The stars of the Teen Mom franchise receive an endless amount of flak for their parenting decisions. In many cases, this criticism is well-deserved, such as when Jenelle Evans protects David Eason against allegations that he’s abusing her children. But there are times in which the fans over-step their bounds and hurl unsolicited advice at moms who aren’t doing a damn thing wrong. Leah Messer is often on the receiving end of this sort of concern-trolling. Leah’s daughter Aliannah suffers from muscular dystrophy but most of the “advice” she receives has to do with Ali’s twin daughter, Aleeah, otherwise known as Gracie. And sadly, most of it has to do with concerns over the 9-year-old’s attire. Aleeah is a cheerleader , and photos from her competitions have attracted disturbing comments about her allegedly “age-inappropriate” attire. Earlier this week, Leah posted pics of her daughters’ Halloween costumes, and now it seems we have to relitigate this dumb “controversy” all over again. (No, we don’t know why she waited until November to post Halloween pics, but like we said, she’s got a lot on her plate.) Hilariously, the twins decided to dress as modern pop icons, while Leah’s youngest dressed as a member of the Hogwarts student body: “When they want #ArianaGrande #Beyonce andddd a #witch … Mom makes it happen,” Leah captioned the pic. And sadly, the criticism started rolling in immediately: “Aleeah looks way too grown up,” wrote one commenter . “Gracie looks 15,” another person remarked. “That girl is gonna be troubleeeee.” Yikes. Thankfully, not all of the comments were so negative: “OMG I thought the one that was Ariana Grande was dress[ed] up as you LMAO,” one person remarked. “Now they are starting to look like mini yous!” another echoed. “Gosh they have grown, so beautiful,” a third wrote. “Oh my goodness!! They look fabulous! Aleeah looks like she is grown!” remarked another fan. Obviously, the vast majority of the criticism is baseless and idiotic, and the commenters should keep that crap to themselves — especially when we could be focused on more important issues like why Leah chose to give her kids such similar names! Like it’s not confusing enough having a Leah and an Aleeah under the same roof, you have to throw and Aliannah into the mix, too?! Sorry, we just needed a brief vent session. Charli XCX got some big nips… I know most of the world doesn’t know who Charli XCX is, but I don’t think Charli XCX is in on that…her narcissism and positive feedback doesn’t make her think she’s the loser that she is…the haters she plays off as just jealous…her bank account may also validate her as I don’t know what her financial dealings are and she could have a series of multi million dollars deals…I just know she isn’t ver good or interesting or compelling… I remember when she first started out and was in leotards with her big tits out, using that strategy to get noticed as girls do, not realizing that she should feel like she has imposter syndrome, the now annoying syndrome all these influencers are milking, which basically means they don’t feel they deserver the BLESSED life and success they’ve seen cuz they know in their core that they scammed…the syndrome of people who tricked people into buying into them…and knowing they tricked them..while pretending they deservered it..not a syndrome…that we have to listen to these idiots talk about.. CNN reports The strain is a part of the Group M version of HIV-1, which is in the same family of the stain that is the cause of the HIV Epidemic. Abbott Laboratories conducted the research along with the University of Missouri-Kansas City. The report was published Wednesday in the Journal of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndromes. Source: Xilla Valentine / GlobalGrind Jordan Peele Speaks On Whether Or Not Marvel Is Cinema The comments Martin Scorsese made about Marvel movies not being cinema has been all throughout the headlines for weeks now–and the latest director to weigh in on the debate is Jordan Peele . It all went down during a discussion at the Fast Company Innovation Festival in New York City on Wednesday, where Peele was asked about Martin Scorsese’s heavy criticism of Marvel. Just as many fans of Peele might imagine, the filmmaker said he’s one into gate-keeping what cinema is and isn’t. He also went on to say that what makes a movie worthwhile is its ability to make an audience feel, particularly while at the movie theater. “I’m not particularly engaged in the ‘What is cinema, what isn’t cinema?’ conversation,” Jordan Peele said, according to the Hollywood Reporter . “My definition of film and what my movie experience is, is movies that you can go and have a theatrical experience, a shared experience with the audience [and] go through emotions: cheers, tears, laughs.” As for Jordan himself, the rapper says he’s actively trying to make movies that will compel people to watch them at the theater. “Those are the movies I’m trying to make, quite frankly. I’m very focused on something that you need to go out to the theater to see while it’s out there because it’s something different.” While there were some rumors that Peele might direct the upcoming Blade film after it was announced at Comic-Con earlier this year, his further comments about superhero films make it clear on why that’s not going to happen. The director spoke on his desire to “see more original material in the theater,” which connects back to what he previously told Rolling Stone about turning down franchise films after the success of Get Out and Us . “It’s a childhood dream to be able to essentially see what you saw in your imagination as a child…But you know, I feel like I only have so much time. I have a lot of stories to tell, and it just doesn’t feel right.”
Well, better late than never, right? Last week, Jenelle Evans announced that she had left David Eason and removed her kids from the home she once shared with her ex. It's a development Teen Mom 2 fans had been hoping for for years, but perhaps no one was more relieved to hear the news than Nathan Griffith. Nathan's son Kaiser had been living with the Easons, and Nathan had good reason to be deeply concerned. No one is safe living with David, least of all a 5-year-old whom Eason has taken a particular dislike to. For now, Kaiser is safe — and it seems Nathan will do anything in his power to help the boy stay that way. Take a look: 1. Healthy, By Comparison Jenelle and Nathan’s relationship was brief, and often very ugly. But compared to her relationship with David, they were the ideal couple. 2. Concerned For Kai Throughout Jenelle and David’s 2-year marriage, Nathan openly expressed concerns for his son’s safety and accused David of child abuse. 3. Legitimate Suspicion Very few people doubted that Nathan’s suspicions were well-founded, except, seemingly, for Jenelle, who accused him of lying about discovering bruises on Kaiser the size and shape of an adult’s hand. 4. Window of Opportunity When David shot and killed Jenelle’s dog back in May, Nathan seized the opportunity to move his son to a safer environment. 5. Silver Lining The shooting led to a CPS investigation which caused the Easons to temporarily lose custody of their kids, all of whom were sent to live with relatives. 6.
