The Florida rapper was arrested at Tampa Airport after a gun was found on his carry-on luggage. Reports TMZ : Law enforcement sources tell us the rapper was getting a bag scanned Wednesday morning at Tampa International Airport before getting onto a Delta flight when TSA agents discovered a Glock 43 in one of his bags, as well as a fully-loaded magazine lying beside it. We’re told Plies had no permit for the gun, and was arrested by airport police for carrying a concealed weapon — a felony. We’re told he’s currently in custody at Tampa International … and will be transferred to Hillsborough County Jail. Reportedly, Plies is claiming he is the owner of the gun, but he grabbed the wrong bag before heading to the airport. Hopefully, his lawyer game is sharp. — Photo: Getty

The Hollywood Reporter says that production is set to start on the Warner Bros. movie during the NBA off-season in 2019. “The Space Jam collaboration is so much more than just me and the Looney Tunes getting together and doing this movie,” James tells THR . “It’s so much bigger. I’d just love for kids to understand how empowered they can feel and how empowered they can be if they don’t just give up on their dreams. According to PEOPLE , Kourtney and 20-year-old Grown-ish actor Luka Sabbat were spotted together in Los Angeles and Chicago this weekend. A source exclusively tells PEOPLE, “His young age doesn’t seem to matter.” Kourtney is great,” the source explains. “She seems very happy. She had fun in Chicago with friends and Luka. She is back in L.A. now with her kids. Things with Luka are pretty new. It’s not like she calls him a boyfriend.” The source continues, “They are having fun. She finds Luka very charming and she is definitely interested. Everyone seems to have a very positive attitude about him.” E! News have a source that reports that Kourtney and Luka “have been friends for awhile now, but have most recently been hanging out together more since Kourtney’s split with Younes [ Bendjima ].” Neither Kourtney or Luka have not yet spoken on the status of their relationship but we will keep our eyes open. The three-part series is directed by Gotham Chopra (who also helmed the Tom Brady doc Tom vs. Time ).” This is a huge win for Hill who was not supported by ESPN when she called out Trump’s racism. Hill told THR, “I think LeBron, like a lot of people, has been very frustrated by the behavior of this administration. [Black Americans] feel very insulted and vulnerable within this time because of who’s in charge.” The doc will also include interviews with Charles Barkley , Jay Z , Justin Timberlake and more. Again, Hill can’t stop winning. Reportedly, when she left ESPN she still had 2 years left in her contract, which ESPN reportedly bought out. Diesel recently announced that Nicki would be one of the faces for its Autumn/Winter 2018 “hate couture” campaign used to combat cyberbullying. Different stars, including Nicki, Gucci Mane , actress Bella Thorne and model Jonathan Bellini have been recruited for the campaign. In a video Diesel posted to their social media, the most hateful messages these stars have received on social media are etched into the design of their Diesel apparel. Thus Nicki’s shirt reads “The Bad Guy” (It’s still up for debate if people actually call her this or if she just gave herself the name herself). You don’t make online hate disappear by hiding it. Though the campaign seems to have good intentions, folks across the Internet couldn’t help but notice a tiny issue in the selection of stars. Nicki Minaj has been accused of some major bullying. The most notorious instance came when cultural critic and Twitter user Wanna Thompson critiqued the subject matters in Nicki Minaj’s music a few months back. Instead of starting a conversation on Twitter like Wanna had hoped, an army of Nicki-crazed Barbz came after Wanna like she was the village plague. “I wouldn’t wish this on my worse enemy,” Thompson told The New York Times back in July. After Nicki fans came for Wanna’s life via social media, emails and even phone calls, Nicki herself contacted Wanna and it wasn’t pretty. She slid in Wanna’s DMs and called her everything but a child of God. “Eat a di** you hating ass h*” and “ugly ass” were just a few of the words Nicki aimed at Wanna. Sounds like a bully, no? When Wanna heard the news of Nicki’s Diesel campaign, she was just as confused. @DIESEL is making a mockery out of cyber-bullying. There are countless organizations and individuals doing their best to combat the issue and instead of enlisting them you get Nicki Minaj? In an Instagram post, she accused Nicki of lying on her and telling other artist not to work with her. Though it’s not certain that Cardi’s accusations are true, one has to ask what would provoke a woman enough to send her shoe flying across a fashion event. Nicki even gave Travis Scott a “Ho* Ni**a of the Week” award on her Queen radio show when she was critiquing his record sales and number one spot on the charts. Despite all this controversy, of course the Barbz still weren’t bothered… Nicki Minaj is a marketing genius!
