Kourtney Kardashian to Jennifer Lawrence: Stay Away From Scott Disick!

If you’ve enjoyed her many bonkers interviews over the years (some of which, to our minds, are every bit as entertaining as her funniest film roles), then you’re likely aware that Jennifer Lawrence loves alcohol and reality television. So it’s not surprising that J-Law might have a bit of a thing for Kourtney Kardashian sperm donor and bold innovator in the use of facial hair to camouflage booze bloat, Scott Disick. On second thought, it is surprising, but only in the sense that we’re shocked Scott is still alive. Anyway, Jen revealed her love for the Lord in a recent interview with Oprah, in which she revealed that Scott would be one of her three ideal dinner guests. (The other two were Luann DeLesseps and Bethenny Frankel, both of Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise. Jen … we’re concerned.) Given that Jen chose Scott over any of the women in the Kardashian clan, it’s not surprising that certain tabloids already have these two bedding down together. It’s also not surprising that some of these same publications are casting Kourtney in the role of the insane ex: According to the Australian version of OK! magazine (because why wouldn’t news about three American celebs reach Sydney first?), Kourtney is pissed about the possibility of Jen and Scott hooking up. In fact, Kourt has reportedly warned Lawrence to keep her mitts off her boozy baby daddy. The subtly-titled piece “Kourtney Warns J. Law: Stay Away From Scott!” doesn’t offer anything in the way of quotes or evidence, and instead poses an argument along the lines of “makes sense if ya think about it.” The article also doesn’t mention the fact that Kourtney is dating Younes Bendjima . Or that Scott is with Sofia Richie . Or that Jen was clearly joking, and her ideal dinner party would really just consist of Meryl Streep playing three different roles. Look, we believe Jen when she says she genuinely enjoys Keeping Up With the Kardashians (though it’s worth noting that she’s said she watches the show “to fall asleep.” Celebrities–they’re as bored with the Kardashians as the rest of us!). But there’s a difference between enjoying a reality show and wanting to enmesh yourself in that world. We like watching Naked and Afraid , but the thought of a single genital mosquito is enough to keep us inside for the bulk of 2018. Hey, if the mere mention of Scott Disick doesn’t bring to mind a bloodsucker who will spread disease to your nether regions, then you’re not sufficiently wary of the Lord. Meghan Markle vs. Kate Middleton: Engagement Photo Face-Off!

It’s totally on once again between Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton. At least here at The Hollywood Gossip. A few weeks ago, shortly after Markle and Prince Harry announced their engagement and then made their first public appearance as a betrothed pairing, we pitted the actress against the Duchess. We asked readers to vote on which beauty looked best in her engagement dress . And the winner was… FIND OUT NOW ! On Thursday morning, meanwhile, Harry and Markle unveiled their official engagement portraits, reminding our staff of two things: 1. Just how gorgeous each of these stars happens to be. 2. What Prince William and Middleton looked like in their official engagement portrait. Seriously, are these four of the best looking people on the planet or what?!? It’s only appropriate that they’ve found each other. Markle and Harry posed for fashion photographer Alexi Lubomirski this at Frogmore House, Windsor for their portraits, with Lubomirski saying the following about the shoot: “It was an incredible honor to be asked to document this wonderful event. “But also a great privilege to be invited to share and be a witness to this young couple’s love for one another.” Harry and Meghan will get married on May 19, 2018, which is just a month or so after Middleton is due to give birth to her third child. So these two couples will remain linked for a long time to come. We hear there’s a bit of tension between Markle and Middleton over the former sort of stealing the latter’s spotlight and thunder. Is there any truth to this chatter? Did the quartet recently go on a double date to squash the growing beef ? Expect plenty of questions along these lines, and plenty of rumors surrounding Markle and Middleton, to keep circulating online over the coming weeks and months. Brad Pitt & Jennifer Lawrence: Dating?!

Last month,  Jennifer Lawrence and Darren Aronofsky broke up following a brief romance that began on the set of their not-so-well received artsy thriller mother! Last year, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie separated , following a different sort of failed collaboration (the actors couldn’t see eye-to-eye with regard to their parenting methods). We don’t need to tell you what this means: Two of the Extremely Attractive People on Hollywood’s ever-dwindling A-list are single, and should therefore mingle. Yes, we badly want Brad and Jen 2.0 to happen. We would love nothing more than for these golden gods of cinema to get together and begin breeding brilliant and beautiful children who will lead us into a new era of peace and prosperity. This is the America we wish to live in. But if the fact that we once again didn’t awaken this morning to breakfast in bed served by a wisecracking robot has taught us anything, it’s that we can’t just will things into being simply because they’d be awesome. Yes, there is a rumor that Brad and J-Law are hooking up, but sadly, it comes courtesy of the ever-unreliable  Star magazine.  In a piece suspiciously titled, “Post split with Angelina Jolie, has Brad Pitt moved on to Jennifer Lawrence?” the tabloid offers some not-so-compelling evidence, mostly culled from anonymous sources. One “insider” claims that Brad and Jen have been “enjoying lots of late nights.” Another source wants us to believe that Brad freakin’ Pitt had a hard time summoning the courage to make the first move. “Apparently, it was not too easy for Brad to gain the courage to reach out to Jennifer, but one of her friends gave him the green signal ‘because he’s been single long enough,’” the made-up informant claims.  “Jennifer is said to be so smitten that she has been putting up in Los Angeles, instead of New York, so that she can be closer to Brad.” We call pieces like these Santa stories because we want to believe they’re true, but they don’t stand up to the slightest scrutiny. But hey, Star just decided to put this one out there as a “law of attraction” type thing. Maybe if we all say Pitt and Lawrence are banging, eventually it’ll start happening. The power of positive thinking, and whatnot, ya know? It’s the same reason we won’t shut up about our breakfast robot. Farrah Abraham: I Got Face Fillers Just in Time for My Strip Club Show!

In preparation for hosting a bash at a strip club,  Farrah Abraham asked for a vajazzling kit  and also some neon panties on top of her appearance fee, because of course she did. But she's also prepping for the show by getting dermal fillers, which is when they inject stuff under the skin of your face. And, Farrah being Farrah, she's posted a video, which you can see below. Fair warning: it's not for the faint of heart. Do you guys know what vajazzling is? No, it is  not  the art of playing saxophone through your vagina, but honestly the word “jazz” is right there in the name so that's a great guess. Vajazzling is a portmanteau of “vagina” and “bedazzle,” and refers to adhering crystal jewelry to your (shaved) pubic mound. You know how sequins can look neat on, like, a prom dress or whatever? It's like that, except tiny crystals, and they're all scattered around (well, above, mostly) somebody's vulva. Well, Farrah Abraham is hosting Crazy Horse III's XXXMas Party in Vegas, which is very nearly peak Farrah Abraham. And she asked for a vajazzling kit in preparation. But that's not all that she's doing to get ready. In the video that you'll see below, Farrah Abraham is getting dermal filler injections. She uploaded the video with the caption: “The best of the best in #lasvegas @flawlessvegas Melanie I so enjoyed my #sculptra & how quick it was! Ladies mention #Farrah for $50.00 OFF #LA #lasvegas call in to schedule” In a normal world, where product endorsements or flagrant self-promotion were more conversational, Farrah would have just tweeted:  Melanie did a great job giving me dermal fillers and I'm excited for my Vegas gig . Instead, she has more hashtags than any one Instagram post could ever need, all in exchange for what we assume must have been a hefty discount (if not making it outright free or paying her) at the face-stabbing clinic she visited. Wouldn't it be weird if Farrah were fake-fired for doing sex work, only to be actually fired for lashing out at MTV and Viacom in a totally bonkers word salad? Because she's been doing a lot of that, biting the Teen Mom hand that fed her for most of the last decade. And she's been doubling down on her sex work, promoting her lingerie products and also  Personally, we don't understand why so many companies are enjoying partnering with her, but then, we don't understand why Farrah masturbating on camera garnered so many views, either. To be clear, there is absolutely nothing wrong with sex work. We don't know how Farrah's drama with MTV will ultimately end, but no one should be shamed for doing any form of sex work — least of all that which is legal. Farrah has a whole host of actual bad qualities, including racist outbursts and using her young daughter's Twitter account to promote porn . There's plenty to criticize without attacking sex work itself. As we mentioned, the video itself shows Farrah getting dermal fillers. And … also like we said, it's really not for the faint of heart. First of all, it features blood and needles. There are people who pass out in the presence of either. And second of all … well, you picture somebody's face getting filled and it just makes you squirm. I'm not anti-cosmetic treatments or anything, but it's weird for someone so young to undergo so many. Still, compared to Farrah sharing her vaginal rejuvenation treatments, a few pokes in the face aren't really a big deal. Gene Simmons Denies Accusations of Sexual Harassment

Gene Simmons is known for his on-stage tongue antics (long before Miley was even born), for his band KISS’ absurd and recognizable makeup, and for some surprisingly conservative views for a guy who once seemed rebellious or radical. And now he’s one of the latest powerful, famous men accused of sexual misconduct. He’s being sued by an anonymous woman. He’s issued a statement and, to no one’s surprise, he’s denying the whole thing. Gene Simmons is being sued by an anonymous woman who is a radio personality. According to the lawsuit, details of which were published by the Orange County Register , Gene Simmons’s misconduct took place in a green room, while this woman was interviewing her. The lawsuit alleges that Simmons reached over, grabbed the woman’s hand, and “forcefully placed it on his knee and held it on his knee.” The woman apparently withdrew her hand immediately, but alleges that Simmons continued his “unwanted, unwarranted sexual advances,” reaching again for her hand. Defendant Simmons turned standard interview questions into sexual innuendos, which made plaintiff Doe extremely uncomfortable According to the documents, Gene Simmons grabbed her hand again, made a creepy noise, commented about how she must use lotion, and made some sort of gross sexual innuendo. He apparently also flicked his finger against her throat, which is one of the weirdest things that we’ve read about since reading about Harvey Weinstein ejaculating into a plant . Oh, and at a photo op after this interview from hell, Simmons allegedly grabbed her butt. Awful. Gene Simmons is speaking out against these allegations and against the lawsuit, writing on Facebook: “Friends, I intend to defend myself against any alleged charges you may have been reading about in the media.” Again, it is not surprising that he’s denying everything. “For the record, I did not assault the person making these accusations in the manner alleged in the complaint or harm her in any way.” He’s fighting the allegations in public but also gearing up to fight the actual lawsuit. “I am conferring with my lawyers with the aim of vigorously countering these allegations.” And he believes that he’ll be ultimately vindicated. “And I look forward to my day in court where the evidence will prove my innocence.” He may be right about the lawsuit’s outcome — sexual misconduct is often difficult or even impossible to prove in court. Even while remaining anonymous, the woman suing him is taking a big financial risk. Ultimately, we don’t know what, if any, effect this will have on Gene Simmons. The more passionate a man’s fanbase, the less likely he is to face real consequences, even in the court of public opinion. Just look at Johnny Depp — everyone knows what he did and has seen the evidence that his management knew what he’d done, but he still has a career and die-hard fans. Oh, and he’s starring in a Harry Potter movie and even JK Rowling is defending him. Only time will tell if Gene Simmons’ remaining fans will abandon him. Though, honestly, anyone who still likes the guy after he said that depressed people should just kill themselves is probably going to stick with him through anything. We should point out that it’s always possible that other women could come forward. It’s rare for a man to engage in this sort of behavior with one woman and not with others. So let’s all keep our ears metaphorically to the ground for other women coming forward about disgusting interactions with Gene Simmons. There are a lot of factors at play — some women are ashamed of not telling anyone, or blame themselves for the way that someone else treated them, or fear public reactions (especially from someone’s fans). The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 10 Episode 6 Recap: All Aboard the Shady Express

It was about time the Real Housewives of Atlanta went on a trip to stir up some drama.  When The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 10 Episode 6 got underway, NeNe Leakes and Porsha Williams were embroiled in their biggest bust-up to date.  “You couldn’t even be here if it weren’t for a bitch like me!” NeNe shouted at Porsha, reiterating the fact that she was Queen and everyone else was merely her minion.  “You f—ed Kandi over. She had your back, bitch!” NeNe continued. “You sit on your show and you lie every day, but we good. The door is closed! The door is closed!” With that, NeNe decided it was time to make a getaway from the dinner because things were just getting tenser by the second. Sheree felt bad for playing peacekeeper when she spoke to Porsha.  “Who the f–k is perfect at this table?” Porsha cried to Sheree in the aftermath. To be fair, she had a good point. None of these women are perfect.  NeNe tried to claim she did not mean anything by her comments to Andy about firing Porsha. She asked a question, and she answered it.  The rest of the women seemed to think Porsha needed to stop acting like a kid and grow up.  While Porsha felt she could cut the tension with a knife, she realized that she needed to change things up or she ran the risk of being ousted from the group.  When the ladies met up, the drama seemed to dial back until Kenya started bawling and confirmed she was going to bury the woman who raised her.  Cynthia noticed that Porsha was still upset and told her to speak with NeNe about what happened and accept responsibility for what happened.  Porsha agreed, and said she would give NeNe some time to cool down before speaking to her.  With Kenya upset because her dearly departed family member, Marlo, Sheree and Porsha thought it was a good idea to throw her a surprise wedding celebration.  The ladies were not invited to the real wedding, and that was likely because Kenya wanted to keep it all quiet. They even managed to get Kenya’s husband, Mark in on the action.  But, there was a twist. He was not there in the flesh, it was a cardboard cutout. Cynthia has been known to speak to everyone about other peoples secrets, so she was kept in the dark about all of this.  Kenya was ecstatic and found it all to be pretty funny. It was great for her because she got to speak some more about the big wedding.  Porsha even tried to change things up between her and Kandi, but Kandi did not seem impressed.  “I want to be able to have a good time amongst the group,” Kandi said. “I’ll give you your space and have a good night,” Porsha said. At the end of the trip, Kenya was gone, and the ladies wasted no time in chatting about her wedding. Kandi said that she and Todd tried to get a glimpse of Mark while they were in New York.  She then went on to say that it was odd Kenya was keeping him in private, and it all turned into another big argument.  Marlo argued that Cynthia was not that close to Kenya or she would have known in advance about the wedding.  Cynthia ultimately stormed out and told NeNe the other women needed to quit dragging Kenya.  “I don’t want them to make fun of her in front of me,” Cynthia said. “I think they’re questioning why a friend would not introduce another friend to their husband.” Cynthia eventually confirmed she was hurt that she did not get to attend the big wedding.  Will this come back to bite her? Taylor Swift Offers Important Advice to Sexual Assault Victims

On the entertainment front, Taylor Swift had a relatively quiet year. She released a new album and announced a new tour toward the end of 2017, but she remained almost entirely silent for a solid three-quarters of the past 12 months. In front of the camera or on social media, that is. Outside of the music industry, Swift was actually involved in a lawsuit that perhaps helped set the tone for the #MeToo movement. Following allegations that a DJ groped her during a 2013 photo opportunity, Swift testified under oath as part of her harassment lawsuit against David Mueller. She had alleged that Mueller reached under her skirt and grabbed her butt during a meet-and-greet four years ago, an accusation that actually prompted Mueller to sue Swift for defamation. But Taylor refused to back down. First, her testimony and other pieces of evidence caused a judge to dismiss Mueller’s lawsuit . Then, the singer won her countersuit against Mueller , earning raucous praise for how she handled herself on the witness stand amidst a barrage of victim-shaming attempts by Mueller’s lawyer. (“I am not going to allow your client to make me feel like it is any way my fault because it isn’t,” she said at one point to the attorney.) Due to how strongly she stood up for herself and, by extension, other victims of harassment, Swift was included this week on Time’s Person of the Year cover: The issue honors the “Silence Breakers” who have helped exposed an unseemly number of sexual harassers and predators around the country. Asked by the publication why she was so aggressive in her fight against Mueller, Swift replied as follows: “I figured that if he would be brazen enough to assault me under these risky circumstances and high stakes, imagine what he might do to a vulnerable, young artist if given the chance. “It was important to report the incident to his radio station because I felt like they needed to know. “The radio station conducted its own investigation and fired him. Two years later, he sued me.” Swift added that she spoke to Kesha at one point to find out more of what she went through after suing producer Dr. Luke for sexual misconduct. You should not be blamed for waiting 15 minutes or 15 days or 15 years to report sexual assault or harassment, or for the outcome of what happens to a person after he or she makes the choice to sexually harass or assault you. The superstar also praised all the “brave women” speaking out in public about their experiences for helping “move the needle in terms of letting people know that this abuse of power shouldn’t be tolerated.” The #MeToo movement got underway in earnest after Harvey Weinstein was exposed as a serial sexual predator. After Alyssa Milano sent a Tweet that asked women (and men) to use the hashtag #MeToo if they had been the victim of any sort of unwanted sexual act or comment, an endless array of social media users followed suit. As a result, celebrities such as Kevin Spacey, Louis CK, Charlie Rose and Matt Lauer have lost their jobs (and their statuses) in the wake of troubling allegations. We can likely expect more and more famous men to be outed as generally awful people in this regard in the coming weeks and months. It’s depressing and disturbing to learn of these incidents. Kim D. has got to be the woman the producers of The Real Housewives of New Jersey call in when they need to inject some drama back into the show.  It’s almost like they thought, “Darn, Danielle is not bringing the drama we thought she would. Could we get Kim D. back to stir the pot and fracture the friendships of the core women?” Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 8 Episode 9 Online It’s not a bad thing, but if The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 8 Episode 9 proved anything, it was that Kim should not come back again because her claims do not hold much water.  What Posche  Really Stands For Siggy and Dolores showed up to prepare for the fashion show, Kim wanted to know how her claims about Teresa being a cheat went down with everyone.  “Everyone hates you so much,” Siggy said proving again that she is not one to try and sugar coat things.  Kim then said that she heard Teresa was done with Jone, so she could do what she wanted. That’s when Siggy and Dolores defended her.  “Welcome to the Posche fundraiser. Toodloo!” Kim said to the women as she gave them a breather.  Teresa claimed to Melissa that she would keep her composure and not fight with her hands because she needed to keep it together or she ran the risk of being hauled back to jail.  Not one to show any fear, Kim said that she would fight Teresa, Margaret, Dolores, and Melissa. Yes, really.  “I’ll take you all, come on,” the villain said, but it was not clear whether she was smiling, or pooping her pants. We can thank the botox for that.  “Nobody is gonna talk about my husband or me,” Teresa says. “You talked about my husband two years ago. Did you see him fuck another girl?”   That’s when Kim said Teresa has been spotted out at clubs and getting close to other men.  “Piece Of Shit, Coke Whore, Home Wrecker Every Day!,” Teresa said of what Posche stands for. Her attempt to string a sentence together failed because it did not make sense.  Kim then went for the jugular and said that if Teresa got rowdy, she would have her locked up.  Melissa tried to defend Teresa and asked Siggy and Dolores whether they were disgusted yet by what they were seeing. Dolores started yelling and getting up in her grill.  Teresa left and referred to Siggy and Dolores as Kim’s puppets.   Siggy and Dolores See the Light The next day, Siggy and Dolores went to dinner with Frank, and he was straight to the point about understanding where Teresa was coming from.  The two women agreed that maybe they should have left the event, and Siggy went to visit Teresa to let her know she was sorry.  Teresa accepted, and they were friends again, but Melissa was still unsure about the pair making their way to Milan.  Melissa closed her segment essentially saying that Dolores had better watch her back. Is anyone else her just for Melissa and Danielle teaming up to take down Dolores? Like Mother, Like Daughter The other big plot strand was Marge Sr. going on a date with Margaret’s accountant. Margaret and her husband went along for the ride to chaperone the date, but it became clear there was something sketchy going on.  Margaret made ill-timed comments about her mother still being capable of “swallowing.” Yes, that is what Steve will be dealing with if he becomes a permanent fixture to the family.  The Other Side In a more serious scene, Melissa, Teresa, and Joe spoke to a medium about Nona’s passing, and the medium said that she was happily on the other side and is out of her pain.  It was unsettling because all three of them were bawling their eyes out. The only thing that irked me was that the woman could have gotten her information from watching every episode of the show before meeting them.  Sigh.  What did you think of this episode?
