Pilot Arrested At Kentucky Airport After Being Charged With 2015 Triple Murder

Source: Caiaimage/Rafal Rodzoch / Getty Now this is scary… PSA Pilot Arrested At Airport For Triple Homicide A shocking scene took place at Louisville Internation Airport this weekend. ABC News reports that The United States Marshall’s Service and local agencies took Christian Martin into custody at the airport in connection with three November 2015 deaths. Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear said Martin, a PSA Airlines Pilot, was indicted in the murders of Calvin and Pamela Phillips and Edward Dansereau. Calvin Phillips was found shot to death in his Pembroke, Kentucky, home on Nov. 18, 2015. His wife, Pamela, and neighbor, Edward Dansereau, were found dead in a burned-out vehicle in a nearby cornfield. Martin is facing three counts of murder, one count of arson, one count of attempted arson, burglary in the first degree and three counts of tampering with physical evidence. American Airlines who owns PSA Airlines has since released a statement on the pilot’s arrest to ABC News. “All of us at American Airlines and PSA Airlines are deeply saddened to have learned about these allegations from 2015. Our team was made aware of the indictment this morning after his arrest at Louisville International Airport,” the airline said in a statement. “We have an unwavering commitment to the safety and security of our customers and team members, and we will provide any investigative assistance possible to law enforcement throughout their investigation.” Martin has been placed on administrative suspension. What a crazy story!

NBA YoungBoy Arrested After Deadly Miami Shooting, Girlfriend Injured, 1 Man Killed [Video]

Source: Paras Griffin / Getty NBA YoungBoy Arrested After Daytime Shooting In Front Of Trump Hotel According to FOX News reports, shots rang out Sunday near a Trump beachside hotel, where NBA YoungBoy and his entourage were later identified as being on the scene. It’s unclear at this point what NBA YoungBoy’s exact involvement might’ve been, but multiple eyewitnesses say someone opened fire on him. The gunfire killed 43-year-old Mohamad Jradi, who was sitting in his van across the street from the resort. Jradi was just leaving work to celebrate Mother’s Day with his family when a bullet struck him in the head. Another bullet grazed a 5-year-old boy who was treated and released by paramedics at the scene. As a result, YB was detained along with 7 others at the scene. It’s unclear what each person is charged with at this time. NBA YB’s girlfriend, 19-year-old Kaylyn Marie Long, was hit in the shoulder during the shooting, she is now in stable condition and recovering.   Here is some of the aftermath of the shooting, footage obtained by TMZ.

Source: Mint Images / Getty via Bossip.com : A middle school teacher in Minnesota has been placed on leave after a video showing her using a racial slur while speaking to students went viral, according to the district earlier this week. Saint Paul Public Schools Superintendent Joe Gothard promised to take aggressive action after footage was posted online of teacher Wendy Brilowski using the N-word toward her Highland Park Middle School students. Brilowski can be heard saying ” f—— n——” in the video, which the district verified as being authentic to NBC News . Another staff member tried to excuse the behavior, saying, “she’s repeating what you’re saying” after the slur was used, but the short video clip does not show any students speaking prior to the teacher’s comments. The district did not provide more detail on the context of what happened before or after the video was taken, but did confirm the incident occurred during school hours.  Gothard also apologized in a video to parents, adding that foul and racist language has no place in the district. Report: ‘Empire’ To Be Canceled After Season 6

Deadline reports that the “groundbreaking, cultural phenomenon” is getting the axe once season 6 concludes, months after Jussie Smollett ‘s public ouster from the show and more. The show was created by Lee Daniels . “We are turning the final season into a large TV event, we are trying to go out guns a blazing,” Charlie Collier, head of Fox Entertainment said on the call of Empire ‘s 20-episode last round “You allow fans to lean in and have the ending they deserve,” the CEO added. The news follows the cancellation of Daniels’ other Fox led hip-hop drama, Star which was canceled after three seasons. The cancellation of Empire seems shocking as a little less than three seasons ago, it was a ratings and cultural juggernaut that established the careers of Smollett, Bryshere Gray and elevated Taraji P. Henson into even more of a household name. Due to sagging ratings and Smollett’s criminal case in Chicago over an alleged hate crime, people have soured on the show.

According to Jane Greer, Ph.D., a New York-based marriage and family therapist: “It can be really, really hard to go about celebrating the day, especially if you’ve recently lost your mother,” she tells us. “And I recognize that. But it’s so important to do so. It’s so important to continue to celebrate your mother and her spirit, and to realize that even though you won’t be together in a physical sense this year, she’s with you in spirit.” It may not be the easiest thing to do, but there are plenty of ways to navigate Mother’s Day without a mom. Greer added: “It can be incredibly helpful and calming to engage in an activity that you and she used to do together, especially if a sentimental location is involved. If you used to celebrate by taking her out to brunch at a favorite local spot, continue ordering her beloved blueberry pancakes. If you used to frequent a certain coffee shop together, head back there today and drink a cup in her honor.
