Source: Thaddaeus McAdams / Getty Kodak Black Facing Federal Weapons Charges Following Miami Arrest Last Week Kodak Black has blasted the media and the feds for allegedly releasing a picture of him after last week’s gun bust in order to gloat about nabbing a big name. That’s according to new legal docs from the troubled rapper, who is coming out swinging against his recent gun arrest at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami. Using his new legal name, Bill K. Kapri, the “Tunnel Vision” rapper filed court docs claiming that the media and law enforcement violated his constitutional rights when they disseminated a photo of him in shackles and street clothes at the Miami-Dade police station. Kodak said there was no reason for the cops and media to snap and distribute the pic – other than to create a “news spectacle” and for law enforcement to brag about catching such a big fish. The photo was released “for the purpose of creating a news spectacle in showcasing a Grammy-nominated artist shackled and in custody for all to see,” Kodak’s motion, which was obtained by BOSSIP, states. “Quite simply, there was no law enforcement or security rationale, and this was nothing more than a personal frolic for law enforcement to posture.” Source: Atlantic Records The feds raided Kodak’s tour bus May 11 while he was en route to perform at the festival. The photo in question is of a handcuffed Kodak waiting to be transported to federal detention, his court docs state. Kodak wants the police and the media to be barred from distributing any photos of him without a legit law enforcement or security purpose. The news comes as the prosecutor in his South Carolina rape case asked a judge to revoke his $100,000 bond because of his repeated arrests. A high school girl accused Kodak of sexually assaulting her following a concert in Columbia in 2016. A judge has yet to rule on either motion.

In place of it, she talked about how Twitter can often be not the best place to share private, sensitive information. Email Submit According to CBS News , the restrictive Human Life Protection Act that was signed into law by Governor Kay Ivey not only prohibits abortions, but it also penalizes doctors who go through with the procedure. It reclassifies this method of ending a pregnancy as a Class A felony, with doctors facing up to 99 years in prison for performing it. There aren’t any exceptions allowed for mothers-to-be who are victims of rape or incest. Other states are reworking their own versions of abortion bans in the wake of this. For example, the state of Missouri, led by a Republican Senate, passed a bill to ban abortions after eight weeks this morning. They called it, Missouri Stands with the Unborn Act. Like Alabama, the only exceptions allowed if this bill becomes a law will be in situations where the mother’s health is at risk, but nothing for victims of rape and incest. The goal, it seems, for all of these state legislators, is to eventually prepare for the overturning of Roe v. Wade with the help of the majority Republican Supreme Court. On Wednesday evening Governor Kay Ivey, a white, female, conservative, signed into law the Alabama Human Life Protection Act (HB 314), which would classify abortion as a felony. Doctors could face up to a maximum prison sentence of 99 years if found guilty, while an attempted abortion holds a sentence of up to 10 years in prison. In a PEOPLE exclusive , the rapper actor revealed his heartbreak after splitting with Badu in 2002: “With Erykah Badu, that was my first love where you’re just open and floating,” he says of the singer he reportedly dated for two years prior to their split in 2002. “When we split, I was 27 or 28. I was in a haze, just going through the motions. It was hard to eat.” Still he says, “It wasn’t her fault, the relationship just didn’t go forward.” Dang son… She left him unable to EAT. Hopefully he was still able to drink tea though, riiiight. Apparently Badu wasn’t the only woman who hurt Common either. “Some of the hardest work I’ve done on myself has been after breakups,” says the star. “I was in another breakup after that that was heavy,” he says without specifying which relationship. “That one honestly is what sent me to therapy.” “Talking about my intimacy avoidance and love addiction was an “aha” moment for me,” he says of traits he’s learned about himself in therapy. “The more you talk, the more you see the patterns you created for yourself.” He adds, “I’m open to a relationship now. She began to pray for “discernment” and “wisdom” and eventually prayed for a God-fearing man to come into her life. One who loved children, because she had a son. A man who is “wordly,” who could edify her desire to travel. Then she met Russell and at that very moment, she knew he was the one for her. “It was a calm feeling all over my body,” she recalled during an interview with Angie Martinez to promote her recently released album Beauty Marks. “My husband and my kids make my world go round,” she said when asked which of all her successes mean the most to her. “One of the most challenging times of my life, it was new for me, was obviously being a single mom. But that sick sin was hard for me to hide … I had a problem.” His sex addiction got him to the point where even porno movies weren’t enough to at least calm his urge for physical contact. “[I] ran out of porn to watch! That’s how you know when you are going a little overboard.” Sheesh! You know how sex crazed you have to be to run out of porn to watch in the digital age? If this was the 80’s or 90’s where VHS and DVDs reigned supreme then that would be somewhat plausible, but in the 2010’s?! We ain’t judging though. Interestingly enough Lamar also blames his addiction to sex for his well documented drug abuse . “Sex was a trigger for me to do drugs,” he tells PEOPLE. “Because you double up on [that] good feeling.” Well, the first step to tackling any problem is to admit you have one so that’s a good thing, but while Lamar says he’s currently drug-free his need for physical relations with women is another thing on it’s own. “I’m still an addict,” he writes in his book. “I still struggle … [But] I will not go into the darkness.
