TX show but I couldn’t find any good seats, so I ended up going to Glendale, AZ. I bought two tickets and was not sure of who I would take with me. At first I was going to go with my dad, but later decided to give the ticket to my sister and my niece. She is under two so she could get in for free. I signed up on BieberFever for the meet and greet contest and just wished for the best! The day before the concert someone stole my phone which was depressing. My day lightened up when I saw an email saying I had won the meet and greets! I could not believe I was going to finally meet my idol. We drove up to Arizona the day of the concert, it was only 5 hours away. I got in our hotel room and was so excited to get ready. Finally we got our wristbands to meet Justin. My sister was asking if she could just go in and let her daughter take a picture because she had one wristband. At first they would only let one of them, but eventually they let them both. I was so excited for my niece to meet Justin all because of me! While standing in line I saw Kenny. Kenny then said “Next” and I lost it by then. I heard Justin say, “Hey how you doing?” with the brightest smile ever! He took my waist and gave me a hug. I was standing right beside him and I did not say one word..I was frozen! I was so grateful that I went to the show were his OLLG was Avalanna . It was very special and I cried through the whole song to be honest. After the show I ran to the side where Justin’s bus was. I waited for the longest time and I saw him wave from inside when he was leaving. After waiting a little bit longer, to my surprise Dan and his wife came out. We all yelled and screamed and sang the Famous “DAN KANTER SONG.” Then his wife started dancing haha. He looked back and said, “I love you guys” and waved! it felt so amazing. After that we only saw his backup dancers and still cheered for them. It was the best day of my life other than seeing him for the first time ever on November 5 2010.
