Source: @JustInMyView / Radio One/R1 Digital G Herbo could be looking at prison time if he’s convicted in his assault case with his child’s mother Ari. via TMZ G Herbo is now facing a battery charge for an altercation that went down with the mother of his child … and prosecutors say the rapper dragged the woman by her hair. G Herbo was arrested in Atlanta last month after cops said he assaulted Ariana Fletcher during an argument. According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Herbo’s been charged with one count of misdemeanor battery. Prosecutors are accusing him of intentionally hurting Ari by dragging her by her hair and scratching her arm badly enough to leave visible wounds.

We’re told the girlfriend informed a family member about the altercation, which led to cops being called and Raz B being arrested. Raz insists he did not purposely strike or choke her. Law enforcement sources tell us police will be investigating to see what led to the altercation, and some evidence may include surveillance footage because it happened in a parking lot area.

Today (May 1), the rapper and reality star turned herself into the authorities for allegedly assault her old Love & Hip Hop: New York castmate Brittney Taylor. Reportedly known for popping at the mouth, Brittney ran and told that to the authorities and social media after Remy Ma allegedly socked her in the eye at a benefit concert in April. According to TMZ , Remy was arrested for misdemeanor assault. Brittney has lawyered up and plans to pursue all charges, including a civil suit, according to her lawyer. Cold game. During a recent sit-down with The Breakfast Club, Kandi shared that she called Bravo execs to get the tea and was clear with them: If Phaedra was coming back, she wouldn’t be. “In real life… if somebody says to you or says about you that you tried to drug somebody and sexually assault them… and it comes back that person was lying on you, would you want to work with that person?
