After being a belieber for so long, I can finally say I met him on July 7 th , 2013 in Des Moines, Iowa . On July 7, my family and I drove out to Des Moines. As we arrived, we drove by the arena to see all of the beliebers covered in purple and Justin shirts and to get a glimpse of his tour bus. Around 4:00 we went to check in and get our laminates and wristbands, then headed to the VIP party. We were led backstage and while we were in line, I saw Dan, Kenny, and tons of the dancers. Suddenly I saw bread being thrown from inside the curtains out into the girls in front of the line, and girls started cheering and screaming. It was definitely Justin. As the line got shorter I could see the outline of his body behind the curtain and I took a quick peek inside at one point. As they opened the curtain for me to go in, I had a perfect view of him.. my mind went blank and all I could see was him. He looked so perfect, he didn’t even look real. It quickly hit me. I was meeting my whole world. My lifesaver. My idol. In a few seconds I would be right next him.. unreal. I didn’t even notice his crew in there, I was just staring at him. During that time, it was a little boy dressed as fetus Justin’s turn. As he walked up next to Justin, Justin with his deep, raspy voice said, “Aww, hey little buddy,” and from that point on, I felt like I was in a dream. As soon as my sister was done taking her picture, it was my turn. I walked up to him and turned facing the camera, looked behind him to place my arm perfectly on his back (his shirt was so soft) and smiled while a white flash woke me up from what I thought was a dream. I didn’t say anything because I was too starstruck to even function. Turning to leave, Justin shifted his hand to my waist and his fingers slowly unhooked from me one by one as I headed for the exit and from that moment, I realized dreams do come true. It was a moment I’ll never forget. I’ve been here since late ’09 and honestly, hard work does pay off. If you want to meet Justin, don’t give up. He taught us to “never say never” so don’t stop trying until you’ve reach it. You have plenty of time to reach the goal you share with 42 million other beliebers. Anything is possible. On June 22nd 2013 I met my idol. My name is Nathalie-Rose, and I’m a fifteen year old girl from San Diego, California. When I found out I was going to meet Justin I couldn’t believe it. The countdown began and before I knew it, the day came. I met Justin with my nanny who I have had in my life since I was two years old. We do everything together, so she had to be the one to go with me. I spent the day getting ready and at about 4 p.m. I arrived at the arena. I was so nervous, I was practically sweating. We waited so long and finally they took us down where we were meeting him. It was in a storage room, under the arena, kind of like a basement. It was loud, since Mike Posner was already playing, and it was hot. While we were down there we were told how things were gonna work and we just waited. Since we had VIP, we could be in the photo ourselves so it was just us two. All of a sudden people were freaking out and I was thinking “What?” and I was looking behind me. My nanny nudged me, I turned around and right in front of me was Dan Kanter just walking through the line! I wasn’t expecting him to be right there so I let out a little squeal and Dan smiled at me! We waited a bit longer and then Justin arrived. I saw him through the curtain and it felt like my heart was gonna beat out of my chest. In just a few minutes I was actually gonna meet him! Then it was my turn. We went behind the curtain and I stood there in shock. I was unsure of when to go so I was just standing there and then his security said, “You can go” and I walked up to him. I forgot how to breathe and how to talk. I just stared at him, looked at his tattoos and thought to myself, “He’s so perfect.” I wrapped my arm around his waist and he had his arm around me. We took the picture and I handed him a letter and said “Will you read this?” He took it from me, smiled, and said, “Yeah.” I don’t know if he did but that’s okay. I started to get out of the way and my nanny said, “Wait stay there” so I could be in her picture too. She said “Hi!” to him and he said hi back super excitedly and cute. I don’t know how to explain it but it was so adorable. I wrapped my other arm around him for that picture. After it was taken, I was just looking at him again thinking of something so I said, “I love you” but he didn’t hear me cause it was so loud and I said it so quietly. Then we had to leave. I didn’t hug him but it’s okay. I met Justin! We went up into the arena and Hot Chelle Rae was about to come on. Then it was time for Justin. When the countdown reached zero and Justin was seconds from being on stage I felt like the happiest girl ever. Justin was amazing and during BAAB, he touched my hand. My name is Lizzie, and I can officially say I met my idol Justin Bieber on July 18 th 2013 at the XL Center in Hartford, CT. I got the tickets in December 2012 and I’ve been waiting for the day for such a long time. During the VIP party, Fredo, Ryan Butler, Kenny, Za, his drums player, Tay James, and a bunch of dancers walked through the room. Kenny came to talk to us to thank us for being here, and I also got a picture with with some crew members. After about an hour and a half, it was time to meet Justin. He was pretty late, but he was with Make-A-Wish kids so I was glad he was spending so much time with them. I walked slowly into the room through the curtain and tried to take in all his features at once. The first thing I saw was his gold chain he was wearing and then I saw all the tattoos, but other than that, I can’t remember much. I was so starstruck, I barley noticed Fredo in the room with us! I said something like, “Hey, oh my god, I love you so much.” Justin said “Hey” back in this really low raspy voice and then he said “I love you too,” really softly. It was so unreal. Right after the picture was taken, security pushed me from behind and as I was moving my hand down from his side. He rubbed my side a little before I left too. I walked out of there like I was floating, but right outside the curtain was Justin’s friend Lil Za. I was so starstruck, even with him! I started just talking about how awesome he is and at one point I said he was my favorite and I told him I loved him so much. I asked for a high five and he gave me one! My mom (who was behind me in line) told me that as soon as I walked away from Za, he was beaming with happiness. As we went to our seats, I saw Dan on the way there! Dan walked through the arena earlier and everyone bombarded him, but this time it was just him and I. I said hey and asked for a hug and he gave me one. I was in Section 1, Row C, Seats 13 and 14, two seats away from the catwalk! During the show, my friend Natalie (@hessourkidrauhl) who I met there and I went up against the barricade for the catwalk. After the show was over, Dan came down the catwalk and since I was now in like row 1, he handed me the only setlist for the show, signed by him! Everyone behind me got some of his guitar picks. We thanked him and left, but later that night, I thanked him again on Twitter and attached the picture of the setlist, and he followed me! During the show, it seemed like all my problems went away and I was the happiest I have ever been. I was having the time of my life. I touched almost all the dancers’ hands, and I made eye contact with Justin at least twice. During ‘Believe’ everyone in the arena held up signs saying: “Always Our Kidrauhl” and once Justin walked away from the piano, he looked down and read the sign Natalie and I were sharing, and smiled! It was really cute. As ‘Baby’ was finishing and Justin was going down into the stage, he looked right into my eyes and smiled a true, genuine smile, I’m pretty sure he winked too (but that could just be my imagination). My name is Dale and I met Justin on July 17th, 2013 in Philadelphia . I’ve been supporting Justin since December 2009 and made a Twitter (@JBieberBoy94) supporting him on February 1st, 2010. I used to watch Justin in 2008 on YouTube and when I heard about him being famous in 2009, I froze up. I couldn’t believe it. After making my Twitter I organized buyouts for him, posted signs around, and supported him in anyway I could. I tried meeting him in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. They all failed, except one. In 2010, 2011, and 2012 my friends started trending topics: #JustinMeetDale; and #BiebsMeetDale. My friend Sydney (@y0bieber) never gave up helping me. She’s been the most amazing friend and gave me hope that I will meet him one day. Every time the crew would respond afterwards when it couldn’t happen. I’d think of “Never Say Never” and it gave me hope. Finally, in 2013 I entered the BieberFever contest. I had no tickets, and no M&Gs. The day before the concert I started losing hope but my friend Sydney told me not to worry, and that it’s not over until tomorrow. At 7:04 p.m. I got an e-mail from BieberFever telling me that I was meeting Justin and I cried my eyes out. I was FINALLY meeting him. The next day, I got to the arena and found out Justin was giving fans water, what an amazing idol right? Anyways after waiting in the line for 3 hours I was finally experiencing the meet & greet. I walked in, Justin had the biggest smile on his face. I was speechless but I said, “I’ve been a fan since the beginning,” very lightly and he heard me and said, “Wow thank you so much,” and smirked. After the photo was taken, I could not find which exit to leave so before I left, he gave me a handshake and said, “Thanks.” I was too happy to even say anything. The concert is an experience you’ll never forget. During the show he touched my hand and recorded me with the camera. As the concert went on, I kept getting more emotional thinking, “It finally happened” and when he starting singing ‘Believe’ is when I started tearing up. Please don’t ever give up on your dreams. Work hard and stay determined no matter how long it takes. It took me 4 years to achieve my dream, you can do it too. Just BELIEVE. After seeing my picture, I hope it gives you hope. Wow, I never thought I would be writing a my Bieber experience. On the morning of the concert, July 6, 2013 in Omaha, NE , I was staying at a hotel about 3 blocks from the arena Justin was performing at that night. I got up at 6 a.m. with my two best friends Kenzie and Harlee. All three of us got ready together and walked to the arena at around 8:30 in the morning. We walked around the arena for a bit and saw Jon Boogie, he waved to us! Around 10:30 we met these girls outside and they told us that Justin was supposed to walk across this glass thing that connected the arena and his hotel between 11 or 12. I then checked my email around 11:30 and there popped up an email from BieberFever saying I had won meet and greet for that night! I covered my mouth and started crying. I showed my phone to Harlee (the girl I took to the m&g with me) and she started crying too. That email was the best thing that ever happened to me. I called everyone and told them about it! We went back to the arena to pick up our wristbands and waited in line. They made us get into groups of six, which sucked. Kenny came out to talk to us about the rules and stuff and everyone of course freaked because it was Kenny Hamilton. I yelled his name and asked for a picture, so he came over and took one with me. He was so nice, and he took pictures with pretty much everyone in the line who asked. My friend and I were yelling “Meechy” and he looked over at us and laughed. He came back and I asked for a hug. He hugged me and oh my gosh he smells so good. Then I saw the curtained area and I almost cried. We were standing there talking and all of a sudden Za ripped the curtain open and yelled “Wazzuupp!” and shut it really fast. I screamed and everyone started freaking out. My best friend goes, “Really Za, you would do that?” and he just laughed. We were both talking to him through the curtain and said, “I love you Za” and he said, “I love you too.” I then said, “Fredo I love you” without knowing if he was in the room or not and then Za answered back and said, “He loves you more.” Fredo then popped his head out from behind the curtain and stuck his tongue out and we screamed again. It was the best experience ever, Fredo and Za are so funny! When we got closer to the front we saw Kenny again and gave him the letters we wrote for Justin. The girls in front of us started freaking out when they saw Justin and they were all trying to hug him at the same time, so the security were pulling them away. It was then our turn and I asked for a hug and he said “Yes, of course” and hugged me. As soon as he talked, it took all my nerves away. I can’t even explain it, his voice is so calming. We went to take the picture and he put his arm around my waist. He was rubbing my waist with his hand the whole time he had it there, I was screaming on the inside. After the picture I told him I loved him and he said, “Thank you, love you too.” I went up to Fredo and asked for a hug and he said, “Of course, nice meeting you.” I was going to ask Za for a hug but he was sitting on the floor and he probably wouldn’t have got up. We were in the curtained area after our picture and Justin had two groups left. I’m so happy the security didn’t pulling us out of the room. We got to take our time and tell everyone hi and I’m so thankful. When we walked out I lost it, I started bawling. I still can’t believe any of that happened to me, none of it seems real. My dreams came true that day and I couldn’t be more thankful! Thank you for reading and never give up on your dreams. I never thought I would meet Justin and now look. My name is Alex, and I’m 19 years old. I’ve been feeling so incredibly blessed lately that I am able to write my 2 nd Bieber Experience. My first one happened back in October 2012 when Justin was in Minneapolis, and I met him outside his hotel the day before the concert after standing in the freezing cold all night. I thought that day was amazing, but little did I know that I would meet him again. It all started when I heard Justin was adding more tour dates around the US, and I knew I had to go to more! Unfortunately, he didn’t add one in Minnesota so I decided I would just travel around to see him! My friend (Morgan) and I decided to go to at least 2 more in the US. One place was Vegas and the other reasonable place to go was Iowa. For the Vegas show we tried to get VIP/M&G, but they sold out too fast, which was so upsetting. When the Iowa tickets went on sale, Morgan and I pounced and we ended up getting meet and greets and third row! I honestly could not believe it. I was going to meet my idol AGAIN! But then the torture of waiting 8 months set in. Summer finally came around and it was time to fly out to VEGAS! We even tried to win the M&G off BieberFever but that was a fail. We stalked him all day the day before and the day of the concert, but not luck. After Vegas, it was time for Iowa. The day of the M&G came and we were ready so early! We were out by his tour buses stalking in the 100 degree heat. After going inside for a bit, we decided we just had to be out by the buses again because we absolutely could not miss anything. Right when we were crossing the path to go to the other side of where fans could stand, Justin came out of his tour bus! He was walking towards me and I didn’t know if I should just run at him or what! He walked towards other fans, but I touched his hand and got some pics of him! It was the most perfect timing ever! After that we had to go to the VIP party and then we were led backstage. Dan Kanter came out and was talking to a few girls in line and I started singing the Dan Kanter song (not knowing he could hear me) and all a sudden he goes “Heyyy that’s my song!” I was like, “It sure is,” and then he gave me his guitar pick! It was awesome and he is so sweet. After waiting an hour in line, Justin finally arrived and was behind the curtain as we all anxiously waited to go in. As were waiting, I see dinner rolls being thrown at us from over the curtain. Justin was throwing his friggan dinner rolls at us! It was so funny and we threw them back at him. I kept yelling obnoxious things back like, “Hey give me your buns JuJu!” Then security was saying rules like, “No hugging Justin today,” and Justin screams from behind the curtain, “YOU CAN HUG ME ALL YOU WANT!” Then part of the curtain was open and I could see Justin on his segway, so I was like oh my god and started waving to him. He saw and waved back! Then right then it was time to walk in the curtain. It was what Justin said to me when I walked up to him that just made me feel like I was in a complete dream. In a whispered/quiet voice he said, “Come here baby.” I honestly almost collapsed. Like did he ACTUALLY just say that to me?! I asked him for a hug and then we took the picture. I was grabbing his arm in the picture haha. The only thing I could think to say was “I love you.” Then I went out and screamed my lungs out. After that it was time for the concert and I was right up against the stage the whole time, literally feet away from my idol and the person who I’ve been supporting since the beginning! It was the best concert out of all 3 Believe shows I’ve been too. I will never forget the few moments I spent with Justin at the meet and greet, and I’ll never forget watching him perform. I have been there for him for so long, and I never got recognized/noticed for years in the beginning, until just this past year. I finally started taking actions and making my dreams come true. If you really want to meet him, BE PROACTIVE. It will happen someday, I promise you all! I feel so grateful that I have gotten to meet him twice in the duration of 9 months, and I will never stop supporting him. Seriously, I love him so much and the love keeps getting stronger everyday! My name is Alex, and I’m 19 years old. I’ve been feeling so incredibly blessed lately that I am able to write my 2 nd Bieber Experience.
