Former Playboy Playmate Sara Jean Underwood is about as comfortable with her naked body as a person can get, so we imagine it didn’t take much perv-suasion to get her to participate in Portland’s World Naked Bike Ride in a segment for Attack of the Show ! last week. But G4 ain’t exactly the Playboy Channel, or even Skinemax, so Sara Jean was wearing a flesh-colored thong and nipple patches throughout the segment, and the naughty bits of various female (and male, thank goodness) Naked Bike Ride participants were blurred out for broadcast. Remember our favorite African-American grandma Rebecca Lanier? The one that out lived her two kids, currently lives with her 61-year-old grandson and is still kickin’ at 116 years old? She’s the oldest living person in the world and due to poor record keeping in Mississippi when she was born to slave parents in 1892, the Guinness Book of World Records refuses to identify her as such. Although slavery had ended, Blacks still didn’t get birth certificates. The current record holder, Maria Gomes Valentim of Brazil, died earlier this week at the age of 114. Still two years shy of Lanier. Guinness is now passing the torch on to the next contender and and it’s not Rebecca Lanier. According the Guinness the new record holder of the oldest person in the world is Besse Cooper of Monroe, Georgia at the age of 114 and 229 days. Rebecca Lanier is recognized by the Federal Government as being 116 years old, born in 1892. Rebecca Lanier celebrates 116th birthday. ‘Rosie is going to surprise a lot of people,’ ‘Dark of the Moon’ co-star Tyrese Gibson tells MTV News. By Kara Warner Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in “Transformers: Dark of the Moon” Photo: Paramount Pictures Much ado has been made about the upcoming “Transformers: Dark of the Moon.” From casting to the story line to the 3-D, it seems nothing about the filmmaking process on the third installment of the franchise has gone unnoticed. Thankfully, with the film’s June 29 release date quickly approaching, the castmembers have not only been out promoting the movie, but also dispelling some of the anxiety and nitpicking that has surfaced on the Interwebs. Regarding the casting, specifically the addition of Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley after the departure of former “Transformers” “It” girl Megan Fox, the action flick’s male stars expressed nothing but love and admiration for the first-time actress. “Rosie is going to surprise a lot of people,” Tyrese Gibson told MTV News recently. “I have to go on record and say that she did not replace Megan Fox. She’s a brand-new character; her name is Carly in the movie,” he explained. “Her name is not Mikaela, it’s Carly,” he reiterated, referring to Fox’s character in the previous installments. “She’s going to surprise a lot of people with her focus and energy that she’s bringing to the franchise. “She was very focused, very classy, very easy to work with,” he continued. “I was really glad she came aboard.” Shia LaBeouf said that while Megan Fox seemed a bit overwhelmed by all of the sudden attention she received post-“Transformers,” Huntington-Whiteley, with her experience as a swimsuit and underwear model, came to the set fully prepared for what would be required of her in the summer blockbuster. “She completely owns her sexuality, which I think helps especially on a movie like this where it’s a blanket summer movie and there are certain requirements of a woman in a summer movie,” LaBeouf explained. “She owns her sexuality and she doesn’t shy from it. I think it was a harder gap to cross, in terms of Megan going from complete obscurity to being the sexiest woman in the world in a movie. [It] is a greater leap and transition than to go from being a Victoria’s Secret model to then being the hottest actress in the world,” he added. “It’s an easier transition because she already had that in her pocket when she came to set. She was able to be strong in her femininity as opposed to trying to shy away from it. “[That attitude] helps everything,” he continued. “Especially with Mike [Bay] where conversations are blunt and they lack tact, and you’re in the middle of a firefight so it’s bare essentials. ” Do you think Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was a good choice to succeed Megan Fox? Nicki Minaj joined the bedazzled pop star onstage at the Staples Center for ‘Till the World Ends.’ By Kelley L. But the Spears that captivated the audience at the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles on Monday night was the old, fun-loving, free-wheeling Spears — with a sexy, showgirl twist. There wasn’t much pretense, though those glamazon outfits blinded in the best way possible. Instead, there was just good dance music. Spears opened her Femme Fatale Tour last week in Sacramento, and for the most part she stuck to script. There was flash and substance, and Spears appeared as the 29-year-old version of her former self, looking amazing in bedazzled leotards, barely-there cutoffs and midriff-baring outfits. Show openers Jessie and the Toy Boys, Nervo, and Nicki Minaj set the stage for what was to be a fast-paced night. In her own skintight outfits, Minaj did exactly what an opening act should do: whet the appetite for the main course. For Spears’ part, she went through about nine songs from her most recent album, Femme Fatale, opening her set with her lusty dance track “Hold It Against Me.” She spent nearly two hours grinding her way through a series of her biggest hits including “3,” “Piece of Me,” “If U Seek Amy” and a remix of “Boys.” A highlight of the night — though, let’s face it, nearly every twist and turn she made was met with ear-piercing shrills from the Spears Faithful — was when she straddled a larger-than-life-size guitar to perform a cover of Madonna’s “Burning Up.” And she nearly brought the house down when she performed “Slave 4 U” with the original choreography (minus the snake). One tweak, perhaps, from last week’s shows, is that instead of having Minaj appear via video for “Till the World Ends,” the rapper joined the pop singer onstage. There were times throughout the night when it was obvious that Spears was lip-synching, but no one in the audience seemed to mind one bit. They were there to be served a shot of Spears straight-up.
