Hate it or love it ??? Caitlyn Jenner Legally Declared A Woman Bruce Jenner is officially no more, now that Caitlyn Jenner has legally been declared a woman. According to People Magazine , Caitlyn filed for a name and gender change on Sept. 15 so that she could go from William Bruce Jenner to Caitlyn Marie Jenner. Today, Friday September 25, Caitlyn’s lawyers appeared in court on her behalf and the request was approved. The judge also approved a filing requesting that certain information necessary for the process, such as her medical history, be sealed. Nick Gordon Accused Of Seducing Another Woman After Killing Bobbi Kristina The civil lawsuit holding Nick Gordon responsible for the death of Bobbi Kristina just got more explosive, just as photos surfaced of Nick wheeling a dazed young white woman out of the hospital just hours after Bobbi’s drowning incident. Newly released details of the suit claim that a friend of Bobbi Kristina’s, an 18-year-old high school student, was also at the home in a drug-induced state the night that Bobbi drowned in the bathtub — and Nick made advances toward her after causing Bobbi Kristina irrevocable harm . Via MailOnline : A civil lawsuit, filed on behalf of Bobbi Kristina’s estate, was amended after Bobbi Kristina’s death with new accusations against Nick Gordon, claiming he drugged her with a ‘toxic cocktail’ and drowned her in a bathtub of cold water. In an astonishing new revelation, the civil lawsuit claims a ‘white girl’ was lying on the bed in the master bedroom as the alleged altercation played out. According to the suit, Gordon came out of the bathroom wearing different clothes, lay his head on the ankle of a female guest, and said: ‘Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.’ The female guest is not identified in the papers but it has been confirmed that Danyela Bradley was present in the home at the time. The newly-identified photograph of Danyela emerging from the hospital a day after Bobbi Kristina was admitted, has raised new questions as to what took place on the tragic night. Terrence Howard’s Wife Threatened To Expose His STD In Divorce Settlement Blackmail Wait, what?!?! According to TMZ reports : Terrence Howard broke down on the stand today when he testified he signed a settlement agreement with his wife because she threatened to release medical information that would make it impossible for him to ever work in Hollywood again. Howard was referring to a conversation he taped when Michelle Ghent was on the phone threatening to telling various people he had an STD. He also testified he felt pressure to sign the settlement agreement — giving her an unusually large sum of money — because she threatened to release a sex tape featuring him and another woman. Howard blew his nose as he fought back tears on the stand, taking deep breaths as he testified. He’s trying to undo the settlement — giving her $5,800 a month in spousal support and a chunk of his “Empire” earnings — on grounds he signed the doc under extreme duress.
