Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama are totally back on again. Or at least they were for one night. Onlookers tell Life & Style that this seemingly random couple – who were an alleged item earlier this year – showed up together on October 22 at a party hosted by Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane… and were all over each other! “They showed up together and made no effort to hide that they’re back together,” an witness tells the tabloid . “They were stealing kisses throughout the night, holding hands and just seemed to enjoy being together.” Valderrama, 31, has dated pretty much every young woman in Hollywood, from Lindsay Lohan to Mandy Moore to Jennifer Love Hewitt. But that appears to make no difference to Lovato, 19, who this source says “couldn’t seem happier” about the fling. The mole details: “They were dirty-dancing to the music, and when they were seated, Wilmer had his hands on Demi’s knee the entire time.
