According to TMZ “Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe have just been slapped with a laundry list of criminal charges — ranging from bank fraud to tax evasion — and now, they both face more than 50 years in prison if convicted. U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman just announced the 39-count indictment, claiming Teresa and her hubby massively defrauded the IRS as well as several banks between 2001-2008. According to the U.S. Attorney, the Giudices conspired to illegally obtain mortgages and other loans from multiple banks by intentionally overestimating their incomes in order to get more money. The Giudices also allegedly withheld vital information about their net worth from a U.S. bankruptcy trustee after filing for Chapter 7 in 2009 — including Teresa’s true income from the reality show. As for tax evasion, Joe is accused of failing to file income tax returns for the years 2004-2008, during which he allegedly earned $1 million. All told, the Giudices were hit with 39 charges — including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, which carries a max prison sentence of 20 years, and bank fraud, which carries a max of 30 years. The remaining charges carry the possibility of even more prison time. Neither Teresa nor Joe has been arrested, but they’re both due in court Tuesday morning in Jersey. I woke up on that morning feeling very anxious. The time came to take the bus to the arena, and that’s when the real worry kicked in. I knew I had to be calm because I know Justin doesn’t like when people are hysterical. The growing knot in my stomach was more the worry that I would break down crying/hyperventilating in front of him. Arriving outside the waiting area, the atmosphere was fantastic, everywhere you look there were beliebers, speakers blasting Bieber music and even more excited beliebers. I waited until 4 p.m. to check in for the meet and greet. We were then led to a line, and by this point I felt like I needed to throw up. Ryan gave me the wristband and I went upstairs. A few minutes later, Nick Demoura appeared and I had my photo taken with him. Dan Kanter came too, he was so sweet. I gave him a big hug and chatted with him for about 5 minutes before getting a photo as well. My seat for the concert was in Felt E, which was quite a good view. However, I was astonished to hear Ryan ask me, “Where is your seat for the concert?” I began to tell him and he cut me off with, “It doesn’t matter, here’s a wristband for the DIAMOND CIRCLE.” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! I’ve seen Scooter give tickets out in ‘Never Say Never,’ but I never thought that could be me! The raffle was drawn during the waiting time, and then the line started to move. I was almost last out of the individual line, so I had time to prepare myself. The next words I heard were, “Step in please miss.” I told myself, “Ok Carly, be calm, prepare yourself and relax.” Justin was standing there, flawless in sunglasses, a hat and a black vest. It was a little tight one, which was perfect. I had planned to say, “I’ll support you through everything,” and may have said that whilst hugging him, but it’s a blur so I can’t be sure. We then released the hug and I stood, my back to the camera (so that I could stall time a little) holding his arms. I quickly said, “Can we do a cute picture?” Justin replied with, “A cute picture? Yeah, sure.” He slipped his hand on my waist underneath my blazer! OMG JUSTIN BIEBER WAS HOLDING ME. The picture was snapped and it was time for me to go. I held onto his arm and said, “I love you.” He responded in his raspy low voice, “I love you too.” I smiled at him and walked out of the room, knowing that it went perfectly. I walked a few steps out, still smiling, and then like a ton of bricks, I started screaming with the tears. Nobody even had time to cut my wristband off and I was crouching on the floor weeping. After a few seconds I realized I needed to go so ran out and joined the other weeping. I got my head straight and it was diamond circle time. I ran to the stage and met some really lovely beliebers. It was fun sharing my experience with others. Justin came on and again did an outstanding performance, he looked so good and the energy was fantastic. Even my dad says he is a belieber now after watching the show! I can tell you the wait for the photo was nerve wracking! I had pulled a surprised face in the photograph and I was so scared that I may have overdone it and looked overwhelmed. Luckily, I don’t think it did, and I love it. One word of advice for beliebers; never give up, find a way to meet Justin while he’s in your country and go for it. The former President said during his acceptance speech that his daughter “has had a profound impact on the way I see the world. It’s sort of humbling when you get to be my age when your child knows more than you do about everything.” “Chelsea and her gay friends have modeled to me how we should all treat each other regardless of our sexual orientation or any other artificial difference that divides us,” said the honoree. “Many of them come and join us every Thanksgiving for a meal. I have grown very attached to them.” “And over the years, I was forced to confront the fact that people who oppose equal rights for gays in the marriage sphere are basically acting out of concern for their own identity, not out of respect for anyone else.” Clinton’s view on marriage equality changed substantially over the years.
