Kris Jenner: So Proud of Kim!

Kris Jenner is acting like both a mother and a manager in light of her daughter getting flour bombed during a fragrance launch in Los Angeles. The Kardashian matriarch took to her blog yesterday and commented on just how well Kim handled the unusual incident, writing: “I am so proud of my daughter for handling this situation so professionally and with such poise!.Kim wasn’t phased by the attack and simply walked away from the red carpet, brushed herself off and headed right back out!!” Kim Kardashian: Flour Bombed! Kim actually is now considering pressing charges against the culprit, who was detained and released and NOT hired by PETA , that awful organization insists. Jenner then concluded: “Thanks to everyone at Lighthouse Beauty and The London Hotel for such a fantastic event, and for handling the situation so well.” Ah, yes, there it is: the plug. Kris likely made thousands with that sentence alone. Are we sure the Kardashians didn’t orchestrate this attack?

Angelina Jolie’s Oscar night pose got 10 times the attention of the Best Picture winner, but the actress says she doesn’t even pay attention to that noise. Despite spawning a hilarious photoshop trend (below, right) and even her own Twitter hashtag (#jolieing), she didn’t even realize there was a media craze. In other words, when you’re this cool, you make the news. You don’t read it. The woman with the most revealing, famous right leg in the biz tells the Huffington Post, “I honestly didn’t pay attention to it . You know what I mean?” “I don’t watch the shows and if I go online and see something about myself, I don’t click on it. And the people I surround myself with don’t really talk about that kind of stuff … I did hear something, but I didn’t pay any attention.” “It’s as simple as being a woman, picking out a dress you like and having a good night, and not really thinking about anything else.” Yeah right. More people feel sorry for Kim Kardashian getting flour bombed than believe she posed like that naturally, then didn’t revel in the attention.

Demi Lovato Teases Official Video for "Give Your Heart A Break"

Demi Lovato is about to get her flirt on. The young singer will release the full-length, official video for her latest track, “Give Your Heart A Break,” on April 2. But she’s offered fans a very quick peek at it online and it looks like Demi will be played a bit of sexy hide-and-seek with a mystery man during the shoot. “‘Give Your Heart a Break’ isn’t a song about having a broken heart,” Lovato said last week. “This is a song about faith, it’s a song about fighting for the one you love.” We can’t wait to watch the complete version. Ke$ha turns 25 years old today and is celebrating the occasion with the debut of an especially strange hairstyle. Even for her. A few weeks after shaving half her head , the eccentric artist took to Twitter and showed off a handful of gold studs glued to her scalp. “It’s happening,” Ke$ha wrote along with the photo “I look like a homeless clown right now.” Ke$ha will release a new album this year, likely some time in the spring. Dare we bother to ask: What do you think of the look?

Michael Jackson Family Cheers Conrad Murray Verdict

Michael Jackson’s family members were understandably thrilled by Monday’s guilty verdict against Dr. Conrad Murray , feeling that justice was finally served. Throughout the doctor’s six-week involuntary manslaughter trial, his brothers and sisters always felt his presence. Now they can take some solace in a victory. MJ’s family cried, shouted and finally gave a sigh of relief – literally, in the case of La Toya Jackson, heard in the video below – after the judgment was read. Dr. Conrad Murray Verdict Reading “He was in the courtroom and that’s why victory was served,” La Toya told CNN Headline News while leaving the courthouse through a swarm of reporters. Added his other, less ridiculous sister Rebbie: “I’m just happy it’s over with. Nothing will bring him back, but I’m just happy (Dr. Murray) was found guilty.” Jackson’s mother Katherine quietly dabbed tears, then went home to tell Michael’s kids the verdict. As she did throughout the trial, she did not allow them to attend nor watch on TV, but provided them first-hand updates herself every day. “We have been waiting for this moment for a very long time, and we couldn’t hold back tears in the courtroom,” Katherine, 81, told TMZ in a brief statement. Did the jury get it right?

Dr. Conrad Murray Seeking Jury Sequestration, Protection From "Character Assassination"

Dr. Conrad Murray’s legal team believes sequestering the jury is the only way to ensure his fair trial in the Michael Jackson manslaughter case. Charged with involuntarily causing the King of Pop’s death, Murray wants the court protect him and the system from “character assassinations.” The name Nancy Grace has come up more than once from Murray’s lawyers, citing the case of Casey Anthony , who ended up walking in July. Dr. Conrad Murray ‘s lawyers say the only reason the Anthony jurors were unswayed by the media skewering of Anthony was because they were sequestered. According to documents, Grace and others engaged in “nonstop on-air abuse of not only the defendant, but the jurors and defense attorneys involved.” The legal docs claim , “There is reasonable expectation that Dr. Murray’s trial will be the most publicized in history,” and that of the several hundred jurors polled during jury selection, only one claimed not to have heard of the case. Judge Michael Pastor said last month he would consider sequestering the jury, although he felt it was unnecessary and expensive. Stay tuned … [Photo: WENN.com]

Scott MacIntyre and Christina Teich: Married!

Scott MacIntyre, the first finalist in American Idol history, is now a married man. The artist exchanged vows with Christina Teich yesterday in Scottsdale, Arizona. MacIntyre composed all the music played at the event, including “I Wanna Be,” a single that is now available on iTunes. Up next for the part-time motivational speaker?
