The rapper and YG affiliate posted a photo via Instagram in recovery, thanking the hospital staff and also clowning his assailants by joking that they copped their bullets from Wal-Mart. “I wanna thank the staff at the hospital for helpin me shake back I owe y’all #Roscoes or #TacoMell 4 life & God I thank whoeva was poppin 4 buyn them shells at walmart I’m here 4 a reason Hol’Upppp,” Slim wrote in the caption of the flick. After being released from the Intensive Care Unit just a little while ago, Slim 400 definitely has a long road back to health. Amber Portwood will be living a very lonely existence over the next several days, weeks and maybe even months. This, after a judge handed out a harsh — albeit understandable — ruling to conclude Portwood’s hearing on Wednesday, five days after she was arrested for felony domestic violence . According to court papers obtained from Marion County Superior Court in Indiana, Portwood has been charged with three felonies and a misdemeanor for her alleged attack against boyfriend Andrew Glennon. The first count of domestic battery is for ” knowingly touching Andrew Glennon, a family or household member in a rude, insolent or angry manner .” The second count, meanwhile, relates to the stunning news that Portwood is accused of attacking Glennon with a machete, which is a giant sword. Original reports had stated that Amber only stuck Glennon in the neck with a shoe during a dispute between the couple early last Friday morning — but read down below for the latest on this ugly and violent confrontation. This update includes a description of the machete attack.. and also the way in which Portwood threatened to kill herself. View Slideshow: Amber Portwood Threatened Suicide, Attacked Boyfriend with a Machete: Report For this second felony count, the Teen Mom OG star was charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. “Struck the machete at and into a door, while Andrew Glennon was standing directly on the other side of the door, that created a substantial risk of bodily injury to Andrew Glennon ,” the court papers read. For the third count of domestic battery, which is also a felony, we can now telay the following from the court: Portwood “ knowingly touched Andrew Glennon, a family or household member, in a rude, insolent, or angry manner and Amber L Portwood committed said offense in the presence of a child less than 16 years of age, knowing that the child was present and might be able to see or hear the offense .” Multiple outlets confirm that Glennon was holding the couple’s one-year old son in his arms at the time of this assault. He thought Amber might kill him . This all brings us back the loneliness cited above. The 29-year-old Teen Mom OG star was served with a no contact order in court on Wednesday, July 10. For the foreseeable future, she is not allowed to go near Glennon or baby James. Elsewhere, we can confirm that Portwood was accompanied by her mother, Tonya, her ex-fiancé, Gary Shirley, and his wife, Kristina, as she entered the building. She did not speak to reporters before or after this court appearance. Glennon, for his part, was asked by TMZ how he was holding up and simply replied: “I’ve seen better days.” This would appear to be an understatement. Based on a report by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, which had access to the official legal affidavidt filed by police after they responded to a 911 text from Glennon on July 5, Amber and Andrew got into it because they had tried to take James to see July Fourth fireworks the night before. But there was too much traffic. It was determined they would miss the show and had to turn around — and Portwood blamed Glennon for the snafu. To be exact, Portwood was upset that Glennon “dropped the ball” on their plan to see these fireworks, The Ashley wrote this week. After dropping Amber off and giving her a chance to cool down, Andrew drove around for awhile with James in the car. When he got home, Amber reacted in angry fashion, allegedly hurling a shoe with a one-inch heel at her boyfriend … downing a bunch of pills before later throwing them back up… and slashing the bathroom door with a machete after Andrew locked himself in there with their son. Yikes , right? If this account is accurate, that is. Portwood went to jail in 2013 for also attacking then-boyfriend Gary Shirley, who is the father of her 10-year old daughter, Leah. She has a history of mental illness and even joked on this week’s episode of Teen Mom OG that she’s “f-cking nuts” and is prone to violent outbursts. She wasn’t really joking, of course. Back in June, Dog’s Most Wanted star Beth Chapman passed away at age 51 after battling throat cancer for yeras. He family, friends, and fans continue to grieve her. Now, her daughter Cecily has shared a heartbreaking throwback photo as a tribute to her mom. Take a look: Cecily B Chapman took to Instagram to share a throwback photo of her late mother’s amazing nails on the steering wheel. “My heart is so heavy,” Cecily admits. For illustrative effect, she then includes a bright red broken heart emoji. Speaking of her beloved mother, Cecily writes: “she was so amazing.” “I was so lucky….” she acknowledges. Cecily then shared that she had gotten a similar nail job, even though she had cried the entire time. Fans may not have known Beth like her children did, but they are mourning right alongside them. In the comment below this heartfelt post, affection and emotional support poured in to the grieving daughter. “Take her legacy and model her grace,” suggests one fan. That same follower adds: “That is the best gift you could give to honor her.” That is some very touching advice. “So so sad. so many hearts are heavy,” observes another fan. That same follower adds: “I miss her I could only imagine what your all feeling.” “[Stay] strong,” the kind commenter instructs. “She’s watching over each and every single one of u guys.” “She loves u all so much so much,” the fan emphasizes. “I bet her love is so strong that you can feel it in the air she is all around you guys,” the follower concludes. “Living in your [heart].” “Your mom was an amazing person,” another fan affirms. Of that, no one has any doubts. She was deeply memorable both on and off camera. That takes a very special type of person. The follower adds: “And a part of her lives on in you.” “The loss of a parent by far is one of the hardest things in life to deal with and []accept]…” the commenter acknowledges. The fan then expresses: “I know god has a plan for your Mom to be taken so soon.” “She is amazing,” affirms another commenter, notably using the present tense. That fan continues, still in the present tense: “And you are very lucky.” The commenter explains: “just because she’s physically not here anymore doesn’t mean she’s gone.” Others kept it simple, short, and sweet. “I miss her beautiful smile,” Cecily wrote in another post several days ago. Initially, the reality star and mother had been declared cancer-free after undergoing surgery to remove the cancer. Unfortunately, it returned with a vengeance. Beth had expressed that she saw her renewed cancer battle as a test of faith. She even apologized to her fans and to her loved ones for not using every possible weapon in her fight. The news that Jenelle Evans and David Eason had regained custody of their kids hit Teen Mom 2 fans like a crushing blow to the temple. Actually, it would be more accurate to say that Jenelle and David regained custody of most of their kids, considering her son Jace and his son Kaden will continue to reside with more stable relatives. It would also be more accurate to say that former Teen Mom 2 fans were stunned by the news, as many vowed to never again support the series that made this appalling situation possible, even though Jenelle was fired from the show several months ago. Anyway, as when Donald Trump was elected president or the New England Patriots won yet another Super Bowl, reports of the judge’s ruling left many with the feeling that the bad guys had pulled off a surprise victory. But according to one person who’s very well-acquainted with Jenelle and her parenting style, the situation played out in the best way possible, and the Eason kids are back where they belong. Heather Griffith is the sister of Jenelle’s second baby daddy, Nathan Griffith, who was as stunned as everyone else when his son Kaiser was returned to The Land by a judge who had apparently been experimenting with LSD. Heather says she only really got to know Jenelle once the kids were taken away (?!), and she claims that the mother of her nephew has been misrepresented by the media and is actually a devoted parent (?!?!?) who deserves custody of her kids. “I think a lot of things have been exaggerated and blown out of proportion. I don’t see Jenelle as an unfit parent or someone that doesn’t love her kids,” Heather tells Hollywood Life . “I watch her go through this process, and she’s tried to remain so positive but she was just so sad.” Heather goes on to say that all the coverage of Jenelle’s arrests, accusations of neglect, and frequent substance abuse episodes are nothing more than fake news: “After getting to know her over the past few months — we recently became closer when the kids were taken away — I don’t see her as this horrible, vindictive person that she’s constantly being played out to be,” Heather says, “I think she is just constantly under attack and I don’t think that she’s unfit as a parent.” Nathan, of course, strongly disagrees, and he’ll continue to fight for custody of Kaiser in hearings that are set to begin next month. “I think just with her situation I would be more fit as a parent,” Nathan told TMZ earlier this week, adding that he believed Kaiser isn’t receiving proper “love and affection.” Heather says she supports Nathan in his fight for custody, but somehow, she’s also 100 percent #TeamJenelle these days. “I have talked to her pretty much ever since the kids were taken from her,” Heather tells Hollywood Life. “We check in with each other every day to make sure things are going well throughout the whole process.” In order to appreciate how weird this situation is, we encourage you to pause for a moment and imagine becoming besties with your sibling’s violent, abusive ex-fiance — but only after that person has her kids taken away following a scathing CPS investigation. ee”We’re building a friendship now. We already reported that NeNe Leakes’ tantrums have forced some casting shakeups out of Bravo. But we can just about guarantee that she won’t like every change that producers have made. Kenya Moore is returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta for Season 12! Kenya Moore is back! It’s a huge surprise, since we had already reported that Kenya was involved in some filming issues on set. (And by “filming issues,” we mean that NeNe was refusing to film with her , of course) But now, multiple source have confirmed to Us Weekly that Kenya is returning for Season 12. She has her peach back! “Kenya may be a friend,” the insider notes. “But,” the source reminds fans. “It always depends on how filming goes.” The insider adds that it depends upon what is caught on film “and chemistry with the cast.” Kenya spent years having enough chemistry for Full Housewife status, so we don’t imagine that it would be difficult to do again. The source predicts: “Kenya could always be upgraded to full Housewife.” Even if we hadn’t already heard reports that Kenya was filming for the show in some capacity, this wouldn’t really be much of a shocker. Remember, she only appeared in one episode of Season 11. That simple cameo was enough to cause a lasting, painful rift between NeNe Leakes and Cynthia Bailey. If Kenya can be the catalyst for that much drama in a simple guest appearance, imagine how much she could cause on a whole season. Soon, we won’t have to imagine. Kenya first joined the cast for Season 5 back in 2012. (Doesn’t it seem like that was just a few years ago?) Kenya remained on the show as a Full Housewife for six seasons But then, in the summer of 2017, things for Kenya changed very abruptly. She became more guarded with information about her personal life — a decision practically antithetical to her job. Kenya held a secret wedding to Marc Daly, sending fans and producers into a furor. The whole point of following a reality star like Kenya is to capture not just the squabbles and feuds, but the big life milestones. She waited weeks before she even revealed Marc’s name. The story was that Marc didn’t like The Real Housewives of Atlanta because he believes that the show portrays black men in a negative light. To date, he has made one brief appearance. Kenya explained that she had elected to step back during Season 11. “I have decided to take this season off to focus on my high-risk pregnancy in a healthy and drama-free environment,” Kenya told Us Weekly . She continued: “I thank Bravo for this amazing platform that has allowed me to grow, flourish, and appreciate the value of what is truly important in life.” Fans are excited to see Kenya’s return. And NeNe’s animosity only makes viewers more eager to see the feuds to come. Kenya may not even have to do all that much work to find herself at the epicenter of drama. For a while there, it looked as though former NBA star Lamar Odom was on the verge of a comeback. Sure, he might never make it back to the bigs again, but Odom’s new memoir earned him sympathy from fans who may have previously written him off as a hard-partying hedonist who set fire to both his career and his marriage by indulging his love of prostitutes and hard drugs. Perhaps even more importantly, Odom returned to the sport he loves, having earned a spot in the Big3 summer league founded by Ice Cube. Unfortunately, Lamar’s time on the court didn’t last very long. TMZ is reporting today that Odom has been cut from the roster of the Big3 team bafflingly known as the Enemies. Former NBA stars Baron “Boom” Davis, Bonzi Wells, and Jermaine O’Neal were also deactivated for the remainder of the season, but it was Odom’s name that attracted the attention of the gossip world. And many feared the worst. After all, Odom’s talent for squandering golden opportunities might be matched only by Hillary Clinton, and many feared that he had messed up yet another second chance by returning to the bad behavior that ruined his marriage to Khloe Kardashian. But if there’s a bright side to this situation, it’s that Odom seems to have been cut loose as a result of his performance on the court, not wild nights that might land him in front of a judge. The league issued a statement today clarifying that 39-year-old Odom and his cut companions simply no longer have what it takes to compete at a professional level? “As the premier professional 3-on-3 league in the world, we are always striving to improve the quality of both the live and broadcast experience for our fans as well as the level of competition,” read the statement. In other words, no one wants to see Lamar Odom and Boom Davis chasing each other around unless one wants the other to get off his lawn. Insiders say Odom is “embarrassed” by the league’s decision, but has come to accept it. Lamar barely played for the Enemies, posting just 2 points and 4 rebounds so far this season. And his latest public confessions probably weren’t great for the fledgling Big3 from a PR perspective. Among the revelations contained in Lamar’s book were the facts that he slept with over 1,000 women (with many of those conquests occurring while he was married, and that he once threatened to kill Khloe Kardashian while high out of his mind on a potent cocktail of drugs. Over the weekend, beloved Disney star Cameron Boyce passed away , shocking his countless fans and paining his loved ones. He was only 20 years old. Now, his father is sharing a photo taken just hours before Cameron was taken from the world. Taking to Instagram for his first post since the sudden and tragic death of his son, Victor Boyce shared this photo. “My son,” he writes. “Just hours before he was snatched from our lives.” “I miss him terribly,” Victor affirms. He continues: “I hope that no one ever has to feel the agony I’m feeling.” “But,” Victor is all too aware. “No one is immune to tragedy.” For days, now, Cameron Boyce’s legions of fans have been sending messages of grief and emotional support. “The outpouring of love and support our family continues to receive is so beautiful and appreciated,” Victor expresses. You never know when your kind comment or sympathetic gesture could mean the world to a total stranger. Whether it’s for a woman sobbing in a grocery store or a man grieving on social media, your words can have a powerful impact. The Duggars hold many, many controversial views. In fact, there are times when it seems that all the family does is make babies and create mini-scandals by sharing their ultra-conservative beliefs with their increasingly befuddled fan base. Some of these beliefs align with evangelical views found elsewhere in the American South and Midwest, such as the view that women should cover themselves up at all times , lest they inspire impure thoughts in the helpless men who cross their paths. (For those of you who haven’t already raced down to the comments to tear us a new one, we were being sarcastic, and that’s a completely bonkers belief for anyone to hold.) But some of the more ridiculous views can only be found in Duggar Land — and many of them have to do with child-rearing. The women of the Duggar clan are subjected to near-constant mom-shaming, but no one gets the full brunt of the internet’s wrath quite like Jessa Duggar. Jessa has been accused of endangering her son’s life for failing to provide “proper” protection from the sun. She’s taken flak for her kids’ potty-training, home-schooling, attire, and probably for the way that they breathe in and out. The situation has gotten so bad that the mother of three has apparently given up, and we now see Jessa baiting mom-shamers for fun . Sadly, that tactic doesn’t seem to have sent the trolls scurrying back under the bridges from whence they came. Jessa welcomed her first daughter in May, and as expected, the mom-shaming has been cranked up to 11. Jessa posted the above photo of little Ivy earlier this week, and at this point, it’s like playing a Where’s Waldo game — see if you can spot the cause of outrage! Give up? Well, this is was kind of a trick question, as there are two distinct factions here who are pissed at two different things. On the one side, we have people who are angry that Ivy doesn’t spend more time with a pacifier in her mouth: “I pretty much only give her a pacifier for car rides, so she’s not super good at taking it— but every time it goes in her mouth, she puts both little fists up on her cheeks like this” Jessa captioned the pic. “It’s actually good for babies to have pacifiers that young,” one “fan” responded , according to In Touch . “It’s a SIDS preventative.” “I was told the same [thing] by multiple doctors and nurses,” another remarked. In the other camp, we have the haters who believe Jessa is doing her kid a great disservice in the wardrobe department: “She’s cute but probably REALLY HOT with that huge thing in her head,” one person wrote. “Why do you not use pink on her? I think she looks pretty [anyway] but never see her with anything pink” another remarked. Apparently, this “Ivy doesn’t wear enough pink” thing is a commonly-held viewpoint. “I’m dying to see sweet Ivy in PINK!!!” another fan commented. Yes, there’s a whole contingent of fans out there who are dying to see some Pink Ivy, which is … strange. We’re accustomed to a LOT of weirdness from Duggar obsessives. Amber Portwood is being falsely accused of wielding a machete and slashing the bathroom door behind which her boyfriend and baby son were cowering. So claims someone very close to the disgraced Teen Mom OG cast member: Her very own brother. As you may have read by now, Portwood is in serious trouble with the law. The reality star was arrested very early on the morning of July 5 after allegedly getting into a heated argument with live-in lover Andrew Glennon. According to what Glennon told the Indiana police, Portwood was set off after traffic caused her, Andrew and their child, James, to miss a July Fourth fireworks show. Amber reportedly blamed Glennon for this situation, eventually hurling a one-inch heeled shoe in his direction … threatening to kill herself by taking a bunch of pills… and then grabbing the aforementioned sword and using it to try and break into the bathroom after Andrew locked himself inside there with James. Holy frickin cow, right?!? These are the questions now being debated by celebrity gossip followers and Teen Mom OG viewers across the nation. But Shawn Portwood claims we all need to slowo our roll… because his sister did NOT do all the things of which she’s been accused. “Stay tuned for the surprise ending. Everything’s not always all it’s cracked up to be,” Portwood Tweeted late Tuesday evening. When one individual remarked how the surprise must be that she allegedly used a “flip flop and machete,” Shawn clapped right back. He remained adamant that his sister is mostly innocent. “That’s not true at all,” he wrote. “You guys are jumping to conclusions that based off of what one person is said. But there is evidence to prove that she did not do that.” This evidence, if it exists, has not yet been made public. On the flip side, police records indicate that a police officer on the scene at Andrew and Amber’s home last Friday took photos of the marks left on Andrew’s neck from shoe Portwood threw at home. These same records state that Amber has admitted to throwing the shoe, but told the cops it barely grazed her boyfriend. Amber went to jail in 2013 for assaulting ex-boyfriend Gary Shirley, a fact basically referenced by someone who responded to Shawn’s Tweet barrage. “What’s your evidence? Amber’s word? We all know she’s violent,” this person wrote to Shawn, who replied as follows: If all I had were Amber word I wouldn’t say nothing. I’m not saying I don’t trust her but I don’t go based off of word. I go based off of facts and evidence. And right now the evidence that I know of does not indicate anything about what was said she did. Intriguing, right? We’re not about to speculate too much here because this whole thing is too sensitive. There’s a one-year old child right smack dab in the middle it, let’s remember. It's time to move over, Florida Man . You must now officially make room for Long Island Man. Or, to be more precise we suppose, you must make room for Short Long Island Man, based on a hilarious/disturbing new video that has gone very viral in a very short period of time. In a video posted to Twitter this week, a woman is heard at the Bagel Boss shop in Bay Shore, New York, asking a middle-aged man wearing running shoes, shorts and a striped polo shirt why he thinks it's acceptable to “degrade women.” We don't know the circumstances that prompted this question… only that it led to an epic tirade in response. “Degrade – why is it okay for women to say, 'Oh you’re five feet on dating sites, you should be dead,'” the man fires back as he hurls a newspaper he was holding to the floor. “That's okay?” Wait, what, the woman responds? No one at the store said anything like that. “Women in general have said it on dating sites. You think I'm making that sh-t up,” the patron screams back while throwing his arms in the air. “Everywhere I go I get the same f-cking smirk with the biting lip.” This is actually pretty sad. The poor guy clearly has understandable self-esteem issues… which is not an excuse for the way he acted here. But it's still something everyone viewing the footage ought to consider. Another customer then interjects, telling the man to “calm down.” But this has the opposite effect. “Shut your mouth. You're not God or my father or my boss,” he yells. When another customer also tells the man to chill out, his anger only reaches a new level. “Dude you want to step outside? You want to step outside? Huh? I'm not scare of you, pal.” The third time, however, is NOT the charm for this guy. After telling yet another patron to also “shut up” and challenging him to a fight, the bitter dating site user gets tackled to the grond. Hard. As you might expect, and mostly understand, the Internet is having a field day with this video. To wit: But we sort of have two different reactions: FIRST, imagine if this were an overweight woman, responding in sadness and anger over how she is looked at by men. We somehow doubt folks would be mocking her in the same way. SECOND, couldn't you see this guy going on some sort of shooting spree in the near future? Based on the domestic violence history of nearly all mass shooters, toxic masculinity is to blame for this epidemic as much as any other societal issue.
