My name is Claudia, and I want to share what happened on the best day of my life. The day I met my idol, my everything. I had tried everything to see Justin, I didn’t care if I didn’t meet him. It had been 3 years of me loving and supporting him and all I wanted was to see him but having like the worst luck ever when trying to win contests and lacking my parents support my dream seemed impossible. Well it was a random day you know.. the usual fangirling on Twitter when I suddenly kept seeing these tweets about Justin meeting fans outside his studio. Of course no one was giving out the address, it was IMPOSSIBLE. My hopes of even seeing him were crushed. One day as I was scrolling I saw one of the pictures of Justin outside his studio with a fan and saw that in the back there were a couple of numbers. I immediately took that to Google and came across a studio, but I wasn’t 100% sure it would be the studio Justin was at. Of course my parents wouldn’t take me (they don’t understand how much he means to me) so I told one of my friends to come with me. We had to take the metro and bus to get there and we had never taken them alone before. It took us 4 hours to get there, we got lost, took the wrong bus and missed our stop. At that point I had lost hope I wasn’t sure if it was the studio and after so many hours I thought that even if it was his studio, he was long gone by then. We walked up to the studio and saw like 15 girls waiting outside. I began to freak because I knew it was his studio. They told me he was inside and he hadn’t come out. I didn’t care if he didn’t stop. I understand sometimes he’s exhausted but just seeing his car I would freak. I sat down on the sidewalk and literally 3 minutes later I hear his voice. My heart just started to beat so fast. All the girls ran to the side of the studio but I was so in shock, I couldn’t stand up. Esther literally pushed me over there. I saw him and my jaw dropped at how perfect he was, for 3 years I had been seeing him through a computer screen that when I saw him and he was exactly the same I couldn’t believe it. I was at the back of the line when it came to the pictures. MY IDOL WAS STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! As we waited for him, Fredo came over and started talking to us about if we were gonna get ‘Just Getting Started.’ We all screamed yes and he smiled and gave us a thumbs up. He’s so nice and goofy, but I couldn’t get a picture with him because he was all over the place. Then Justin walked over to where I was and I was shaking so hard. I stuttered and said “Hi Justin” but I said it so low, I was 100% sure he didn’t hear me. He looked right at me and said “HI LOVE” well if I wasn’t dead by just having him in front of me – I was now. He immediately put his arm around my shoulder and took a picture with me . Since I was so much in shock he held me by the waist after the picture because I guess he felt me shaking and wanted to make sure I wasn’t about to faint. Then he had to go back inside, we all said thank you Justin we love you and he said “I love you to” and waved as he was leaving . I heard Kenny say that’s for all of you guys and I wasn’t sure what he was talking about. It was the cake Justin brought for us. My name is Sydney and I met Justin on October 21 st , 2012 . Since becoming a fan in August of 2009, I’ve been to two of his My World Tour concerts, his world premiere of Never Say Never in Los Angeles, California, and his Believe Tour concert in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Near the beginning of the Believe Tour, BIEBERFEVER.COM announced their “Bieber Fever Best Collection” contest where you could win meet & greets off of their site. All you had to do was send in a picture of all of your Justin Bieber stuff you’ve collected over the years, so I entered for Minneapolis and Milwaukee. They said winners would be notified 24 hours prior to your concert so when I didn’t get an email on Friday, the day before the Minnesota concert, it was seriously one of the worst nights ever. I had been refreshing my email all day long, but nothing ever showed up. I told myself there was still a chance I had won for Milwaukee, but I really didn’t think I would win them. The next morning, we headed to the cities. This next part is seriously what happened. After checking into our hotel, I was super sad that I didn’t win meet & greets for Minneapolis, so I picked up my phone and started tweeting, “I JUST NEED TO MEET JUSTIN” and I put the crying emoji face after it. RIGHT when I was about to press the tweet button, my phone buzzed. Texts and Twitter alerts normally show up at the top of my phone, and since nothing was there, I knew it had to be an email. I went to my inbox and there it was… a message from Bieberfever saying “Congratulations, Sydney!” I put my phone down and started crying. I just couldn’t believe it. To hear you’re going to be meeting your idol after being told so many times that it would never happen… yeah, that’s a good feeling. After crying for about half an hour, I pulled myself together and got ready for the concert. Seeing him perform that night knowing I would be meeting him the very next day was one of the most amazing feelings ever. The concert was incredible and Justin did such a good job! He even pointed the camera at his crotch and lifted up his shirt! It was great. The next day we drove straight to Milwaukee and picked up our meet & greet wristbands from the box office around four. Then we got in line and waited for about an hour and a half. One of the best parts about waiting in line was seeing everyone come out of their meet and greet. Some girls were crying, some were hugging each other, but what was so amazing was every single one of them had the biggest smile on their face. It was really awesome to see just how happy he can make people. Once it was our turn and we got to the door where you go into the actual meet & greet, I felt like I was having one of those dreams where I would wake up right when they’re about to pull the curtain, but it wasn’t a dream this time. It was reality. The moment I had been waiting years for was about to happen, and I was so ready. A guy inside opened up the curtain and said “Next!” I walked in and there he was. Justin Bieber was standing right in front of me. I looked at him and he was already looking at me, which is when it truly hit me… it was really happening. HIS eyes were looking into MY eyes. I ABOUT DIED. I know this is probably hard to believe, but he looks so much better in person. All I remember seeing is his face, and it was absolutely flawless . I said “Hi!” and he smiled and said “Hello!” I went in for a hug, and he hugged me! It was definitely the best hug I’ve ever gotten. Right after we hugged, he put his arm around me and I’m not lying when I say this… it felt like he was holding me! His grip was just… oh gosh. All I remember thinking is, “Oh my god. Justin Bieber’s hand is around me. He’s touching me. Is this really happening right now? He’s so perfect.” I honestly don’t even remember looking at the camera. I do remember smiling, though… REALLY big. I turned and said, “Thanks!” and he smiled at me again. This was all in a matter of about 10 seconds, but it was honestly the best 10 seconds of my life. I had been told so many times by so many people that I would never meet him, and I would always just smile and tell them, “Never say never.” It took some time and a lot of patience, but it was more than worth it in the end! Please don’t ever give up on trying to meet Justin. He’s seriously amazing and every fan should be able to experience his sweet, perfect self in person. Every year for the past four years, at every concert I’ve been to, I’ve tried to meet Justin. From hotel stalking, to just simply going to buyouts and waiting outside the tour bus, it’s never happened. It all started this time with me not having any tickets to the Believe tour for Houston, Texas. I didn’t think I would get tickets, but the next day my local radio station started giving out tickets. I ended up being the first one to win tickets from them! I expected to go and enjoy the concert, with no intentions of meeting him. My friend then told me to join BieberFever.com and enter the contest for meet and greets! I entered, and ended up not winning. But my sister, who didn’t send in a picture, but sent in an essay, and showed Hoogs how #BiebsMeetDestinyAndFaith was trending, won! The day of the concert came and I was SO nervous. I went to the venue around 10 AM, and hung around the venue all day with my friends. I had butterflies in my stomach all day long. I literally felt so sick, and could not eat at all! I mean, I WAS MEETING JUSTIN BIEBER. I couldn’t believe it myself. We got our meet and greets around 3 pm and went in line. We were in line for a good hour, and the lady said, “Make friends! Six girls in a picture!” My group got together, and since me and my twin sister have never met Justin, my friends let us stand next to him. When we got to go in, I walked in first and saw him. He looked perfect. Literally, his face is flawless. He had on a brown shirt, a SnapBack and glasses. I said, “Hi Justin” nervously, and he said “Hey sweetie!” and held out his arms for a hug. Before we took our picture, I said “Justin, can I kiss you?” And he said, “No there’s too many girls, lets just take a regular picture, ok?” And I was like “Oh ok…” and he said “Next time we meet, you can kiss me.” I was like ok cool, but on the inside my ovaries exploded into like a million pieces. They snapped the picture and we hugged him goodbye one last time and left. Even though it was only like 2 minutes, I’m so grateful I got to meet him.
