The track that is the subject of the dispute is “Fuck Dat N***a” by the City Girls off Quality Control’s compilation album Quality Control: Control the Streets Volume 1 . Khia alleges she has not received any money for songs use of her 2002 hit raunchy record “My Neck, My Back (Lick It).” In a video shared by The Shaderoom Khia let Pee and the City Girls have it. “Pee…. You know I’m mad at you because…you let those dirty-ass City Girls sample my shit, and you didn’t pay me, while you act like you got so much motherfucking money.” Thomas responded to Khia’s claims on his Instagram account by bringing the receipts. In a letter addressed to the QC boss it shows the label, in fact, did pay to use the track: $10,000 for the masters owned by E1 Records, $6,000 to copyright and administration company Third Side; and $4,000 to Memory Lane a publishing company. This newest addition comes not even a than a week after he dropped “Crushed Up.” Future ended up revealing the title of his album only a few hours before releasing this brand new visual. 24-year-old Larry Woodruffe has been charged with capital murder in the Dec. 30 shooting death of 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes . He was charged Tuesday after deputies said corroborating evidence of his involvement was confirmed. He remains in the Harris County Jail on a drug possession charge. He’s being held on a $100,000 bond for that charge but more than likely will remain in jail without bond for the capital murder charge. Eric Black Jr. , 20 was charged on Sunday with capital murder for his role in the shooting death of Barnes, who was sitting in a car with her mother when someone opened fire into her family’s car with her mother and there sisters also inside. Woodruffe was previously sentenced to two years in prison for assaulting a family member and in 2017, he was released under mandatory supervision and by November of that yea, he was charged with being a felon in possession of a gun. According to court records, Woodruffe pled guilty to a lesser charge in the weapons case and was sentenced to nine months in county jail. But unlike Chance the Rapper and John Legend who have come out against the “I Believe I Can Fly” singer, the rapper blames the parents, NOT the singer himself. On social media, the rapper posted his thoughts about the highly-watched Lifetime docuseries, “Surviving R. Kelly,” which provided an in-depth look at the 25-plus-years of sexual misconduct accusations against the “Pied Piper.” The 48-year-old father admitted that he doesn’t like folks like the Savages and doesn’t believe they did enough to protect their children. “Let me tell y’all about R. Kelly. The truth is I don’t like the parents…Y’all know I ain’t gonna be on no reality show or Lifetime, I’ma be on CNN, straight up. It’s gonna get real, think about it, I’m not about to play with nobody, I’ma burn it down, I’m gonna do something,” he said. In a second video, he added this wouldn’t have happened to him. “Ain’t nobody gonna play with my kids. Straight up. You shouldn’t have even been on TV, and if you a parent, you shouldn’t be on that unless you on CNN from a jail cell.” Adding, “I don’t know if R. Kelly did it or not, that ain’t any of my business, I ain’t judging, but I’m just saying those parents shouldn’t have let that go that far. … If my kid in there, it’s gonna be all out war. Everybody coming outside, to be honest with you.” Wait…so which one is it? How can you be mad at parents for not protecting their daughters from sexual and physical violence you claim may not have happened? But that was 1997. Even then, Ebert, a white man, criticized the depiction of Berry and Desselle’s lead characters as “a hurtful stereotype.” And in this post-Madea, call-out-culture landscape, I don’t see a B.A.P.S part deux going over well at all. I also don’t see Academy Award-winning, 52-year-old Berry going for it either. Now while lying about your race isn’t against the law, lying to the Washington State welfare office most definitely is. And a judge has had enough of her shenanigans, finally setting a court date for the former head of the Washington NAACP. According to FOX 28 Spokane News , on Friday Judge Michelle Szambelan , who was visibly frustrated, set the new trial date for March 4, stressing that the case had dragged since Dolezal was arrested last May. As we previously reported , Dolezal, who changed her name to Nkechi Diallo , was charged with first degree theft by welfare fraud, perjury in the second degree and false verification for public assistance. While Dolezal pleaded not guilty, state investigators claim that between August 2015 to December 2017, the 41-year-old claimed she was living on just a few hundred dollars a month and needed to receive government assistance for food and childcare. Yet, the prosecutors believes that was a lie. Apparently, she earned more than $80,000 from her memoir In Full Color and other funds from speaking engagements.
