NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) – A pastor who said Facebook was a “portal to infidelity” and told married church leaders to delete their accounts or resign once testified that he had a three-way sexual relationship with his wife and a male church assistant. The Rev. Cedric Miller confirmed the information reported Saturday by the Asbury Park Press of Neptune, which cited testimony he gave in a criminal case in 2003. The relationship had ended by that time. Miller gained national attention when he issued the Facebook edict this week. He said it came about because much of the marital counseling he has performed over the past year and a half has concerned infidelity stemming from the social-networking website. The 48-year-old leader of Living Word Christian Fellowship Church in Neptune Township had claimed Facebook ignites old passions, and he ordered about 50 married church officials to delete their accounts with the social networking site or resign from their leadership positions. Miller had previously asked married congregants to share their login information with their spouses – as he does – and now plans to suggest that they give up Facebook altogether. The minister also said he would leave the site this week. In court testimony he gave in April 2003, Miller said his wife had an extramarital affair with the church assistant. Miller said he participated in many of the sexual encounters and said the assistant's wife was sometimes present, too. Nearly a decade in and “Harry Potter” filmgoers can’t get enough — a fact which was proved by the massive box-office showing of the latest flick in the franchise, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1.” Powered by a $24 million haul from the movie’s midnight showings, which was the third highest midnight-screening debut of all time, the film netted $61.1 million on Friday. Fans sporting “Potter” garb and brandishing pretend wands have swarmed theaters, and experts predict that the penultimate installment in the series could ring up over $100 million its debut weekend. Action junkies were still able to get their fix at theaters with “Unstoppable,” which arrived in second place on Friday. Denzel Washington and Chris Pine’s locomotive-themed adventure pulled down a little over $4 million dollars. The film’s haul now stands at around $33 million as the thriller kicks off its second weekend on screens. Third-place flick “Megamind” was hot on the heels of “Unstoppable.” The comedian-packed animated hit scored $3.7 million as the flick, which stars Will Ferrell and Tina Fey, headed into the weekend. The movie’s total estimated haul is skyrocketing toward $100 million, with $97 million picked up since its debut in early November. Zach Galifianakis and Robert Downey Jr.’s cross-country trek “Due Date” continued to cruise along in the top five. Audiences handed over $2.9 million Friday to check out the odd couple’s journey to deliver Downey’s character in time for the birth of his child. The Friday figure kicks the movie’s estimated haul to around $66 million. “The Next Three Days” opened in fifth place on Friday. Russell Crowe’s turn as a determined husband who plots to spring his wife — played by Elizabeth Banks — from jail scored $2.2 million on screens. Two weeks ago, my wife flew alone out to Colorado with our two young children. Unaware that the TSA had instituted new and incredibly invasive new security procedures, my wife called me distressed after getting frisked by the TSA. Or as my wife put it, “in some cultures I would be married to my screener by now.” She was joking, but make no mistake — my wife was incredibly disturbed by how intimate a security pat down she received. So here’s my not-so-modest proposal: If the President’s Homeland Security department is so adamant that this is the absolute best way to prevent terrorism, I think the President and his family should voluntarily submit to one of the new invasive pat down procedures. I know the Obamas don’t fly commercial at all these days, so they should probably get a pretty good idea what the rest of us are putting up with. The President and his family — preferably with DHS Secretary Janet “The system worked” Napolitano — should show up at Dulles or Reagan airport on a weekday with a camera crew in tow, as airport pat downs are typically done in full view of hundreds of travelers. All of America will to see the TSA handling the President’s crown jewels. Then a rubber-gloved federal agent will run his hands all over his wife and daughter’s privates while he watches. Then I want him to turn to the camera and tell all of America that this is no big deal and we should all be good citizens and comply with the necessary security procedures. It only seems fair. The Berrys are reportedly in the middle of their own divorce. Longoria found hundreds of text messages exchanged between her husband and Erin, according to USWeekly.com . Brent Barry’s father, NBA Hall of Famer Rick Barry, spoke to TMZ about the rumors, saying, “I feel horrible for my son. I’m in shock. I knew [Erin] was moving out of the house soon and she was the one that filed for divorce. This is the straw that broke the camel’s back. [Brent] is going to be devastated. The American Idol star-turned rocker and his wife of 10 years welcomed fraternal twins on Wednesday morning, November 17, he announced via his website. Daughter Adalynn Rose arrived at 11:06 a.m. weighing 6 lbs., 5 oz., while son Noah James followed at 11:25 a.m. weighing in at 5 lbs., 5 oz. Congratulations! Chris and Deanna Daughtry’s family just got a lot bigger! “Our family is overwhelmed with joy by these two precious gifts from God,” Chris said . “The babies are both healthy and resting. Thanks to everyone for their love.” Conceived through gestational surrogacy, the twins will join siblings Hannah, from Deanna’s previous marriage, and Griffin, who the couple adopted, at home.

The father of the former San Antonio Spurs player, Rick Barry, confirmed the news to TMZ today and says he worries Brent will be “devastated” by the news. Talk about sharing the ball … or something . Brent played with Parker from 2004-2008, and is in the middle of a divorce from Erin Barry. Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are in the middle of one, too, as of earlier this afternoon, when the Desperate Housewives star filed the paperwork. Rick Barry says “I feel horrible for my son. Bruce Beresford-Redman is no longer merely a suspect in the murder of his wife. The television producer has finally been arrested for this heinous crime. Beresford-Redman – who was detained in April after wife Monica turned up dead in Mexico, near where the couple had been vacationing – was arrested in his home outside Los Angeles yesterday. He’s in federal custody and, according to documents obtained by TMZ, will be extradited to Mexico. The tragic murder of Monica Beresford-Redman has made for tabloid fodder for months now. Monica’s body was found in a sewer at the Moon Palace resort in Cancun earlier this year. It later came out that Bruce had been having an affair , and authorities have spent the time since building a case against the former producer of Survivor . An arrest was made yesterday because Mexican police now believe they have compiled enough evidence against the alleged murderer. This includes: Email confirmation of Bruce’s infidelity. Forensic experts finding blood stains on a pillar in the hotel room Bruce and Monica shared, as well as on the sheets and on a railing. Two teenagers in the room below Bruce’s who are on record as saying they were awakened by “screams, crying for help and extremely loud banging from the room above… it sounded like a woman in extreme distress.” Marks found by authorities on Bruce’s hands, behind his ear, on his left shin and on his right ankle shortly after his wife went missing. Beresford-Redman will appear in a federal courtroom in Los Angeles today.
