Ariel Winter’s family drama has reared its ugly head again. Her mother Chrystal Workman has been trying to sell naked photos of Winter’s older sister Shanelle Gray. This new and surprising chapter in the young star’s family drama comes after Winter moved in with Gray following accusations that Workman was an abusive, unfit parent. Publicist Jonathan Hay tells TMZ that Workman approached him about secretly releasing naked photos of her elder daughter Shanelle Gray to the public. Fortunately Hay’s conscience led him in the right direction and he refused to bite on Chrystal Workman’s offer. Hay has supposedly already been contacted by Winter’s legal team. He said he has no problem filing a declaration of support on Ariel’s behalf. The family is due back in court on December 10 to discuss the custody of the 14-year-old Modern Family star, whose situation is becoming stranger by the week.
A Brooklyn couple broke up in unique, musical fashion this week. Posted online late Wednesday, the couple’s breakup song announced the split to friends, punctuating a five-year relationship on a bittersweet, catchy note. The basic reason their once-happy coupledom broke down? “I want kids and she doesn’t,” Mann told the N.Y. Daily News . “I didn’t want to make a post on Facebook and have that be it. I didn’t want to have to explain it over and over to people, because that can be really painful.” “I hoped it would feel cathartic to make this together, as sort of our final act,” he added, however, “When it comes down to it, there’s no way to feel anything but sad.” Heartbreak aside, reaction to the song has been amazing. “We’ve been together for so long that we have so many mutual friends, and it was a big thing to sort of split that up,” Mann said. “But people are being super supportive.” “They’re happy that we made this and that it’s amicable.” Even more incredibly, it was just another addition to Mann’s “Song a Day” project; For more than 14,00 consecutive days, he’s posted a new song on his YouTube page .

I never thought I’d write a Bieber experience, but here is mine! My name is Éveline and I’m 16 years old. I’m from a really small town in Canada. It all started in May 2012, 186 days before Justin’s concert in Montreal. We found out that the Believe Tour tickets would sell out fast. I learned that there was going to be VIP packages. I would have done anything for them, I worked so hard on getting the money. My sister was in charge of the tickets since I had classes at lunch time. After waiting a while, she came back to me and said, “Éveline I’m so sorry I didn’t get VIPs..” and then I was like, “Aww no that sucks! Arg, I wanted this so much.” My sister replied quickly and said, “HAHA JUST KIDDING, YOU GOT FRONT ROW TICKETS AND MEET & GREET.” Oh my Bieber. I could not believe it, I just started to cry like crazy in school. The days passed by and everyday I was telling my friends the countdown until Justin’s concert. I waited since 2009 and finally it would be happening! It all went down on November 26 th 2012. After a 367 km drive, we got at the venue around 1 p.m. It was the coldest day ever and we waited so long. I could barely feel my body. Near the parking we saw Dan and Jeremy. They didn’t stop for pictures but they were so cute. Once Justin’s bus came in, it was so crazy how girls were screaming! Finally 3:45 arrived! We arrived where all the VIP’s were. I still couldn’t believe that I WAS VIP..wow. We checked in, they gave us wristbands, told the rules, saw Kenny and then they took us downstairs and got in line. We waited and waited. Knowing Justin’s dream was to win a Grammy Award, I had made him a Grammy trophy by myself. It took my parents and I one week to put together but it was so wroth it! The result was perfect. I really hoped he’d like it and that it made him smile. I wrote: Justin Drew Bieber. Best Idol in all industries – all time. Always making his beliebers proud,” and glued it on the Grammy. Once the wait was over, people were going really fast in and out the M&G! We saw girls crying after meeting Justin, it was so cute. After a few minutes or seconds, it was my turn. I was alone so I got in the little tent where Justin was. I was shaking so much. I had my Grammy in hand and the security went and was about to take it from me. I said that I wanted to show it to Justin since it took me hours to make! I got in with it and gave it to Justin. His eyes grew big and his mouth opened. He looked at me and said, “Wow! You got me a Grammy? Thank you! That’s great cause I’m not gonna win one.” Aww, I was about to cry. He’s the bestestest, he WILL win one! Then we took the picture and he smiled a lot in it , I was so happy when I saw it. His smile means so much to me. I was about to go but then Justin said a few words to me. “You look pretty!” Woah, that just made my life. I turned back and hugged him saying a huge thank you! Then security took my arm and I had to go. These words are forever in my head, he told me that I looked pretty. It gave me so much self-confidence coming from Justin. He means the world to me. I got out and started crying. We waited for the concert to begin. The Wanted performed – they were amazing and have so much talent! Carly was next and performed so good! She has such a beautiful voice. After the countdown it was time for Justin. His moves, voice , his face, his abs, his outfits, everything was so magical aka the Believe Tour! It was the best day of my life. I’d do anything to live that day again. My Bieber Experience started on Thursday November 22nd at 11:19 P.M. I received an email from BieberFever saying I had won the M&G contest and I was invited to the M&G. I just started balling my eyes out. I only got 4 hours of sleep because I was so excited. The morning of November 23rd my mom and I drove from NY to Ottawa, Canada. We arrived at the arena about 1:30. From 1:30 to 3:00 I stood outside the buses and watched Kenny, Pattie, Jeremy, Justin’s grandparents, Nick Demora, all of the dancers, Alfredo, Justin’s bus driver, The Wanted and Carly Rae Jepsen go inside the arena. They were all really friendly and waved at us. Some of them even yelled “Hey!” At 3:00 P.M I changed into my dress and got in line for the M&G. Since I had won a contest, I had to meet Justin after all the people that paid. We paired up with 4 other people because we were told we had to take a picture with a group of 6. The security opened the curtain and there stood Justin. After almost three years I was meeting him. I walked in first before everyone else. I said “Hi Justin, How are you?” He responded with “I’m good, how are you?” Then I embarrassed myself by answering with “I’m good, how are you?” Then I went to give him a hug. Right when I was about to put my arms around Justin, the security guard grabbed my waist and pulled me away from Justin. Justin obviously felt bad because he then put his arm around my waist, pulled me into him, kissed my temple and said “I’m sorry sweetheart.” Then I heard my mom say “Can she just get a single picture without the group?” The security guard was like “No, it has to be a group.” Then Justin was like “No, No, let her get a single picture I don’t want to do anymore big groups.” but before anyone could agree the other 4 people in my group walked in. Justin greeted them and we took the picture. My mom and I are standing next to Justin and the other girls are infront of us. After the picture I asked for a proper hug and Justin said “Sure!” as soon as I got my arms around him and he got his arms around me, I was literally picked up and pulled out of the room by security. As soon as I got out of the room I broke out into sobs. I was yelling “Did he just kiss me?” Everyone was staring at me like I was crazy. My mom was just jumping up and down “YES YES YES.” I literally could not stop crying for the next 2 hours. After that it was concert time. We went in and found our seats! We were on the floor, 25 rows away from the stage and like 6 rows away from the runway. Justin is the best performer I have ever seen live. He really puts on the best show as you can tell how much he loves doing it. It was by far the best day of my whole entire life. I could not believe how nice Justin was. Obviously I knew Justin wasn’t a jerk but I was blown away how much he just cared. It’s hard to fake love for your fans in person. You can tell Justin just loves us all so much . I want to thank @Catchjbfever for the opportunity to meet Justin and making my dream come true. I also want to thank Justin for outdoing my expectations when I met him.
