The rappers challenged women from all over the world to twerk for a chance to win $25,000 and selected 25 to compete in Miami. Bodycam footage shows the moment officers responded to the 911 call made by the teen, who called 911 when her dad took her cell phone. The unnamed child told dispatchers: ‘My father took my property, which is an $800 phone that doesn’t belong to him. He didn’t buy it.’ According to Daily Mail , The father, Anthony Robertson, and his daughter were both sitting outside the home when officers arrived on Saturday afternoon. Robertson then explained to cops: ‘I took her phone because she’s a juvenile, and I don’t want her to have it. ‘I can’t inspect it, because the phone is locked, so I took it away.’ Cops sided with the dad, one of the officers explaining: ‘But guess what? Everything that you own belongs to your mother and your father. Having a phone is not a right.’ SMH, here’s the footage.

The Super Bowl Half time show controversy continues to roll on. Some of our favorite artists turned down the prestigious performance. People like Cardi B and Rihanna turned it down to stand in solidarity with Colin Kaepernick. When news broke that Travis Scott was on board to join Maroon 5 the hip hop community clapped back quickly. Early reports said that Travis and Colin had a conversation and Kaepernick “Okayed” the performance. It was easy to assume that was part of his plan because Travis made the NFL agree to donate $500,000 to a social justice organization. Well friends close to the Ex NFL players are setting the record straight about the conversation between Travis and Colin. Reports are saying that the timeline tells a better story of what happened. TMZ is reporting that Travis received the offer from the NFL and before he accepted he and Colin jumped on a call about the situation. Sources close to both of them said that the conversation was cordial but they agreed to disagree. Colin urged Travis not to perform at the Super Bowl but Travis ultimately made the decision to opt with performing. Once outlets begin to report that they had a conversation and Colin gave Travis is blessing, his girlfriend and radio personality Nessa SHUT THAT DOWN! Some of our favorite couples in hip hop landed on the show “ Marriage Boot Camp ” on WE TV. Waka Flocka and Tammy Rivera have had ups and downs in their relationship and decided to get some help. Tammy smiled as she spoke about Waka chasing her when they first met as well as telling her they were going to be married one day. Tammy admitted that they have constant arguments and having someone try to better their relationship with therapy could possibly make their bond stronger. Nevertheless on the show they described it as being in a trap house. They would play spades, make kool-aid, cook and other things. One thing they didn’t love were being told what to do and when to do it. The couples had curfews and weren’t allowed to have their phones or watch television. Tammy admitted she had to act out of character when they didn’t let her speak to her daughter for long. If anyone wants to know the couple keeps their relationship spicy by having sexy sessions with each other.
