His attorney has blamed some of these “delusions” on him not taking his medication for his schizophrenia after the passing of his girlfriend. He also mentioned that he began hearing voices from the television telling him to do things. Parkhurst has been involved in other crimes such as exposing himself to a woman while she was walking her dog and more. He’s currently being held in the Orange County jail and will be sentence on April 5th.
