For a second I thought former Hollywood Tuna Babe of the Year , Victoria Justice was wearing a completely see-through little number, but turns out I was wrong. It’s still an amazing dress and she looks beautiful, but Vic needs to step up her game. If she wants to compete against Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez she’s going to have to #freethenipple.
